Always looking for a good deal, I enjoyed shopping on the Tuckernuck site during Black Friday. I ordered several things and the order was split in two. One package arrived promptly, but after 3 weeks, the second still had not arrived. And, of course, it contained holiday gifts. A quick email to T-nuck's customer service did the trick. A new shipment of everything I ordered was sent express and received in two days.
I've been an Andre Assous fan fir over 25+yrs! MOSt comfy shoes thst are stylish! So I ordered these wedge shoes as neutral for sumner. It s so pretty/ looks great & seemed comfy. I always wear 2-3" wedges!
Unfortunately, this is the 1st Andre Assous were not comfy as you walk in house for 5 mins. I am so disappointed and upset and I had to return!
In the Spring I ordered a lace dress in a small…it was cut too large for a small. I recently ordered another dress and love the style but keeping the history of too large for a small I ordered an XS. I have not worn it yet but it's tight. I expect to be in it when whether changes since we are well into fall.
Although I liked the cotton caftan I ordered, it just didn't fit me in length and overall size. You made the return simple and I was noticed every step of the way back to you and when to expect my refund to happen. Thank you!

The dress arrived quickly. It fit pretty well - except it was much longer than what showed on the site. I've had to take it to be shortened. I had expected it be crepe material - but it is basically polyester. We will see how the alteration looks. Kind of dissapointed.
I've been purchasing from Tuckernuck pretty regularly for the last few years. Sometime I purchase a few months in a row, other times I may not buy an item for a few months at a time (Tnuck isn't exactly cheap!) But I love the site! The clothing fits really well, customer service has always gone above and beyond and every time I wear their clothing, I get so many compliments! For example, I wore the Jaguar Garden Fave dress (without the sash, dresses it up!) to a wedding 10/21/22 in Newport, Rhode Island and I received compliments all night! It's stunning and unique and I'm obsessed with green dresses, it checks off all the boxes!
The item I purchased for a gift looked so pretty online, then once it finally came, (shipping seemed like it took a long time), I was so disappointed in the quality of the fabric for the price. It also looked much bigger than the size S that I ordered. Unfortunately I returned it.
I ordered a jacket on the website and it was far too large for me. I returned it and ordered my desired size but could not use my first time buyer 10% off discount so I ended up spending more for the jacket on my second purchase/exchange
I persist with the website because I like the clothes but it is unusually frustrating. I think I end up resetting my password every time because changing it to my choice is hard to do. Also, if you filter to the search you want - so, say, my size, my colors... and then you look at a full page photo of an item, and then try to go back to your search, you have to reenter it all. I know of no other company whose online site requires so much patience.
Ordered two dresses hoping to keep both. Both were nice style, quality and fabric especially for the price. One dress was too large so I have returned it. The other dress was prefect fit and I have worn it already.
I ordered 2 different dresses thinking they would be flattering. I'm tall so I thought these loose, fun dresses would look good on me. Quite the opposite. They make me look pregnant and like like a colorful, burlap sack! They are also so wrinkled its hard to tell how the material will look after washing or dry cleaning. Will they always look wrinkled?
I ordered a shirt without waiting for a sale because I specifically wanted it for my honeymoon to Nantucket. I read the shipping policies and was confident it would arrive in time. Unfortunately it sat between UPS and USPS with no movement for 6 days. So I didn't get it in time for my trip. If you had just used USPS priority (like a smaller company I ordered from) it would have arrived in 3 days with no issues. It's just disappointing from a large company.
First time ordering something from Tuckernuck. I ordered the swing polo sweatshirt. While it was extremely high quality and well made, the fit was a little "too much swing". Returning was easy and I was issued a prompt refund. Would shop here again.
I will stick with 5 stars, as shipping (and returning) is free. I'm all over the board with T-nuck sizing, so often have to get two sizes to get one that fits. Pleased with the uniqueness of the merchandise and the quality is good. But the return process is s. L. o. W. I sent something back last week, and now 7days later it's still stuck in USPS he@&. Why T-nuck, why?
I received the wrong item. The purchase order was correct, but the the wrong item was sent.
I needed the the shirt on a specific date, and now… nothing.
I called several times on Friday, August 5,2022 at 4:30 pm. I continued to receive a message that stated, "Our customer service hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Call back when we are open."

I ordered the Daphne dress in black. It looked so lovely in the photo! Unfortunately when mine came in it had a terrible smell. The sizing was way off as well. It fit like a huge bag. Not satisfied, I returned it.
I really wanted the dresses I ordered to work for me, but the styles I like are just too short for me, even though I'm only 5"5'. They really are mini, which is too bad since I love everything else about them!asn
I would love to see a discount and loyalty program offered. I shop so much with you all, it would be nice to have a discount or amount off. I also would like to always see the accessories that are shot in the picture.
I placed a $400 order while they were having a 20% off promotion. That night I realized I forgot an item, when I tried to order it the next day (with the discount that was still going on) they wouldn't allow me to use the code because my order wasn't $100 min. When I contacted customer service to ask if they could extend the discount to me based on my order from less than 24 hours prior, they refused and told me "You are welcome to order additional items" - yeah, thanks a lot for extending me that courtesy. You should train your reps on customer retention…
