Kind of petty. But I spent a lot of money with custom offsets and I didn't receive a sticker for my truck. Besides that experience was great. Would order from them again. If they put a sticker in the box 😂
I have waited a long time now for these wheels. Came damaged, ceramic was still wet, 46 ounces of wheel weights on one rim. Customer service reached out and several days later, they still have no resolution. It's pretty simple. You sent me used wheels, with wet ceramic coating, and 46 wheel weights. Replace them. Simple as that right? Wrong. Awful customer service, no one responds within any reasonable amount of time. Check out these pictures. Next time you go to spend a load of money, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. No one has been of any help. If they make it right, I'll take all of my posts down. Until that day, I'll keep them going. I have nothing but time.

Never Again! Once they have your payment method and you get the sorry we are out of stock email all phone calls and emails will go unanswered. Customer service will pull a cease and desist. If you have questions, don't bother calling, it is as if they have caller ID and if your payment has cleared they cant be bothered talking to you. You will get the voice message that they will get back to you before the end of the day. Don't hold your breath waiting for that call. If I can save just one person from this BS company than this post was worth it.
I went back and forth through 100+ emails with a representative about a problem, after all that, a new representative took over and started asking me all the same questions and tried to make me do everything all over again. And they still never fixed my problem. Stay away from this company. Shop local.

I place my order and the very next day was shipped, my experience was the best it even arrived 3 days earlier then expected delivery day I was so happy I was able to receive them before my birthday wheels were perfect mounted and balanced no scratches or anything they did and awesome job

This is my second time ordering from custom offset and both times they have been delayed over a week and more to be delivered. My first set I ordered on 6/6/21 but didn't receive them until 7/7/21. My second order was on 5/26/23 and it is now 6/19/23. On this order it says they were supposed to be delivered on 6/13/23 and still haven't said they have shipped. Everytime I get ahold of customer service, they won't tell me anything about my order just that they're sorry for the delay and they flagged my order as important. I didn't want to come back to this business after the first time but they were cheaper than all of the other companies.

I ordered new cail wheels from this place and when I receive them two wheels were damaged. So that same day I called and did everything they asked me to do and sent it to them that day. It's been two months and I still do not have the wheels that I paid for. They've had the damage Wheels for 2 1/2 weeks now and they said they had to inspect them. If they would've done that in the first place, I would not be in the situation. If you can buy wheels elsewhere, you should. I haven't had a vehicle two months and they don't care. This place is a joke

The damage in question is relatively minimal, and if the wheels shipped from one of our distributors, we may have not had a chance to physically inspect those wheels before they were shipped to you. Do not order from Custom Offsets if you need your order shipped to you quickly. I just purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler and was excited to get custom wheels for it. I ordered wheels and my card was charged on May 29, it is now June 15th and I have not received wheels. At best I will receive order by June 20th. The tracking showed a June 6th delivery date when the order was placed. When I communicated via email with customer service it would take 24 hours for a reply each time. Custom Offsets customer service did not communicate in a timely manner and misled me in believing items was in warehouse ready for shipment. The only thing they are interested in is charging your card. My Vehicle has been sitting in the shop on jack stands waiting for new custom wheels since May 29th.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! From this company. The customer service is beyond abysmal and I myself have been waiting almost 7 months now for tires that are backorder or to even replace them for other ones. Its been weeks since I last heard from them and what's worse they take a whole day just to answer one question via email. This has been going back and forth with them for 7 months, I have pleaded for someone to call to better resolve this situation but they refuse. At this point I feel like I have to take legal action over something so trivial like changing tires for another since they no longer have the ones I got. Horrible customer service save your self from the pain and shop somewhere else, I wish I had read these reviews. I will leave this review in every platform that I can.

I've spent $3500 on wheels and tires from this company, only to notice a few days after that 2 tires have blemishes. I call them and send in pictures, only to be told there's nothing that can be done about it, even though the tires fall under 30 day Satisfaction guarantee, let alone the defect warranty. DO NOT DO business with these people they're crooks! Do your business elsewhere, they don't stand behind what they sell!

Ordered wheels through a sales representative over the phone, he confirmed they fit a stock 20 ram Rebel. I get the wheels swapped out and soon as I pull away it rubs and tears my fenders. I tried to return the wheels next morning. They said nope can't help you, and tried to sell me on a suspension kit. I'm out $1,500 plus and a torn up front end. They're stating it's my fault that the standard tire size was not brought up? I gave all the info asked about my vehicle. These guys are trash.

Started this process in ordering wheels 1st week of May. I received my order last week through fed ex n ups. Both front wheels from ups where scratched and nicked. To return these I must pay what company makes the buyer pay for damaged goods. This place sucks

I purchased a set of tires Friday morning at 7:30 am, the option for expedited shipping was available for $199 to receive by 3/14. Paid expedited shipping and products haven't even shipped as of 3/14. Email and call custom offsets and no one has a response or transfers me to another department. No customer service abilities whatsoever. The only response I received was from Facebook messenger. $200 is a lot to pay in shipping when you are trying to receive something by a set date. Will not be back to this company.
My man Brock with Custom Offset has done a great job checking in with me and giving me awesome customer service! I am now just waiting on the Rims and Tires to get here! So far it's been super easy and a great experience! This is a before picture of my truck, I'll put the after picture on here once I receive them!
I put in the correct information for my truck and the wheels I received did not even clear the brakes and their solution to this was to buy spacers. I wanted wheels that correctly fit my vehicle if I wanted to put spacers on my car I would've picked something else. They also do a terrible job at balancing the tires because once I hit 35 miles an hour my entire vehicle shakes like it's about to $#*! out on me. Absolutely terrible customer experience and poor craftsmanship.
