I have had excellent experiences dealing with this company. The only reason I don't give five stars is because the products take a while to be delivered.
Bought quite a lot from these, from smart phones to fidget spinners, something better quality than others but you can't fault the prices.
I've ordered from Tomtop a few times now. The first order item arrived quick and nothing bad to say. So I decided well these guys are legit. My next order was a total of 4 items at 300 dollars: 2 drones and 2 drone batteries. I paid for expedited shipping which was 10 dollars extra for each item. First cheap drone came within the week but my profile says that all items shipped. So I'm like where is everything else. I message them and get a reply 3 days later saying my other items will be here within 20 days. After 2 and a half weeks my second drone came. My 2 drone batteries came after a month of waiting. No refund on expedited shipping and to boot my 200 dollar drone was broken. The swivel camera motor burned out after first use, battery on FPV monitor would only charge half way. To top things off one of the motor's just stopped working. I message them that week it arrived that it was broken. They wanted a video. So I send video shared on my google drive. They say they cant view it and ask for upload to youtube. I uploaded to youtube and now no reply from customer service. I betting I don't get any kind of refund. Listen people, only buy cheap products from this company. If you invest in any high dollar item and it breaks, good luck trying to get your money back. I started my support ticket June 10,17. It's now July 11th and no refund. Time to give gearbest and bangood a go, I'm done with Tomtop. Order #AN17F04V2251-R68H11

I first found Tomtop when I was looking for a small item that wasnt avalible in any stores in my country. I had not experience what so ever at ordering anything online, and on this site was realy easy for me to find my order and purchase it. Not just that, but they also had free shipping. Just a few days later I got my item on my door. But tomtop has some negative sides too. One of my other orders never got shipped, and some of the produkts are not to be trusted. But overall Il still like Tomtop, and will continue to shop there :)

I bought a blue Violin from Ebay, it was delivered from the uk but was broken on arrival, I contacted TomTop and was told that a new one was being sent out, I waited for weeks then started an Ebay case against them, I was emailed back and told the replacement was on its way, could I close the case, Like a fool, I trusted them and closed the case. Months later and no replacement, and they ignore emails, I would strongly suggest that you do not use TOMTOP.
