Tire Rack

Great service all the time. 2-year road hazard is good. Great information on tires. Still recommend doing preliminary research before buying tires. (Speed ratings, load ratings, fitment, read customer reviews, watch videos on products and competition, buy tires appropriate to car, don't put $2000 tires on a car you know will break soon).

On time and les than a year old from the date of production. With reputable brands of tires this are the only things the online shop can screw up. Everything else is on you for not doing your research or the tire manufacturer releasing a defensive product.
For now I will not hesitate on buying from tirerack again

I have only ordered from tire rack about seven times…. Apparently, I keep coming back, and apparently there are a lot of good reasons. I'm not gonna list all of them here, but apparently is enough for a five star review and lots of return visits to purchase tires.

My first every experience was good, but every experience after that has been abysmal. Multiple attempts to purchase tires and for some reason I've now have FIVE separate attempts completely fail, with 4 of them not even giving a reason. Each time, I make it to the "Thank you for your order" screen without issue but the order just fades away into oblivion. The only time the order did stick around, it ended up getting cancelled anyway. I don't understand what's making it so difficult to just buy tires. Multiple valid payment methods, ensured funds are available and that the cards aren't being blocked for high value purchases and everything is fine on my end. Yet always fails. Today's purchase unfortunately will be my last, for all this trouble it's literally easier to just get price gouged at a dealership. At least I know the payment will work on the first try.

Very easy to use site. Help line if you have questions are great. Great prices and a large amount of choices. I enjoyed the testing of tires on the video. Very informative. This is my GO-TO for tire purchases.

Had a new tire failure due to puncture of the sidewall. Worked via chat w/ Tire Rack customer service and they directed me to their claims website. Submitted the information and got approved immediately. Follow up will be submission of payment receipts for the new tire and installation. Hopefully reimbursement goes as smoothly as initiating the claim.

I kept trying to pay by card and finally gave up after trying multiple times with two different credit cards, and I ended up having to use PayPal. It seems you might have an issue with the payment section of your online checkout.

I previously bought new older tires in 275/35 - 18 on two separate occasions for my 9.5" wheels on my Mitsubishi Evolution. Saved a ton of money each time. I do not yet need these 315/35 - 20's for my 12" wheels on my GT-R, but they will be there in two or three years when I predict my current P-Zero's will be done.

Tire Rack is clearly the best site for purchasing tires and rims, period. From finding the style I wanted and seeing them on my car with their visualization tool to the actual purchase where they find every rebate and discount possible, the buying experience with Tire Rack is unmatched.

Longtime customer, and have always found the best tires for the variety of vehicles we've owned and the conditions we drive in. The reviews, rating comparisons and search tool are all very intuitive and give confidence to our buying decisions.

It's always pretty easy, but making a decision with so many choices and so many reviews can always be tough. Still, once you can make up your mind, the buying process is wildly simple, with no hidden fees and such. They also make it easy to finish the rebate process, even if some of the manufacturers don't.

I've had good experience in past with Yokohama tires but those were truck tires.
These are for 22' chevy blazer that "ate" thru original Continental & anderson (don't ever buy those again). These 21 in tires so far are great. Hoping to get 40k at least!
