Dropped the car off at my appointed time, waited about 10 mins for the person in charge to take my keys. Seemed to be a little confused on the process. I left to do some things and called about 11:45 on the status, he said they were about halfway done. I said I'm about 40 mins away so I start over now. I arrived received more questions and finally called Tireget, things seemed to clear up so I walked around and saw my car on the lift, no tires were even on it. And hour and 20 mins later the car was done, more confusion around the computer and another 15 mins later I was on my way. I noticed the low air tire pressure on the dash, went home and added air, warning signal went out.

During my time at Pep Boys, they didn't know how to handle it so they charged me for the tires even though you guys already charge me through the app but I called up Karr! Advise advised they said they would rectify it. Pep Boys screwed it all up.

A shopping experience is not rate-able till the product has arrived. So, the experience, so far, has been acceptable! My follow up one my TireGet experience. I am retired and now trying to learn restoration/modification. I have started with a 1964 Plymouth Valiant V200 4 door Sedan. It had not been tagged since 1997 I think. After reviving the slant 6 and painting it up it needed some rust repairs all down the driver's side. Mostly of the patch panels I hand fabricated and welded in, a first for me. Then I attempted my first paint job! Wow, I need a lot of practice doing that! So, having seen your promotions on John Fredericks' RAV program ordered a staggered set of inexpensive tires and was pleased with delivery, expecting "cheap" tires. They were tight installing on my hand mounting tool, but they look great on the Mopar Rally rims and the car feels great! I am well pleased with the performance! The next set of tires will be purchased at TireGet!

Quick and easy. It would be nice to have tire sizes and ratings like speed rating, load rating, etc. explained somewhere on the site. I had to go to other sources defined this information so I understood what I was buying. It would be wonderful if y'all had a quick, easy way to explain all this to your customers. Most sites don't do this type of thing from my experience. You would be one of the first to have a complete site where people have everything they need to understand what tires they're buying.

Well shipping took longer then expected, I wish I could talk to a person to resolve an issue. My order got here later then expected, and I missed out on event I had to be at for my work.
I did talk back and fourth with a sales rep on email, I requested some kind of help, at least refund my shipping, they gave me a 5% coupon for my next order, I guess that is all I'm getting.
I don't like the fact it took 2.5 days for a response.

Quick easy to find, easy to order, was looking for a slightly more aggressive tread for use on my garden tractor and these "made for golf cart" tires fit the bill, through tireget they were also priced cheaper than anywhere else.

Was a little weary since I had not heard of this company before but their reviews on Google were good so I gave them a chance. After trying all the big well known names and all my local vendors/shops for some very hard to find tires during this rubber shortage, TireGet was able to locate me a set. I spoke to a Carlos at TireGet and his customer service was great and he was really prompt about getting me tracking numbers so I could confirm delivery and track my tires. I received them FedEx ground in just less than a week. Great experience.

My Dunlop Maxx Sport tire got a wire stuck into the sidewall. As a result, needed to replace the tire. I wanted the same tire and could not find my it anywhere. Was able however, to source the tire at TireGet and the whole process went smoothly and received it one week after placing the order. Dry pleased with the price and speed of service- highly recommend.

I found the navigation of the site easy to use. I find Tireget to be a reliable and cheap source for acquiring a great deal on tires. I am glad I could save with the promo code as well. Tire were delivered the following business day quicker than i had expected. I will be buying from TireGet again.

This company has been awesome for me to shop with, not only did they locate a hard to find tire size, they found at least a dozen different options! I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to order from them again the next time I have ANY tire needs. Thank you TireGet! When they were delivered by Fed Ex, the driver told me I must have found a good tire company to deal with. He delivered all 4 tires I ordered at the same time. He said he almost never delivers all 4 at the same time, usually he delivers 3 out of 4 with the 4th showing up days (sometimes weeks) later than the first 3. Once again, well done Tire Get!

I was amazed with how easy and fast my tires were delivered. I would shop for tires more and more with tire get I am very impressed. I ordered the wrong tire size and I was able to return with no hassle just as promised. Good job guys.

Searched all over for our Vipers rear tires and luckily found them with TireGet and at half the price we normally pay. Michelin Pilot Sports Cup 2's 335 35ZR19. Date code was close to the 4 year mark, but the tires looked good and safe.

Price and delivery was exactly as advertised. Product was genuine. Unfortunately i order four of the same tires not realizing my 320i BMW requires two 245/18 in the front and two 255/18 in the back. It was my mistake.

I ordered these new tires not ever even hearing of TireGet so I was a little apprehensive. The pricing is unreal but the tires I ordered came and they mint! Two tires for the price of one at Discount!

Tire that was delivered to me from Tireget was defective. It had a flat spot that was noticed by me and my installer. I've emailed Tireget numerous times to no avail! So now i'm stuck with a tire that's useless to me! This was the worse decision i've ever made purchasing a tire from this company! BUYERS BEWARE!

Made a purchase of one Kumho Ecsta Platinum 225/40/18, got an order confirmation email, and a tracking email within 24 hours. Things seemed to be going well, purchase was made May 12th, estimated ship date was May 13th. Have now sent two emails requesting an update, as the tracking info has remained unchanged, and have received no reply. Additionally, under the "my orders" section on the website, it is showing the order as having shipped! So far this has been a frustrating and terrible purchasing experience, as they sure didn't have a problem charging me for the order, but don't seem very interested in any communication with the customer.
Will update if I ever receive a response from them.
