Item I got didn't work. If I returned it to China at my expense they would refund me the cost of my item. Shipping was more than twice what the item cost. What a racket. Beware.

I want to appreciate to the tomtop for giving such good discounts through which i got few stuff and then also to customer care team who dedicately being responsive on my emails when I was facing an issue. I've seen other reviewers praise their prices. So far, I've spent about $400 for an item that is long overdue, and absolutely no one is answering me from TomTop. I've never encountered a worse company to deal with. I cannot advise against them enough.

So I ordered two packages, one from the site tomtop.com and one from another site. A few hours later I had the message from the other site that the package seemed to be "out of stock" hence I wanted to cancel my order on TomTop as well, so I wrote them a mail. At that time TomTop had only registered the payment. However, it took them 4 days to respond to the mail, actually only when they knew it was delivered

I bought an alarm clock with camera from tomtop. The clock display had fallen and could not view the time on the clock. Then the clock would not reset so I pressed the reset button and the button fell inside the clock. Stuff ships from China and may take 2-3 weeks but the price is worth the wait. Customer service is good.

I ordered a phone Letv Leeco 2 X520, which was sent to me inoperable. The phone itself resets, despite trying to file a complaint twice, I was not reply to any email. Scary contact. I do not recommend this shop. I will never order anything again.
