This was my first time using tire rac. Everything went without a hitch. From doing comparison shopping to installation-it went smoothly. Robert's Tires in San Francisco did an awesome job. He called me when the tires arrived and installed them in an hour.
Shopping at tire rack is easy and I always get my tires delivered to my home within 1-2 days max! If you're even in a pinch and can't afford a full set right off, they have payment options available. It's very convenient and their tires are high quality.
My Ford Maverick had a 17 set of wheels and tires that was needing updating. On Wednesday evening I ordered an upgraded 20 inch wheel and tire package. Friday they were delivered. The upgrade changed the ride of the truck as well looks fantastic.

I went to the local Discount or Big "letter" place for my wife's car because I was in a pinch and the specs were standard... $2000 later for something that cost $1200 from tire rack ($100 total mount, balance, disposal at Air Force Base hobby shop). I will plan ahead next time for sure.
Great service. Easy to use. Decent variety. Great info on tires and usage in different weathers. I like how there are multiple options for the delivery of your tires. Would recommend delivering to preferred shops as there is less of a hassle if something goes wrong versus doing everything yourself.
Have ordered multiple tires from from the rack but the website seems to not be too clear on buttons of options when using paypal etc. It keeps trying to sell 2 tires when I only need one Don't recall any problem before my recent 2 orders. IT also forces you to send everything to an installer when that is not needed.
Thank you guys for the quick resolution of my road hazard warranty claim. The replacement tire arrived in one day, and was installed locally by a preferred installer. All is good! Appreciate the super-quick handling of this...

I have lost track of how many sets of tires I have bought from Tire Rack over the years. The service has always been outstanding.
The only (minor) thing I have noticed since the merger that I would like changed is: when I choose "sort by price, low to high", it is scrambled, and puts high priced tires in the list at random. Sometimes it is hardly sorted at all.
I have purchased numerous sets of tires from TR for a variety of vehicles over the years, and the process is easy. Their roadside warranty is wonderful as we have had to use it a couple times- without issue.
Ordered wheels and tires and while I haven't had a chance to install yet, the order came very fast and also received a courtesy call to confirm a couple of items about my order and service was great. Their online shopping platform is fantastic as well.

Tire Rack makes it very simple to get what you need. Put in your car and it will show you available options for sizes that work for your car. I really enjoy setting up installation right through the purchase. Saves me time and hassle of doing that separately
