Love tmart, It may cost me $20 but its insane that I can order a $5 items and have it shipped with 4 day shipping.
They are really Scammers!. They always send your purchase partially. Then they say they will send the missing item as soon as posible. They never do it and when you want to enter your account in its site, it does not work. They copy down your IP adress or so. Sons of a witch.

I ordered two solar cars. 25 days later, I received them but one didn't work. I wrote an e-mail to Tmart.com and they sent me other car for free.
OK, Tmart has its good & its bad sides, IT IS NOT A SCAMMER SITE.Ive purchased there 7-times over the past year & have received some shoddy items, eg-MP3 PLAYER that had a VERY SHORT battery life, They refunded my $10-back & let me KEEP the $#*!ty player, since their return policy has THEM paying for return shipping of defective items. I received a li-ion Battery Charger, It was bad quality & charging my batteries to Very High Voltages, AGAIN they refunded me $6.00 store credit this time & let me keep the crappy charger. I bought another MP3 PLAYER of better quality, works great, EXCEPT the headphones suck & were dead on 1-side, THEY Issued me $2.00 store credit... SO pick your items carefully, SOME are garbage & some are GREAT. Prices are very cheap.The REVIEWS on their site are real, HOWEVER they Wont publish any NEGATIVE Reviews & they provide customers POINTS/store credits for submitting reviews, so take them w/ a grain of salt. They have different WAREHOUSES, US/BRITAIN, HONG KONG, items that say ships f/ US Warehouse ship f/ New jersey & arrive in a few days to US addresses, HOWEVER ITEMS that say INTERNATIONAL WAREHOUSE take at least a MONTH W/ the FREE Shipping option, so be prepared to wait. You can find some really useful items at very cheap prices during their constantly revolving sale items, just do some research of the item on the web before buying, to avoid having to go through returning/refund policy, Which is pretty good though... OVERALL I give TMART an 8 OUT OF 10 for usa warehouse orders/and a 5 OUT OF 10 for International Shipments.
Tmart has shipped me a camera that is in Pal format instead of NTSC. Furthermore the receiver for the camera has damage as does the packaging from shipping. Tmart tried to offer me a discount if I wanted to keep the item. An item that I can not use... They now want me to pay for shipping and have offered me up to 30% of the items value in return for me paying for shipping. Their so called customer satisfaction guarantee is a joke people. Tmart and companies like them give online shopping a bad reputation. Sadly they are everywhere. To date I have had problems with every company head quartered in China. Go figure. They deserve the comments they get. Steer clear is all I can offer.

Having used Paypal to make this payment, I started and escalated a claim against Tmart. Tmart failed to respond to Paypal's request for they're side of the issue. Paypal gave me a full refund! Funny how Tmart responded to this posting in only a day or two but couldn't find the time in ten days to respond to Paypal who holds the purse strings. Speaks for itself doesn't it? Don't you just love how Tmart handles their customers? Numerous emails, multiple photos as per Tmart's request prior to my posting here, yet they would have you (the reader) think that they need more information to assist me. For the record, I responded to their request email directly saying they have all the info already and just need to review it. They never replied or attempted to make any further contact. If anyone reading this is doing so before shopping with these guys? YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Nothing, nothing about this company comes close to being a satisfactory experience.

Wish I had 0 stars to rate this. Ordered some iPhone cases and screen protectors from them as they advertised very decent prices. On the website, they stated worldwide shipping (from HK) would take 3-15 working days. 15 working days has passed - and my order hasn't arrived. Emailed them - and they responded by saying that it could take up to 45 days. That's an EXTRA MONTH. Nowhere on their website did they mention this ridiculous shipping time. In all their email responses, they keep telling me to be patient and understanding. NO, TMART. YOU should be the one who should be understanding of your customer's concerns. And YOU should MOST DEFINITELY not FALSELY ADVERTISE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES! My new phone has arrived and has no case to protect it. If it were to be accidentally dropped, TMART WILL YOU PAY FOR DAMAGES?
Asked for a refund as well - but can't get 100% back for god knows why.
Buyers, please read reviews before purchasing from this site. From the looks of it, 1 of 10 users will get lucky and receive their items, but most likely, you will be part of the remaining 90% who will have their time AND money wasted on this atrocity of a company.

I ordered two watches from TMART.COM and upon speaking to Belly at customer service I was told that my order had been cancelled. I did not authorize this cancellation for those two watches. Not only that but when I called my bank to see what was happening with the refund the bank informed me that $100.98 had not been refunded back into my account. I asked them why not and they informed me that they were waiting for reimbursement notification from the company. I ordered GT68 Outdoor GPS Compass Heart Rate Monitor Bluetooth Smart Watch Phone Black & Blue and a GT68 Outdoor GPS Compass Heart Rate Monitor Bluetooth Smart Watch Phone Black & Orange and never received the order. I am not happy with this company. I thought this company was in good standing with their customers and so far I am not at all amused or pleased. I am out of 2 watches and/or $100.98. Thanks TMART.COM unless some miracle happens I won't be shopping with you all (and its a shame cause I tend to buy a lot of unique items for Christmas and this year I had my sights set on your company). Just an idea last Christmas I spent a total of $3386. 24 and I was still grabbing small stuff as I came across unique items.

Good Product. The BEST PRICE EVER! HATE that it takes so long to get here( 15 days) But overall, I Love Shopping with Tmart Guys (and i will continue to do that) Thumbs Up.
Actually, tmart is good online store if:
- you're buying less than $5
- you only buy 1 item
- you don't mind product quality
- you don't mind to wait more than 30 days (that is a processing time, not shipping time, add another 30 days minimum for shipping time)
- you are not dropshipping to time sensitive markets like ebay or amazon.
- your middle name is "lucky"
I am an ebay seller, I get to know tmart while searching for an alternate dropshipping supplier. And by far, tmart is the worst business partner ever. I encountered many problems with my customers on ebay due to tmart. Do not be fooled by their 24 hours processing time promises, all my orders are marked as shipped after 1 week minimum. My record is 45 days of ordered items still in "processing" status on tmart.
Also they claimed to have warehouse in US, it's a lie. Upon receiving an order from US customer with a good profit, I ordered from their so-called "US warehouse" despite it has higher price, hoping that my customer can get their goods faster, that order still take days in processing and my customer does not receive it after 30 days.
Some cases including "out of stock" issue. Tmart will not tell you if they are out of stock, they will accept your money, and your order will appear as "waiting" or "processing" even after weeks. That "out of stock" item also still appear on their site, waiting for another victims.
So instead of getting profits in doing business with tmart, I actually losing money because I have to refund my customers, some due to long waiting time (more than 30 days), some due to quality of the products.
Still lucky enough to not get negative feedback on ebay, but I was done with tmart.

Answer: Try your hardest to resolve the problem. If you ordered through a site such as Amazon make a complaint so the company (Tmart) will know along with other potential buyers. In the future never order from this company - in a word they suck
Answer: Stay away from Tmart, as far as you can!... if you want to have nice days. I ordered and paid a product 50 days ago. They did not even ship it. I contacted them many times, I spent a lot of time chatting with them, they always promise to mail the product in 1 - 2 days, but they do nothing. Yesterday I asked a refound. They refound me only 63% of the price I paid, instead of refounding 100% what I paid or instead of giving me some interest for using my money for 50 days. I was ordering items from them for years, I was pleased with them, but lately I am having serious problems constantly.
