Bought a rc helicopter. The heli works perfectly and the price was less than half of what i would have paid for buying it in my country.
The only pitfall was, that the package came some days later than promised and that the tracking code began to work only some days before delivery.
The shipment time was in my opinion still totally acceptable for the price, but it would be nice if tomtop would adjust their estimates a little so that I as a customer don't need to worry whether my package got lost during delivery.
I ordered several times in this online store, orders come very quickly, support always answers questions!
I ordered a quadricopter. It arrived in about 8/10 days but, although the package was not corrupt, some items were lost: the litium battery, the instruction manual, the USB wire to charge the drone and the bag to put it inside to avoid scratch.
I tryed to contact the support many times both via e-mail than via facebook messages: on the facebook they asked me to close de Paypal dispute to investigate (it would have been better investigating first, and then i would close it) while via e-mail they asked me to take a picture of the package and of the losing elements. So I did but their answer is about every 3 days. Unaceptable.

It appears to me that Tomtop appreciates their customers. They show their loyalty by staying in contact and offering return customers extra savings on products. I call that GOOD business! Honestly I have not yet dealt with customer service regarding faulty products because everything I bought so far has been excellent. I'm sure if I need help they will be there for me, and that means I'll keep buying from them.

The only caveat i make is the delay in delivering the order. It takes an average of 60 days to arrive.
I placed an order on Tomtop and paid via credit card. The shipping terms were 15-20 working days to be shipped but the package has not left China yet and it has been about 50 working days now (I placed the order on 20/06/2017 it is 29/08/2017 as I write this).
I sent an email to support but they do not reply. When I managed to get hold of someone on the live chat, they asked me to be patient and wait to see if the parcel will still be shipped out.
I agreed to wait an extra week and in return they agreed to refund me the money if it did not. It has not budged since then and now I cannot get hold of anyone at Tomtop for 2 weeks now.
Luckily it was not an expensive order, but I certainly will not use them again and if you have not used them before I would recommend placing a very small order first (if absolutely necessary) and seeing if it ever gets delivered.

2: When you join Tomtop, they send you an email asking for 5 star reviews on sites in return for coupons. That is why the reviews are inflated. Unfortunately you can't trust the 5 star reviews.
