The PS3 controllers from Tmart that I purchased work as well as the ones that came with my PS3 console. The price ONLY 15.99! Has a lower price. Great!

It you buy anything make sure it ships from the US warehouse. The prices are fantastic, but the shipping time will just ruin it. Took almost 3 months for a wrist watch to arrive, NEVER AGAIN!

T-MART suckkkks!

I just bought a simple item (make up brush) from that $#*! website.
Been 2 months, I have yet to receive my parcel
I contacted the customer's service only to be attended by someone who can't even type proper English.
I was then told, my parcels went missing
And how she will reship to me again, only to tell me later on
Nope! The item is out of stock!

Now. EXCUSE ME? Isn't it YOUR job to let your customers know that?
So you can either reship those items to them or provide them with a refund?

But NO. No one informed me. This is the exact same situation as Sheinside.com (Which, by the way, I never ever purchased from that crap website again)

I kept trying to explain my situation and hoping my questions will be answered
But TMART's customer's service, "Cherry", doesn't seem to understand much at all

It was such a frustrating process
I am just so disappointed and frustrated over how all these websites from China are handling situations.

Their websites should be closed down, seriously
What a bunch of tosh!

Before she even answered one final question I asked 4 freaking times! (that her brain can't seen to comprehend)
" Did I purchase this item via paypal or credit card"
She suggested I go purchase from e-bay (LOL?) and ask me to exit this chat.
OH MY GOD!
WHAT KIND OF F*UCKED UP service is this?!

So pissed!

I ordered a moon in my room night light $15 value for my son and the tracking showed that i received it, but i didn't. I checked with my neighbors and i found out that the neighbor across the street received it. The neighbor told me that the shipping information was damaged and they couldn't make out the name or address, so they took it to the post office. The post office has no record of it after the delivery to my neighbor (tge tracking shows that they delivered it to me, but didn't). Part of the tracking was Fedex and they have no record of it after the delivery to my neighbor either. After many horribly inconsiderate emails from Tmart telling me to contact the post office and Fedex for proof that i didn't receive it, which i did, i can't for the life of me figure out how that's even possible. No one has record of this package and i absolutely didn't receive it. I will never order from this company again and i just had to pay another $15 for a night light for my son again from Ebay because Tmart isn't willing to do anything for me. The worst customer service experience i've ever had. I worked customer service for many years and this company should be put out of business because they don't even know the meaning of "Customer Service."

I've made three different orders to my 3 different customers (Dropshipping). 4 days status was Authorization. Today I decided to contact them via only available method LIVE CHAT. And Chen Winnie responded to my question "When my orders will be shipped?": "We have checked there is something wrong about the payment. For this order, Sorry for so much inconvenience. Would you mind sending us a photo of your credit card, Driver's license, passport, ID? You can paste it in this window."

Now I want to say more that they've charged my payment went through from my account. And this scammers now provided me a headache what I should do with my customers. Ok I will tell them not to DEAL WITH TMART.COM! DROPSHIPPERS BEWARE! RED FLAG! They collect your personal information + Credit Card scan, Driver License scan, Passport, scan and I suppose that after it they could ask you to mail them a keys from your appartments. BEWARE EVERYONE!

I'm learning to apply My own strip lashes. I purchased a 5 pack 3times at beauty supply to the tune of 12.00 a pack for 5:-( mind you I'm learning how to apply them Myself sooo that's VERY frustrating & expensive. I spent more going to walgreens & cvs to get individual packages of them from time to time again:-( WASTE OF MONEY! This is the answer! I'm gaining confidence while learning to lay / apply strip lashes Myself@ a price that's PHENOMENAL & i will be re-ordering sometime later in 2014 as these 5 or more variety packages have Me completely & satisfyingly stocked for a long while!:-) THIS IS A WINNER! I'm glad to say I'm conquering laying My own eyelash strips... yIPEEE! Which adds to My Fly Sleek Sexxxy Chic demeanor... ahhhh!

I ordered a simple tiara from tmart on 2/1/2016. The product stated it was in a warehouse in the US and would take 24 hours to process and ship. Needless to say I had never received it. I sent an email to customer service asking where it was and they stated that in between Jan 29-Feb 4th the payment system maintenance. I then asked for a refund. I noticed the status on the order stated cancelled but I received no refund (which in their policy it states you will get one within 24 hours) and SURPRISE, NO REFUND. I then get an email asking to send a picture of my credit card to them, what company operates like that, sounds like fraud to me. I emailed back and stated they were able to take my money so they should be able to refund it. I get an email back stating I should "cancel my order". Mind you when I sent my first email asking for a refund my order stated cancelled and I even attached a picture of that to the dolts that work for the "company". I think this place is a huge fraud. NEVER will I order here and NEVER will I tell anyone to order from here.

They deceive customers. If you order items from tmart.com you are going to wait for you package a few moths! They even do not have any customer phone number! They DO NOT INFORM CUSTOMERS THAT THEY USUALLY DO NOT HAVE ITEMS TAHT YOU PAID FOR THEM!
DO NOT TRUST THET COMPANY. TMART DO REALLY BED BUSINESS!
