The flashlight is not bright as advertised for 2000LM.
Contact Tmart and they said that their product is good. Want to get the refund but we have to pay the shipping fee back to China - Not worth it.
Order the same one from eBay, deal with eBay seller is a lot easier and the price is a lot cheaper.
Glad that I always try to buy something cheap from these new seller to check out their customer service and know that I will never buy anything else from them!

Fortunately, the item was available. TMART processed the order on December 4,2013 and arrived at the local post office on January 13, I believe. The postman left the claim card at my landlady's mailbox on the 14th, but we only discovered it 4 days ago. So yeah, it took more than a month for the package to arrive, which is normal for me. It really does take 1 month or more for international packages to arrive at my place or at the post office.
The Walkera QR X350pro RC UFO Quadcopter that I bought from them doesn't work. It doesn't turn on at all. The box was damaged during shipment as well. And the Plasma Magic Crystal Desktop Ball Light that arrived wasn't USB. Instead of a USB end, it has a foreign plug on the end that I can use.
They denied my request for a return, so now I have to do a claim through PayPal.

I purchased a self-powered 4 port hub. This hub was suppose to support 4 devices but in fact only supports 2 devices. When inserting a 3rd USB device one of the first two ( and sometimes both) would stop working and go offine. No matter what machine I used or how I used the hub, the product would not wok as advertised.
Bottom line is that the hub did not supply enough power to support 4 devices. When I contacted Tmart via there Live Support Chat, they basically told me to pound salt. They did not want to apply a refund as their 90 day refund policy indicates. Instead they tried to barter with me with Tmart points. They wanted to give me 250 points, worth $2.50. What the heck you going to do with that?
Since this was only 4 days after I received the item I figured I would not have a time problem. But they did not want to honor the refund, unless I paid for the return shipping charges back to China. The return policy is suppose to issue a RMA, a return merchandise authorization number, but Tmart would not give me one. Keep in mind I had a 10 minute (typing discussion) with them about the faulty product. They wanted me to take a video of the product and how it was being used. Who has time for that?. Tmart by far is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Probably because it is a China based company

In November buy a smartwatch in the store at a cost of $ 55, it took a week to ship the order, but here began my surprise, there was no logistics information or tracking number.
Ask the customer service and was told that " we could not provide information thru past 45 days to be patient ".
After spending 45 days (that's two months) I was given a tracknumber which said that he the package was delivered. In addition the package had been sent before the dates of my order (rare).
After claiming that I had not delivered the package referred me to the local post office to complain. Clearly in the local post office not give me more information that has been delivered the package to another person who was addressed. For data protection can not give me information of another customer.
He claimed repeatedly requesting information from dealer, any evidence that has sent me my package (have some invoice)
I have nothing at the end after three months and more than 10 post abandoned, but do not want anyone to go through the circumstances I have me and be swindled.

I purchased two phone watches the Q8. They had two types one with a grey type box around the display and an all black one, They have two different prices because one is Tri-Band and the other is Quad Band. I ordered the Quad and was sent the Tri. I ordered these back in October 2013 and had to wait a month for them to arrive, only to send them back because one froze and that they were not the correct watches that I had ordered. I waited another month and was sent the same style. I have been emailing them ever since. (mind you, the watches I sent back was received the following day) They say they cannot see the difference in the two, and that they are what I ordered. I have since looked at their website and they now featuring one watch, the stupid thing about it is they are featuring the model I originally wanted, but continue to inform me they look and are the same watches. I have had live chats, I have sent them the two different watch pictures on their website, I have sent continuos emails from work and home back in November right through to December 2013 and they have all the reference numbers of both watches and the correct reference of the one I ordered, which I must mention as I have stressed this to Tmart. The outside of the box has the correct reference to the one I have ordered. The contents inside is the other watch. As I mentioned I have sent them evidence, they say that they can not see the difference. Up to date I am still trying to retrieve my refund on the watch and postage.

This review is for the false advertisement on the products. We needed items for a bridal shower on Aug 9 and so needs the products no later than aug 8, friday. We ordered the items on July 28th and since it states that it will ship within 24 hours, we figured it will be fine. But no, we didn't get the tracking number until a day or two later and to find out that items do not ship within 24 hours as stated in alot of their items.
The reply from tmart: We will pay more attention to this problem, so sorry. All orders are subject to a 1-2 business day processing prior to shipping. So more than 2-4 days before they actually ship the item. And if you reject the item, they won't refund you 100% of what you paid, they will only refund 80%.
This is outrageous. If we knew that they will not ship their items 24 hours within ordering as stated on their website, we would not have purchased the items. What is the use of getting the items after our event? We now have no gifts for everyone attending the event and have to go buy other items. And they will not refund all our money.
What a horrible way to do business. Will not order from them and everyone should be aware.
Since this business is based in HK, there's probably nothing USA law can do, but will make sure the authorities are aware of this false business practice.
I ordered this battery from Tmart to replace the worn out battery in my old Dell Latitude D600 Notebook Computer. I use this Computer daily and this new battery has done exceptionally well with extended battery use and recharging while using it at home on the AC Adapter. There are several batteries and chargers that are sold for the Dell Latitude D600 but this one matched the "Rating for Volts and mAh" of the existing battery so I played safe and stayed with that. For me, if something works right out of the box it generally works for years or at least the advertised life of the product and this battery works as advertised. I currently get between 2 1/2 to 3 hours of run time when this battery when it is fully charged. I like this battery so well that I just purchased a second battery to carry in my bag to extend the run time when away from home without AC access. I currently recommend this battery and, if it fails sooner than it should, I will either add to this review or write another to inform the buyer. However for now, it is working as it should and I am pleased.
I love TMART case! It is super cute and looks exactly like the picture. It has protected my phone spectacularly and I couldn't ask for more from this case. Love it!
The worst customer services team I have ever met. I brought over $800 New Zealand dollars worth of goods over 3-4 different orders as I was attracted by the price and Tmart was recommended by a friend. They took my money no problem with that part.
But problem starts when you receive a faulty product completely broken. During the live chat you will get agents (you don't know if they are even real names or not) with the live name Chen Cherry, Li Tonia, Wang Cimer, Li Tony, Wu Sweeties, Qu Stacey, Xie Scorch and you will find all their reply is more or less the same. It is as if it is an automated Chinese/some Asian language to English converter. Then you as a English speaker type your issue they would respond with totally something else.
It took me 5 attempts to get my damaged items added to my new order. I am still not sure if I am going to get it.
I strongly recommend to all English speaking countries not to buy from TMART and best to rely on your local retailer - even if more expensive.

Pretty much the same old story
Great prices, free shipping then you receive junk that is a close knockoff that doesn't work., and that will. Never work and no way to your money back. I really don't understand why this company believes it is ok to steal from hard-working Americans. It took me 6 tries to get them to send me an address to ship helicopter back, they said over and over, save your money and don't pay for the tracking on the package, they will not pay to return an item. I did pay for the tracking. I received an email saying they never got the package. I sent them tracking info what showed a date and signature, then they said there was nothing in the box. So they never got the package, so how can they say there was nothing in the box?
I did not read the reviews prior to placing my order if I had done so I would never have done business with these slimy rip-off company.
If you would like to save yourself a lot of aggravation and money don't even think about buying from them. And remember their slogan is Tmart where the T stands for THIEVES.

I contacted them many times, I spent a lot of time chatting with them, they always promise to mail the product in 1 - 2 days, but they do nothing. Yesterday I asked a refound. They refound me only 63% of the price I paid, instead of refounding 100% what I paid or instead of giving me some interest for using my money for 50 days. I was ordering items from them for years, I was pleased with them, but lately I am having serious problems constantly.
