Hello I ordered a battery from these people for my little brother's laptop. I thought this would be like any order similar to that of Amazon. I was wrong the first lie I received from these people was the promise of receiving the product in 48 hours. First of all they got their payment before the battery was out the door. After a week of waiting by the mailbox I just happened to check on the status because 48 hours is 2 days. I learned the battery was coming from Illinois. I figured oh that's why it's been over a week and still no battery. Then I discover it's in my city I'm like cool I'll get it today. 3 days later I'm still asking if it came. I went to the site to check where it was. Now it's in another city at this point I'm emailing Tmart they are saying "have some patience". I'm telling you it's been 2 weeks and then it's passing my town". Few days pass it goes right back to the factory. Now Tmart is saying "do a $3 paypal and we will resent it. But after May 1st this is discontinued" so I tried my best to figure out how the pay pal works. I just couldn't navagate the page. I even emailed them and asked for a phone number so I can get some assistant through the web page. Tmart responds we don't don't have a phone number.? Then keeps sending the link for the paypal. I threw out use my credit card that you already have on file. They can't apparently then sends the pay pal link again. After all that I email saying can I at least get my "80% refund" Gmail emails me saying I can not respond to Tmart. So I lost $16 bucks and have no battery. Thanks Tmart
Total sham! I really wish I had come here to read the reviews first before ordering. I ordered a present for my husband for Christmas, at checking was informed that it would take 5-6 business days. When I didn't receive it in that time, I tried the tracking info (which I paid for) and was told that the # didn't match my order and email. I tried contacting them and all I could do to get a response was a live chat. Operator named "Sweetie" informed me that delivery could be between 3-4 wks, after several moments and a piece of my wrath, the story changed to 1-2 wks and brought up all kinds of factors that could delay mail. In addition, I was given a lesson on what "business days" means as though I didn't know how to count and that weekends and holidays weren't business days. When I brought up the tracking problem to her/him/whoever, I was told it would be updated the following day and I could finally check the tracking nearly 2 weeks after ordering? Bogus, bogus, bogus. I'm so disappointed, do not be swayed by the cheap prices, it comes at a cost!
I had an issue with a flashlight that I had purchased, I contacted the support center. The service tech was prompt and courteous. She resolved my problem
I love TMART.COM especially. The store is big and smells good. The customer service is exceptional. TMART sells quality and beautiful things unlike other stores. Great Service.
I did a lot of shopping at Tmart as I trust it. Good choice for Chinese products. I have had excellent service from this company. I am with Tmart from almost a year.
I get an iphone charging cable from this company these days. So yes the cable is inexpensive, but is it even worth it? I guess it could be if you really needed cable.

I would give them 3 star but their product quality is very good so I gave them 4 for that only. I am satisfied that their freight is too slow, then I waited two weeks.

I bought some battery few hours later i contact them they are not working, after a week back and fourth they give a option for a refund i said yes for a refund doesnt end there
Few days later after i said yes to a refund, they said did you try deferent charger, witch first thing i said i dont have another charger to try it, i went every retail store no one carry this type battery ******* li-ion battery

What I bought is a red belly hip scarf, but they shipped me a black one which is cheaper than mine. Although they refunded me 2$, but I still felt a little bit disappointed.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ENTIRELY TOO LONG SHIPPING WHEN YOU DO RECIEVE THE ORDER. I MADE AN ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 27TH THAT I RECEIVED AFTER A LONG DELAY THAT ONLY CONTAINED A PARTIAL SHIPMENT. AFTER ABOUT 50 EMAILS BETWEEN CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY FINALLY AGREED TO SHIP THE 3 MISSING ITEMS. AFTER MORE THAN 2 MONTHS I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE COMPLETE ORDER. I read about this website being a scam after I purchased $130 worth of make up supplies so of course I was mad and I assumed my things wouldn't come and I started to file a claim with paypal because I even paid for fast shipping and called FedEx to check on my stuff and they told me they didn't have it! I was angry that was 3 days ago and just a few minutes ago FedEx came with all of my stuff I am very happy sorry tmart for cussing you guys out lol
A really good website, it allways delivers its products it has world wide free shipping its always pulling promotions, its just awesome to look around in there.
I have no one to blame but myself. I read some negative comments but still decided to give tmart a try. Now I regret it. I placed an order and realised that after 1 day, it was still saying pending so I thought I should see what was wrong. Found out that an item that clearly showed in stock when I ordered, was now out of stock. Then I asked to change the order and it was like speaking gibberish. The online chat rep just seemed clueless. Eventually I spelt it out easily enough and clearly and then asked about the shipping time. He told me it was being shipped from hong kong though I chose my items from us warehouse... and I have to wait for atleast 20 days! Then I asked that the order be altered to remove the out of stock item and that I would like some confirmation. I can't get any confirmation... nor are these changes reflected under my account. In fact as I speak my order still shows that all items are available! I am glad I did not order a big $ and I am pretty sure I would never do it again. Sometimes we take chances just to get a low deal but then we get low balled in the process. Its scary what kind of people hide behind colorful websites! - TORONTO ONTARIO..
Tmart keeps sending me newsletters and I bought products from them from time to time. They have responsove customer service to back you up. Delivery was quick.
I've been experiencing undelivered items problem on eBay lately. So I switched over to Tmart. Tmart has been satisfactory so far. I received the items within a month.
Answer: Try your hardest to resolve the problem. If you ordered through a site such as Amazon make a complaint so the company (Tmart) will know along with other potential buyers. In the future never order from this company - in a word they suck
Answer: Stay away from Tmart, as far as you can!... if you want to have nice days. I ordered and paid a product 50 days ago. They did not even ship it. I contacted them many times, I spent a lot of time chatting with them, they always promise to mail the product in 1 - 2 days, but they do nothing. Yesterday I asked a refound. They refound me only 63% of the price I paid, instead of refounding 100% what I paid or instead of giving me some interest for using my money for 50 days. I was ordering items from them for years, I was pleased with them, but lately I am having serious problems constantly.
