The blue willow shirt I ordered clearly stated it was 100% cotton poplin on the website. Imagine my surprise when the blouse I received was 100% polyester. I got some mumbled excuse and the website was ultimately changed. I finally got confirmation of my return and my refund. All in all, a very unpleasant experience. Too bad. The blouse is really well designed.

I love the designs and classic looks. I ordered a Daphne dress in black in a size that I thought would be ample enough to fit. The bust and arms were extremely tight. I would have had it altered but not enough fabric to let out the arms. I'm so disappointed as I loved the dress.

The top I purchased is really darling. I think the material, though is a little cheap and I think they could have done something a little more clever with the elastic in the back. It was a missed opportunity to make it really special instead of one solid piece of elastic. Overall though, it's a really pretty top and I've gotten compliments on it. I bought a medium and it fits but I would have been more comfortable with a large but it was out of stock. Also, it came in the exact time expected. I like that! Thank you for asking my opinion.

Recently made my first purchase with Tuckernuck. My order never arrived even though the shipping company's tracking said it was in my mailbox. I contacted customer service & they responded within an hour! Based on the tracking they believed my package was lost and immediately had my order resent. The second shipment arrived just fine. Very impressed with the prompt response of the customer service team.

Tuckernuck has quickly become my go-to for clothing, shoes and jewelry. I love the chic pairings and the lovely color and pattern selections! If you need an "occasion" outfit, Tuckernuck does not disappoint.

I love the brand selection and the Tuckernuck designed styles. My only feedback is that at this price point, I expect a prepaid, preprinted return label (especially for an online only retailer). Other high end retailers such as Shopbop and netaporter offer this.

After receiving the incorrect size (XL), Tuckernuck quickly sent me the correct size (M) which I really appreciated. However, the Medium just looked very overwhelming, with too much fabric. I am almost always a medium-this blouse fit in the shoulders, but was overall just too large and I did not want to try a small because the medium fit the shoulders and back. Bummer, I wanted it to wear for Christmas this year. I think it would look great on a tall, slender gal with fitted black pants and heels to balance to blousiness.

Product arrived quickly but was too big. For reference I am 5'2" and 138 lbs. I typically wear size S but the S was too big. The dress seems to have the most bulk in the middle and then tapers at the bottom so looks odd from the side. It was easy to return.

I saw the dress online and fell in love with it. I easily placed my order with a 10% discount code and the dress arrived much sooner than promised. I have already worn it to a wedding and a surprise party. Lots of compliments, I felt great in it, and very fun for dancing.

I did not receive my order. I had paid for it to be expedited, so when I realized it should have come, I looked through my messages. There was a message that it was delivered, with a photo. Yet, I was home, with 2 big dogs that bark at everything and did not receive it. It isn't clear if the package was actually left on the porch or if someone stole it.

Beautiful color, the material was totally not what I anticipated even though I read the reviews. I leaned toward the positive side of the good reviews. The fabric was extremely thin and I expected the dress to be longer. I am 5 foot four and it stopped above my ankles. My first purchase from you also.

I ordered a wonderful, adorable dress. Unfortunately, after trying two different sizes, it still was too small in the bust. The wonderful thing was how easy it was to return both. Very easy. Will continue to shop there.

I loved the dress but packaging for shipping needs improvement as the dress was very wrinkled when I took it out of the bag. Also, petites would be a great addition as I needed to have the dress shortened. Otherwise fit was perfect.

I ordered the Hudson Striped Jacket. Order number *******. I just received it in the mail and I would like to return it because the size/fit is way too big. However, the system says I can not return. Can you please help me.

The blouse I ordered was very cheap material and a very odd fit. If I were a foot taller, had no chest and was very heavy in the mid section... maybe it would have fit. I tried to contact the company numerous times to get clarification of the return policy. Finally I got through by phone(tried email and phone.) The young lady I finally spoke to was very nice but inferred they were understaffed. Also the packaging was poor. Such a shame. I try to support American business. I was really surprised at the cost vs the poor quality. Such a shame. Maybe this was not the usual experience, but it was mine.

I ordered the Leather Trim Funnel Piped Poncho and was disappointed. The fabric is great and loved the piping, but the spec is waaaay off. It's only offered in one size and the cut and width is very unflattering. I humbly suggest you take this back to your design team and reconfigure, as then I could see it as a best seller! But the current iteration is not wearable, I am usually a medium / large depending on the cut, so I can't imagine a smaller person being able to wear this, it would overwhelm them.

The black eyelet long shift dress is simply constructed and well made. The dress is lined to mid knee. I am 69,5'5" and weigh 152#. I ordered the medium and the small size. I kept the small. It "feels" snug in the armholes, but that could be a function of wearing different bra and a habit of loose summer tissue linen tops. The dress is unlined from knees down. I find the dress nearly perfect for a family special dinner or a night out in Philadelphia, Santa Fe and Dallas. It will be perfect for years.

Absolutely loved the top but it was tremendous. I realize buying online is difficult, but saying something is true to size when you should be buying a size down is really frustrating. Item was returned.
