My premium box came super fast during holidays time, and had some awesome treats that I wish I could get more of!

In 2022, I gave each of my 3 children a year's subscription to Sakuaraco (a branch of TokyoTreat Ltd. In December 2023, TokyoTreat Ltd. renewed my children's subscriptions without my permission and charged me $1,620 ($540 for each subscription). I have protested the charge, but TokyoTreat Ltd. says that their "system" will not allow a refund once it has been charged. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS, and potential customers should be aware that this company is no better than a common thief.

I love it. Such strange new flavors. I will be a customer for a long time. Gotta get all the kit kats.

I subscribed after a trip to Tokyo - my children enjoyed the snacks I brought back, so I thought it would be fun to recreate the experience monthly. The boxes get repetitive fast. They find a way to make any snack fit into any theme,

"These crackers are round, like Christmas ornaments."

"The cracker's round shape reminds us of Halloween pumpkins."

I made the mistake of subscribing for a year and not deselecting 'Auto-renew.' After I saw a $540 charge on my AMEX for renewal, I canceled but was informed that I would not be refunded. On the plus side, I'll be receiving the same snacks every month until 2025. Looking forward to getting round crackers that remind Tokyo Treat of Easter Eggs in March.

Highly affordable subscription with a good variety of snacks each month. Lots of fun to be able to try new items and flavors.

Every month has a different theme that makes you wonder "what am I gonna get this time?" Some tidbits are revealed beforehand, but everything else you only discover after opening your box.

Really nice Japanese treat subscription box. The site is easy to use with lots of interactive content for subscribers to interact with. Most definitely recommend checking out this treat box especially if you love trying snacks from other countries.

I bought a package but I never received it I contacted customer support and they refused to give me a refund

I subscribed for a 12-month prepaid plan in March 2023. The first few months were fine. Although I was not too satisfied with their snacks, at least I received them. The July box never came. The customer services were terrible. They don't care about customer at all. They said they shipped and provided a tracking # that I couldn't track. After that incident, I decided to let it go and waited till the prepaid plan end. But the worst didn't happen yet. March 15,2024, I got an invoice saying I paid $540 for next year. Their website says Billed annual. Cancel anytime, but it's not true. This company auto renewed and took my money via PayPal without my authorization. I emailed them right away and they refused to refund me even they have not shipped any boxes yet. They said they still ship 12 boxes to me every month since I paid already. They said I couldn't cancel when I subscribed. I'm working with PayPal trying to get my money back.

This box is awesome! It is jam packed with delicious treats! You will not be disappointed in this subscription

Hi, have just loved all the packages I have received: D At first you were a little worried when you read some had not received the packages. But has always received all the packages and is super happy. They are always just as nice to write and ask question to.

If you want a little bit of Japan in your home, this is the perfect way. There's a bit for everyone: sweet, salty, sour and even bitter, there's a lot to enjoy. I recommend it all the way!

You get full sized items of real Japanese treats and snacks! They're way bigger and way more than I expected. I love that there's always a drink in the premium box as well to really get a spectrum of all the flavors that are popular in Japan. And that we can never get any of these flavors outside Japan
