Tuckernuck

I saw Tuckernuck popping up on my social media feeds. One dress particularly caught my eye as a possibility for my daughter's August bridal shower. Ordered it and loved it. I couldn't believe how many compliments I got on it from guests of all ages!

Unfortunately I had to return 2 items as they did not fit and the process was seamless. Tuckernuck makes it so easy as well as inexpensive as there are no shipping return costs. Finally got the right fit and will shop Tuckernuck in the future.

I was very disappointed with my purchase. I was so excited at first to get this sleeveless black dress with a black bow in the back for a wedding. The site seemed to be classy and the dress was almost $200. I received the dress and the armpits of the dress were filled with white residue from deodorant! I was stunned. What kind of store sends a customer a costly dress and doesn't check whether it's been worn or damaged? I sent it back and will not trust ordering from Tuckermuck again!

The nonreturnable non exchangeable dress, same company, same size as blouse owned, as another blouse per chased from you, same day, a wrap dress which wrapped, leaves 8" of bare chest, is defective, as you know, for near $700 and will be reported unless immediate return for full refund does not promptly arrive. News of this occurance has been circulated to friends in 2 other states and I've clicked not to receive further advertising from Tuckernut. A shameful business ‼

Fabric description should be reversed, more spandex than cotton. Fabric gives the dress more of a sporty look definitely not a light airy summer look, and definitely not for a dinner date! Fit is good, kept the dress will wear w/tennis shoes, disappointed it isn't more versatile.

I am happy to click on a little button to say my experience was excellent but I do not appreciate a survey that requires me to submit text/comments before my survey answer can be submitted. This is the last time I will answer a survey for tuckernuck.

I tried Tuckernuck for the first time for an event. I purchased three items, 2 out of the 3 items sent were the incorrect items. After I paid for expedited shipping and needed for an event. Their customer service could care less when I called, and didn't even offer to refund my shipping expenses. Don't bother, I'll be sticking to Bloomingdale's.

In my previous order I received an checked dress marked FINAL SALE, that I NEVER ordered. I have no interest in this dress and do not k ow what to do with it. I sent an email to you the moment I received it but never heard back... I am so disappointed. I buy a lot of my clothing with you and am surprised with the lapse in customer service. Now I'm stuck!

I love the Tuckernuck items I see online. I also very much appreciate the advice I got from Tuckernuck personnel. The dresses I ordered were snug through the shoulders and otherwise too large. There was lots more fabric for most of the dresses than I expected though I do remember reading a review that said the same thing.

I will definitely order again even though I returned nearly everything I ordered recently.

I typically like to try on dresses in store and was a little reluctant to order online but kept coming back to this one dress for a wedding. I ordered late in the game but the dress arrived in plenty of time and was a great fit. I threw in another dress as I was checking out. I received compliments on both dresses. Very satisfied with my first experience with Tuckernuck!

While I did not keep the last products I ordered, Tuckernuck's service throughout my ordering process was excellent! They were timely in the delivery and return process. My circumstances were just a matter of fit and a changed mind.

I love just about every purchase from Tuckernuck, however, once in a while the item just isn't right. I don't hesitate to take a risk on a purchase as I know the return and refund will be processed immediately.

My Tuckernuck pieces are the ones I reach for most often when going out, packing for vacation or traveling for work events. The sleeveless white Kenzo dress I just purchased will be the perfect addition for an upcoming vacation.

Tuckernuck has taken over my closet in the last several years. It is my 'go-to' for chic, classic and timeless closet staples. Being in my 40's it is sometimes hard to know what looks are "age appropriate" but still make you feel confident and amazing- and Tnuck defintiely has it! My one complaint however, is the returns process. The UPS return option that was available for a short time was lovely and quick. Now, the only return option is via USPS and quite a few times, I have had to email customer service inquiring about the status of my return that was received back to Tnuck several days prior per the tracking.

Any time I contacted customer service I got reply sooner than expected.My first purchase / order got lost, was getting nowhere with post office, Contacted Tuckernuck customer service and got the issue resolved right away. Thank you!

While I liked one dress of the two I ordered, the other dress just didn't work. I decided to return it, so I went through the return process. All went smoothly until it got to the point of getting a free shipping label. The email that was supposed to have the link to print out the return shipping label NEVER came. It's been at least 5 days and I've still not received the link. I have gotten numerous other emails from Tuckernuck, so I know the emails from them are not going to spam. Guess I'll have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Really frustrated!

While visiting Georgetown I was delighted to see an actual store. I shop online but it was fun to see a few things that I had considered. I found a beautiful green toile dress but they didn't have my size. The store associate was lovely and so helpful, she had my dress shipped and I received it the next day.
