Tuckernuck

I bought a dress based on reviews and sizing. The dress is really cute but tight in the bust area. I am a 38 DDD so I thought the XL would work fine. The dress otherwise is very roomy (maybe a little too roomy) but the bust is tight.

Ordered two dresses - and keeping one. It's a spectacular dress and will be perfect for the event I purchased it for. Tuckernuck quality from online order to receipt of items (folded/pressed/boxed package of items) was excellent. Looking forward to my next Tnuck order:-)

I loved the style of the dress I ordered, but it was cut extremely small through the shoulders and underarms. I am normally a size 8, and even the large which was huge everywhere else, was too tight in the above areas. The top I ordered in a Medium was perfect, loved it!

Great dress however it doesn't fit right. I bought the exact same dress in another color and it fit perfectly so I decided to buy a different color and it doesn't fit. Very disappointing, especially when you spend $200 for a dress

Quick receipt of clothing, easy returns and exchanges and super helpful people to deal with. So nice not to have to deal with annoying automation! Oh, and continuous great selections and price points.

I finally found the perfect little dress, only to order the wrong size. Totally my fault. Returning the wrong size and ordering the right size was seamless. I received the dress and love the fit. Best of all - it has pockets! Bonus!

Tuckernuck is my go-to for online shopping! They have everything you need from laying low in lounge wear to beautiful dresses for formal events and everything in between. Their price points reach both high and low so there is something for everyone. The customer service is so wonderful and the website is incredibly easy to navigate!

I originally ordered the Navy Cotton Colette Cable sweater in size medium. This is the same size I wear in other tops from Tuckernuck. The Colette medium sweater was much too big. I wanted to exchange it for a size small at the same sale price. There was no option provided to exchange to get the correct fit.

After I successfully returned the sweater, I sent an email message to customer service and received a quick response with a one time code to purchase at the same price. I filled out the online order multiple times and each time the box to type in my charge card number was missing. By the time, I tried to try to order on my cell phone the size small was sold out. Since it is a Sunday, no one was available to speak with.

Can anyone in customer service find the Colette navy sweater in size small. Will these be restocked?

I love tuckernuck as many of my friends would know… I pretty much can be known wearing at least one thing from the company. I have no complaints… if something is incorrect they fix it, the packaging is always great, the quality of the clothes is exactly as described and the customer is always right. Companies like tuckernuck are hard to come by these days and I will be purchasing as many items as I can from them for as long as possible!

I was advised this morning, Nov 25, that a top I had wanted as back in stock. It was the Peony Jacquard Faye Blouse in size S. I quickly went to the website, and tried to order it but when I tried to place it in the shopping cart / bag I could see the size S was showing available, yet I could not add it to my cart. I got a notice saying to please send my email address to get a notification when available.? This was annoying and disappointing.

I have been thoroughly satisfied with both the quality of product and the excellent customer service provided by Tuckernuck. I always receive compliments on everything I wear from Tuckernuck. It's the first place I look if I need or want anything!

I am always reluctant to order online, simply because the items aren't always as they appear, or don't fit properly. But I have never ordered from Tuckernuck until just recently. I was pleasantly surprised when I received my red dress that fit perfectly and looked just as good in person as it did in photographs! I was able to wear my dress the very next day to a wedding, and feel happy and confident!

First, I ordered a sale item and it arrived in the incorrect size. I wrote to customer service, they sent me a label, I returned the incorrect item, and they were to ship the correct item. I never received it. All I got was this survey.

The dresses I ordered looked great on the site but turned out to be made of a cheap fabric. They were not well tailored and did not drape well. I was very surprised given the reputation of the brand and the price of the clothing.

Ordered an item 11/24/22, received an email that it shipped on 11/25. When the item was not received by 12/7, I emailed the company. Received a form response about the response coming 24-48 hours. I never received a response. 12/11 I receive a form email to review my experience.
I have still not received the item or a response.

I never received the item that I exchanged the original item for. I received no communication and still do not know where this exchange stands. I wanted the top for the Christmas holidays for events I had to attend. Not impressed with the customer service on this at all.

I ordered 2 identical shirts, one white, one black, both size M. The black one is a M, the white one is M/L. It is way too large and I was not contacted about the size change! I will be returning it. The fabric is nice, washed well, did not shrink! Great top! Don't change sizes ordered without consulting the customer!

Loved two blouses that I saw on the internet. I thought the material looked the same. When I received them, one was cotton blend which was great and the other was rayon and even though they were both the same size, the rayon one was so much bigger.
