Still waiting to receive the order. Asked customer service to check on shipment they promptly said they would send out a second shipment as first was likely lost and still haven't received the second.

The discount code I had was not working and the customer service rep was so helpful making sure I was able to use my code! Beyond that, the shipping and packaging were very easy to use and came in great shape. My dress is very cute and I'm excited to wear it!

I never received a shilling confirmation (but did receive an order confirmation). I reached out to ask when my package would arrive and they said it had been delivered. I was able to look back on my ring doorbell and it was not delivered. I was able to see anyone who was at the front of my house.

I've ordered 2 dresses from Tuckernuck recently and am absolutely thrilled with the quality and fit of both. I've work each of them and received several compliments on them as well. Pricing was reasonable and delivery was fast. I received both within a couple days of purchasing them. Very happy and will definitely shop at Tuckernuck more often

I have already worn the dress twice in the 10 days that I have had it! It is very comfortable, and dressed it up with shoes with higher heels for one occasion. I have received multiple compliments each time.

My only feedback is that I ordered a pair of sneakers in my size 10 with a discount—was sent the wrong size (9) and I was unable to get an exchange-which is really frustrating. Wish that was an option.

I ordered a pair of boots and when they came I was very disappointed that they were too small. However, once I logged onto the site it was seamless to exchange the pair for a larger size. Very quick and easy!

I absolutely love the designs. However when I got the clothes I was disappointed that all the hems are machine hems and for those with puffy sleeves, when you move your arms you can see the underside of the fabric. Not the quality Tuckernuck should go for. And the hems look cheap,. Sorry, this is what I feel, at least for a nicer dress.

I love my dress. The experience online was fine. But this is the third dress I have pruchased that arrived VERY wrinkled, and the care instructions say "Do Not Iron." So I have to send this one to the dry cleaners to be steamed. Seems like expensive dresses could be packaged more carefully.

I thought the Daphne dress was fabulous -- until it arrived at my doorstep. First of all, it was terribly wrinkled. Secondly, the fabric was too heavy for the design of the dress and finally, the ties in the back could not be tied in a bow as shown on the website because the ties were too short and the fabric was too thick and heavy.

I had looked at this top all summer and finally decided to buy it. It looked beautiful in the ad, but I was disappointed with everything about it. The fabric looked cheap and it didn't look well made. Maybe if it had been ironed and hanging on a rack it might have been more attractive, but I knew I didn't like it the minute I opened the package.

I ordered a pair of pants that were delivered efficiently they were too small so I easily returned those with free returns and ordered the next size I absolutely love them and couldn't be more happy with my experience

The suit is good, the size is correct. When I ordered, I was unsure about the length, usually my trousers are short, but in this suit everything fit perfectly.

Placed an order that was confirmed. Several days later received a shipment confirmation with tracking info. Waited a week and tracking info was never updated and order was not received. Reached out to customer service who within several hours confirmed order was lost in transit and have replaced it

I am new to Tuckernuck and have been thoroughly enjoying all of my purchases. I bought one dress- loved it so much- bought 4 other colors. Quality is impeccable. Delivery is prompt. Packaging is simple and classy. Love it all. Definitely recommend.

I have bought several times from tuckernuck successfully, but this is a negative experience I will have a hard time overlooking. I still don't know if they have the dress in my size or not but have just given up on asking.

I wore this dress to a wedding and it was a hit. I got so many compliments on the color, style and overall look! I love this dress and am considering purchasing the one that looks just like it that is sleeveless.

I expected a "boyfriend shirt" to run run large rather than small. The Adair shirt was a bit smaller than i expected, and then I washed it in cold water. Now too small to wear.
I guess I should have exchanged it before washing.:-(

Easy to shop the site and find many great things to consider. Bought several things to try. Kept what worked and retuning what didn't was super easy. Nice quality classic items! All around great experience!
