Excellent experience, just went on the phone/web app and found the correct tires for my vehicle. The app even confirmed the tires I choose were the appropriate set. Pricing couldn't be matched. I've used Tire Rack services now twice, and couldn't be happier with the service, pricing, and technology.

I previously ordered 2 tires here and since it's time for all new tires, I am trying to experiment with the 4 new tires that are in offer. (old manufacture date). I always have a good experience other than returning the tires once they are totally unusable. I need to figure out a way for that part. As my last ordered tire busted out and had no time to deal with the exchange or return, ordered a new one. But this time let's hope, how it goes with 4 new tires.

I purchased a tire to use as a spare for my 2007 E250. My wife and I are retired, travel extensively, and require a highly reliable vehicle. My spare was 13 years old and needed replacing. The tire I ordered from Tire Rack arrived at my designated installer is good time, no complaints there. My problem is that the tire was already 3 years old meaning that tire dealers could only service it for another 3 years (they may not install or repair a tire over 6 years old). This means that I am only going to get half of the value of the tire for the purpose I purchased it for. I have to replace it again in 3 years instead of the 6 years a newer tire would have afforded. Not happy about that.

I'm a car enthusiast and I love after market wheels. There are so many different variations, sizes, offsets, etc, that must be considered when purchasing wheels and tires. It's great when you can trust that you are being sold the right wheels and tires. I have purchased the wrong items from other companies and it was just a waste of my time. Again, trust is very important when purchasing something as important as the wheels and tires for your vehicle. The wheels and tires are the only thing that separate your vehicle from the road. Trustful professionals, quality parts, fast shipping, and real customer service, that's "Tire Rack"!

I ordered a set of Blizzack Snow tires mounted on new steel rims, with Chevy TPMS sensors installed. They shipped very quickly, too quickly as it turned out. The first problem was when I discovered they had forgotten to include the lug nuts. After a quick call to customer service, they shipped a set which arrived the next afternoon. Once I had put the tires on my Chevy Cruze, I found the second problem when I attempted to reset the TPMS sensor to the car. My sensor reset tool still could work on my old tires but didn't pick up anything on the new tires. I called again and the customer service rep said they would send a set, but that needed to be approved. Then I got a message that since "it was very unlikely they forgot to install the TPMS sensors" I had to take the car to a local service shop and have them dismount a tire from the rim to prove they were missing. After I sent them photo proof of the inside of the wheel, they sent out the sensors. Then I had to schedule with my local service shop to have them installed and pay them. Of course I had to pay for that and wait for refund from Tire Rack. A few days later I finally got my refund.
Tires are great. My lesson learned. Don't order anything to be shipped after a major holiday.

Delivery was quick and the process as simple to get my tires installed
