The recipient of the champagne puffer LOVED her gift! And so glad you now offer gift wrap and no receipt shipping, and if you added the ability to ship to multiple addresses (a la Mark & Graham, for example), I could have sent it directly to her and the balance of the order to me. Not a huge problem, but worth considering?!

I love buying tops from Tuckernuck. The quality is always good... the service is exceptional with really quick shipping... and the return policy is A+. I recommend them to everyone when I get compliments on my tops and I really appreciate that they have a full range of sizes available.

I originally ordered a dress in xxxl. I immediately realised I ordered the wrong size and contacted your company starting at 9 a.m. via phone. After 5-6 attempts with no answer or ability to leave a message, I emailed. Your response was that I should just proceed and order the correct size. You were too busy to make an exchange. With time being of the essence, I paid for overnight shipping on both. Both were shipped the same day, but one dress came 4 days later. One dress was too big and one was too small. So I spent $100+ dollars on shipping because you couldn't simply change my order. Your stated hours say you open at 9 for phoning, yet no one answers. I'll spend my hard earned dollars elsewhere.

Everything I ordered (in a big order) was much, much too large. I am not petite and almost always a size 2, but in things that I love, especially Tuckernuck brand, there often doesn't exist a smaller size. It's very unfortunate. I still love Tuckernuck and the brands that Tuckernuck carries! Hope you can correct your sizing!

I already own the Blythe dress in a large and love it. So I ordered the Daphne dress in a large expecting it to have a similar fit as they look identical on the site, except for the sleeves. Does NOT fit the same at all. The Daphne is very tight across the shoulders and bust. So disappointing!

I ordered about 10 items and returned 8 of them. The sizing of the tunic tops was very odd - they were very wide and I ordered XS. The quality of the fabric was disappointing- cheap and flimsy. Now and then I get things that I like a good deal but not this time.

I love the selection of dresses - everything from fun and daytime casual to elegant summer evening. Site was very easy to use and shipping time was reasonable. I did need to return one of the dresses because it didn't fit. Return and refund was quick and easy.

I bought two of the same dress (black & green) the online reviews helped me to determine proper sizing and I'm very happy with the dresses. I will point out that I ordered the same size (medium) and the green dress is shorter than the black dress.

I bought this jacket last year in a size large and I LOVE it!, I lost a lot of weight over the year (yay!) so I ordered the same jacket in a medium this year…. Unfortunately the jacket I received in medium is much lighter and kind of flimsy…. Definitely not the same quality…. Feels like there was very little to no fill in it this year… sadly I returned it…

My experience was disappointing. I ordered an extra small dress but it was way too large and long. I think I need petite size perhaps. The fabric was very pretty and the dress looked like it was well made.

The little black dress is cute but it is not something I would wear for much(i. E. weddings, showers, etc., as it is probably best described as; 'You get what you pay for'. It is made inexpensively and a little shiny for my taste. I think it would be nice if Tuckernuck did not outsource to China for their clothing but found a place in the USA to give their business. Lots of loose threads and creases in the semi shiny material from being shipped en masse.

I am trying to return a dress because it doesn't look good on me. The website says it is ineligible for return with no reason. I know you have to make returns within 30 days and the dress was shipped to me 20 days ago. I don't understand the problem and there is NO phone number to call for help. Previously I have ordered Tuckernuck often with no problem.

In the last month or so, I have ordered two dresses from Tuckernuck. Both arrived quickly and fit perfectly. I am pleased with them for the events I purchased them for and will wear them a lot for other events as well. My only tiny complaint is that both arrived quite wrinkled. They were in soft packages that we squished into my mailbox. I am hopeless at ironing so am taking them to be pressed today.

Ordered a dress and paid for overnight shipping. Courier stated the dress had been delivered yet I had no dress for a wedding and had spent hundreds of dollars. Tuckernuck customer service to the rescue! They sent another dress that got damaged during its travels (to me). Again, Tuckernuck customer service to the rescue! They sent a second replacement dress to me! WOW that is first class customer service! I am so grateful and believe all of this mess was caused by the shipping/delivery companies NOT Tuckernuck! If something goes wrong with shipping they clearly make their customer whole. Best customer service experience I have had in years!

I only found Tuckernuck this year, random chance. But I love the classy and well made clothes. And I like to shop the sales.My one complaint is that the shipping is painfully slow. All four times that I placed orders I was dismayed at how long I had to wait for delivery.

The dress was shorter than I expected and is a little tight. A large should fit someone who is normally a size 10. I haven't decided if I will return it or not. The fabric is a great weight and the dress is well-made.

I recently purchased the patchwork stripe hayes shirt dress which I love but the size Medium I ordered ended up being a little snug in my arms and chest. I ended up returning and reordering the size L. The process of returning was so easy and simple. I received the size L and it fits perfect!
