Tuckernuck

I purchased a necklace and selected and pay for 2-3 day shipping…I purchased it on Monday. I did not receive the necklace until Saturday. I needed it for a gift and was not able to give it. Therefore, I'm returning the necklace and disappointed that I paid for quick shipping and did not receive it. I will think twice before ordering again.

I ordered two dresses... one dress was extremely large! I read the reviews and ordered TWO sizes down... but still the dress was oversized. The second dress I ordered I chose the size as I would normally size myself - and even though the reviews said the dress ran large - this dress was so small I couldn't put it on. Such randomness in sizing when ordering online is unacceptable. Plus - trying to get my refund involved contacting customer support... also unacceptable.

The models are wearing say a small size Blythe dress. The model's measurements are 31-24-33. But the fit by measurements are say... 35 bust - 31 waist and 37 hip. So I get the dress and my 35-29-34 body is too big in the bust for the dress. Frustrating.

Each and every dress is high quality and fits perfectly for my 5'1'' frame. When I purchased a beautiful printed tea length dress and found that it just was too much dress - Tuckernuck made it so easy to return. Tuckernuck is my first stop when shopping!

I popped into the Georgetown shop for a last minute dress to wear to a wedding. I found the perfect dress and was very pleased with the gals that assisted me. The dress is a gorgeous fabric with a terrific fit. Also, great for dancing! I also think the trim is a terrific detail.

I ordered a dress for a wedding and paid the additional funds to have it delivered in two days. It never arrived yet Fed Ex said it was delivered. I dealt with Fed Ex for over a week, even to the extent they sent me a photo of a home that wasn't mine and then closed out my order. When I called to discuss the closure they told me to contact Tuckernuck. I emailed and received an immediate response. They shipped out a replacement dress right away and never questioned me. Awesome experience and I would definitely purchase from them again - although I'd opt out of using Fed Ex!

Just received my first dress which I love! I just wish the shipping would not have taken so long as it took my dress 9 days to arrive to New York from the date I ordered and the second dress on its way is following suit. I guess I'm spoiled from Amazon. Tuckernut, ditch USPS please!

The dress I ordered is cute, fit is ok. I was expecting the color to be navy and white. It is navy and off white. I checked the photo. It looked like it was navy and white. I don't believe the details indicated it was off white. Not enough of an issue to return, but...

The team at tuckernuck was not only helpful but came through for me quickly. I placed a large order and needed the clothes quickly for a gala. As soon as I noticed the clothes being delivered to the wrong address, the team called and emailed and got everything to me in time. I greatly appreciated it. In a time when many businesses lack in customer services, this is certainly not the case here! Also, I love the clothes ;)

It was so easy to order the dress and I love it. It came in no time and I wore it Sunday to Church. I love the color and the style. It is hard to buy dresses when you mature. Your don't want to look old but you don't want to look like you are trying to be a teenager. The dress is perfect.

I had lost all my information for my return including my email with my order confirmation. They worked and worked with me to find what I needed and get me a return label. They were very patient and professional. I was very pleased and impressed.

Overall, an incredible shopping experience. If I could request better desciptions of the weight and texture of the garment. Pictures do not always convey how heavy or thin the fabric is of the garments.

I have purchased clothing from Tuckernuck over the past 2 years and I am a very satisfied customer. Their clothing is well made and is a good value. It is also very easy to return items at no charge and for any reason.

Love your company, however I do wish you did exchanges rather than returning and then having to reorder... I also love your brand much more so that the other "name" brands that you seem to be carrying now. I know how Tuckernuck fits... the others, not so much.

White is never white. It is off-white regardless of the description. Kelly green is sometimes army green and sometimes shamrock green. This sizing is not consistent either. I bought the same shirt in different colors but same sizes, and the fit was not consistent.

Bought this dress for fall; love the pattern and style and I knew I was taking a risk on sizing because it was on sale and not returnable. But I looked at the sizing chart and comments and was fairly certain that the large would fit. Ha! The Large is about equivalent to a size 8. There wasn't a chance this could ever button up the front. I guess I'll try to sell at a designer second hand shop. It is at least 2 sizes smaller than I am. What a huge disappointment. Not like the other Tuckernuck items I've purchased.

My order was delivered the day of a mandatory evacuation due to hurricane Ian. I emailed customer service and a new order was expedited and received in 3 days.
I'll be wearing my dress for game day in Tuscaloosa tomorrow!

Ordered a dress to wear to a summer family wedding—so happy that Tuckernuck offers extended sizes in some items. Was able to find a very lovely, wedding guest appropriate dress in a plus size and I'm so pleased with it!
