(Me trying to find a way to give negative stars) Before you read, here's a summary, it's a pile of garbage and with the worst kind of service, please get as far as you can from it. Now for tge long one. Whatever you do, just leave. This website is the worst out there. I dont even know why no one has ever filed a lawsuit againts them. Like they delay stuff and well that's okay if you tell your customers a reason. But then when you agree on another date, please be on spot to that day. What's worse is the customer service, total pile of garbage. Like just throw it out the window. Live in the cave will you? Service is so slow, I've sent like 10 e-mails and they only replied to the first one. It took 6 days for the first one to be replied and it was so half assed i swear if i knew who it was i would have blendered his bloody fat slow hands and fed it to them. What's 'worst', is that when you cancel your order, they're very happy to be obliged to your cancellation. And then DEAD. That's the last from Tomtop. They said 1-3 days. It's been a week now and i try to be patient as i know it might take some time for the refund but AT LEAST reply to my messages? Worst service ever. I called my bank and they said it usually doesn't even take long, normally 2 days is the regular refund time but well who knows what hiccups that might occur. Anyways, please ban this website from your IP address and get as far away as you can from it. And dont reply to me, Tomtop, saying 'we're very sorry for the inconvenience and crap.' How about piss off? Wanna help? Reply to the messages and E-mails first, you pile of garbage. Long story short, get away from this website.

A month go I purchased a 3D printer from this company through eBay. First of all the reason I chose them is that they claimed to be a domestic company, based in NJ, as I needed the item quickly. Obviously now I know that are based in China. The item I received was defective. I had to take video and upload to youtube, take photos and send, it just dragged on and I kept explaining that I needed the printer working quickly (it was ordered to help out a charity who print prosthetics for children). Eventually they admit that parts were defective and offered me a $30 refund so I can go find someone to fix it! To take more of my time running around finding a repair place and waiting for the repair! I said no and that I wanted a replacement or full refund. Days later they offer $40... days later $70. Ate this point I just needed to get a working printer so I said refund $100 and I wouldn't never use the company again and also leave appropriate feedback on ebay, which I did. I got the refund and ordered another printer from a reputable company. THE NEXT DAY they contact me again saying that they had 'spoken to their manager and GOOD NEWS! He had approved sending a replacement", I cancelled the one I had ordered from the other company Based on this. Then they start telling me I needed to change my feedback as it was 'hurting their business' BEFORE they ship the new printer. I said no. They kept messaging me telling me I only had 10 days to change feedback, after that it was too late, this is NOT TRUE, don't fall for that. IF they send an official request for feedback update you have 10 days, otherwise you can change it whenever. I told them to send me tracking and when I saw it was on its way I would deal with the feedback. They said it would ship in two days. Three days later nothing so I messaged again. Next day I get tracking and it showed an item now shipping from CA however I could not see that it was being shipped to me so I waited. Yesterday was the delivery date and the item WAS out for delivery... in SAN JOSE, CA which is 6 hours away from me. So... stay away and find a reputable company that have reliable products and who will not lie to you and try to trick you into giving they '5 Star feedback'

My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
