This company is not legitimate, they leer you in with affordable prices and free shipping then once you place an order they have you fill out a survey about your experience with them, of course up to that point the experience seems to be positive however after that you wait weeks almost a full month for your order without being informed that your order is being shipped from Hong Kong through the mail.

Once I received my order which was a wireless mouse I quickly learned that it was cheaply made and defective. I contacted the company multiple times throughout the process and I got the idea that they are used to complaints about their company but are used to also giving a sad apaology and getting away with the consumers money. This really needs to stop and hopefully whoever reads this will not be scammed like I was.

I emailed them multiple times while waiting for my order and then they told me it was coming from Hong Kong and it would take a while which was my first time hearing that. I wish that I would have read all of the negative reviews on Bizrate.com because then I would have been aware of all of this before ordering. Now they are telling me that I have to return the order and pay for the return so that I can get a refund. This company is a fraud
My opinion of this company is completely true and as you can see many ppl feel the same way, so deal with it and stop acting as customers to raise the rating here.

I have bought almost 10 items from Tmart: one of them was not packed in, but I received the refund; one differs from the pictures, but the functions are similar; others are pretty.

STAY AWAY FROM TMART.COM. It is a mechanism to steal your money. The method is simple. You order, you pay. Eventual you receive a phony Tmart's tracking number making you think it is been shipped from USA. Then tracking doesn't work for days until the item arrives from China to USA or it will never arrives to you. BAD customer service tells you a lot a spitful excuses means to buy time form them until you eventually give out. So people, resist the price temptation and stay out of this, it is a SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM site! It is a phony site how can you trust a site that post FAKE positive reviews here and does not accept to post the REAL negative reviews on their website! I Beware of scam.

2/17/15 order placed with TMart. Payment collected from Pay Pal. Being sent priority mail. Tried on 4 ocasions to reach customer service but could not contact anyone. Got msg "SORRY, Our supporters are busy now, please contact us later" 2/27/15 package still not sent, but I did get a text msg saying that customer service was available 24 hours a day from 7:30pm to 4:30am EST. ABSOLUTLY AMAZING! 3/2/15 package sent from NJ. RECEIVED ON 3/6/15. NEVER MORE! 3/6/15 tried to contact Cus Serv. After 30 minutes of "Please Wait, you are #4, you are #3, you are #2... It timed out and disconnected me. I tried again with the same result. I am through with TMart!

I have been browsing the web in search of reasonably priced merchandise. When I browsed T-Marts merchandise and prices I was sold, they have the best prices.

Yes most of you readers are right, I blundered ordering from them on m card, the payment was made and they canceled my order stating that the payment not received where as bank already credited my account. PLEASE BE WEARY AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OTHERWISE YOU LOOSE MONEY. AMAZON IS THE BEST BET Very Pathetic service and Chicken English. Read other reviews, from 'Sitejabber', before you buy from them. CAUTION, just found out that their site which accapts your credit card payment is very irractic and faulty, so be very careful when you make a payment, it may do funny things. Chinese after all. I just had a bad experience!
