New rims pitted. Filed claim in March. After 90 days of waiting. I finally concated manufacturer and suggested that since they still had my rims on back order. Decided to go from 17 inch to 20 inch. I did all leg work. Custom offset sent 1 rim instead of 4. I had to email and call to get ut fixed. Then they charged me almost 500 dollars more for 20 inch Tim's. I think after 3 months and me doing all the work. They could have done me better...
I ordered from them for a full package, and it was seamless! Great fitment knowledge, great response time, and fast shipping. Very happy with my order, my brother just ordered through them as well - I will surely spread the word to everyone i know! Thank you Custom Offsets for the great experience!

The lug nuts that were sent with the rims did not fit and it had me scrambling all over town for ones that did. I'm still trying to find out how to send the wrong ones back. Please contact me.

It took longer than I anticipated to receive my products and the new lugs sent to me were the wrong size causing me to have to take it to a shop and order different lugs so I ended up spending more money product was great just upset about the extra money and time frames that had to be taken care of.

Jerked around saying oh we had to Order your wheels from manufacture while on the site said in stock. Then lied the next day saying wheels are in but, had to order tires from manufacture. Been over a month so I canceled my order. Now it's been 10 days and still haven't credited my card back.
I've always had good experience with this company but, now this is just garbage... I hope they go out of business.

Quick review, that I did my homework before selecting a new set of fuel wheeld. Customs customer service was polite and respectful and verified a few critical questions.

When I ordered my wheels and tires I was told they were in stock. After they took my money the next day I see that my order is on back order. I contacted them to ask about it and they said 30 day backorder. 30 days go by and they are still on back order so I contact them again and they said till be an additional 30 day backorder. So I'm still sitting here waiting for a product I already paid for with no clear date when the product will even be in stock. If I was told they were on backorder when I ordered I would've went somewhere else. Will update this review if I ever receive my order or even get an update on a clear delivery or in stock date.
Update: I finally received my order and to no surprise at all 3 wheels were correct and one wheel was not correct. Now I am stuck waiting for emails back and forth trying to get this resolved. This has been a terrible experience that's just getting worse

I've bought 4 sets of wheels from custom this last set they did horrible and I'll probably never buy from them again paid to expedited shipping everything was in stock ordered mar 6 it's is the 18th still not mounted or balanced let alone shipper and expedited shipping is 10 days every time I call they have an excuse I would seriously shop around it will take you along time for this company to ship your wheels

We do state this on each of our customers order pages, but our typical processing time is 2-3 weeks. Meaning, even with expedited shipping, that does not cut down on the processing time required to properly mount, balance and prep your order for shipping. They are the only company that I've ever came across making you pay to have something returned. I was going to return an item that totaled $50 and they said it would cost me about that amount to ship it. What a joke.

While placing my order, everything was in stock. The delivery date was 3/17, or I could pay extra to receive on 3/16. Once the order was placed, the delivery changed to 3/24. I have contacted multiple time to inquire on the status of my order, both phone calls and email, only to be informed that the order has gone out to shipping with no updates. It is now the 23rd, an after a promise of return phone call yesterday, I have emailed once again to no response. You can order almost everything from Amazon and receive true Customer Service, not just lip service. Wish I would have just bought local, would have everything installed on my vehicle by now.
I quickly shot off a negative review after a bad interaction with their company. They responded quickly and took care of the issue as best they could. Impressive considering they didn't have to do what they did as the issue wasn't their fault. I will buy from here again.

Rims and tires were excellent! Had to trim a little of the fender but not bad. Had three tpms not work but these guys made it right by refunding the cost! Would highly recommend, very knowledgeable and friendly staff!

I ordered wheels and tires from custom offsets. I advised the sales rep I am not an expert with tires and was given incorrect information. While I was getting my wheels and tires mounted the installer advised me that the tires does not support the cars GAWR. I called back customer service and they did not agree with the installers findings. I then went on the cars manufacturers website provided all the information and after speaking to multiple sales reps they finally gave me the replacement tires which I had agreed to pay the difference for. I was also told the shipping would be express shipping since it was not safe to drive on the current tires. However it was not and took almost two weeks to get to me. I am now in the process of trying to get a return label for the tires and that has been a challenge as well. Called back several times already I feel like part of my day is to call Custom Offsets to resolve my issue.

Had a really hard time finding Rims that would fit until I called you guys. Your rep really knew what he was talking about and took the time to explain how different backspace would effect how much the tires stuck out. The fit and rims where exactly what I was looking for and I had confidence when I placed the order that I would be getting what I wanted. Thanks having the right people to advise me was fantastic.

They didn't send all my stuff out right a away was a pain to get them to send the rest of it out then didn't get my center caps and was never told they were on back order and then then wait 45 days and the instagram people say they get some in and then they say another 45 days don't buy from them save your self the hassle

It was a 5-star service all around. The wheels and tires combo made my truck look so different. My friends thought I bought a new truck. After installing make sure to go to Discount Tire for a free tire pressure reset. Otherwise the tire pressure light will go on and off.
