My niece needed a dress for a wedding was not having good luck in finding one. I saw the dress on your website and ordered it for her with expedited shipping.

The dress was perfect and she loved it. It took a lot of anxiety away from her shoulders!

I have had an amazing experience with Tuckernuck and they have become my absolute favorite! Very rarely do I ever return a piece I order and each one becomes a stable in my wardrobe. I love that many of the pieces are dress- up/ dress -down and can be worn in multiple seasons. I never regret a purchase!

I purchased two sale, non-returnable dresses. They both were not what you would call 'cheap' but both were poorly made and not even close to being as attractive as they appeared in the pictures. In fact I will be donating them unworn to Goodwill. They both are tailored with the workmanship and fit of very inexpensive dresses. Your catalog is very deceiving. I expected much, much better!

I received a piece of clothing too small and wanted to exchange for larger size. Followed directions for return but before I even got it to the location to return, the newer size arrived at my door. Thank you!

I measured my hip, waist and butt to fit this set and it is still tight in the button area and i have to leave 2 buttons open on the shirt to make it fit right over the matching pants. Its not a major issue but it's not the look I wanted for the party

I purchased two dresses, and returned one. The second dress was not exactly what I thought, but the quality of both dresses were great. I will definitely purchase again. I wish there was a Petite option.

One of the dresses that I received has a red mark across the collar. This was disappointing and I feel like either a quality assurance or a packing issue. Because you are paying a bit more, I feel like the service should be a little bit better and/or more aware of issues such as this.

I loved the dress I had to return. For some reason I thought it was olive colored not black, (old age)
And I did not need another black evening dress. Beautiful material, fantastic style…the return process has been super. Thank you for the support..

I made my first order and the dress came quickly but was too large. Customer Service expedited an exchange and the second dress arrived within days. No charge for shipping or the return. The dress is well made and I will enjoy wearing it.

I live the clothes and the styles which are different than other places. I only get blouses due to being too thick in the middle and hips. I have found some great purchases in XL that fit well and flatter. I also get compliments.

I had purchased a pair of shoes, but needed to exchange for the next size up. I called the Customer Service and the exchange was done in minutes -- I returned the shoes with the mailing label provided (free shipping) and about a week later, I received my new pair of shoes, which fit perfectly -- and I love!

Tuckernuck has lovely things that are nice quality. For the price I would expect them to be made somewhere besides China. Other high end companies seem to be able to find other countries to manufacture their goods. The ordering, shipping communications and delivery were excellent. I love what I ordered but I probably wouldn't have bought two 1$80 blouses had I known they were made in China. It isn't clear on the website as to the country of origin of items.

I am 5'5" tall and it hits about 1 to 2 inches above my knees which is perfect for me. I wear a size 10 and I bought a size medium and it fits perfectly. I especially like it because it can be worn at the beach or I can dress it up to go out to eat. It's lined which I also like.

I put in an order for dresses for a beach trip. My order was canceled without notice. Kept waiting for the items to arrive but they never came. Didn't even notify me that my order was canceled! There was a charge on my card then a credit but no notification to me what was going on. If they were out of stock, it would have been nice to know so I could order different clothes.

I'm new to Tuckernuck and very pleased overall with service, quality and timeliness. They will be my go to for sure. I'm tired of j. Crew, Banana Republic, Madewell, etc. Tuckernuck is a breath of fresh air.

The clothing is beautiful and high quality. I needed to exchange a few things to figure out sizing and the exchange/return process was swift and easy.

I was sent the wrong item twice. Now I've made at least 6 attempts to emails and/or call customer service for resolution. I am unable to get a response or have the call connect for nearly a week now. I've had to contact my credit card for resolution.

I was disappointed in the quality of some Tuckernuck brand dresses. They looked very nice on the website, but the fabric just felt cheap. The design and style were quite beautiful, and I really wanted to love those pieces. I love the selection, and the easy return process. That is why I gave an overall 5 star score. Just work on the material quality.
