I've never been treated this way before by any company I've ever ordered from. I'm and 18 year old kid that has worked my $#*! off to get these and 4 phone calls later, dozens of emails later about a month and a half of waiting time later, and nobody knows where my wheels are they haven't even shipped yet. I've been promised days my rims will arrive by your representatives and they haven't.And after all of this inconvenience and hassle I've had to go through all I've gotten is a shipping refund and empty promises. I will be making sure to let everyone I know in the truck modifying community to never order from your company. I'll also make sure that all the shops my dad knows in this line of work will never have a wholesale account with you guys. This is ridiculous and hundreds of dollars later months later, phone calls later, and emails later, I don't have the thing that I put time in effort to get.And nobody at the company can get me my rims I will make sure to right a bad review on every site I can.
I ordered from them for a full package, and it was seamless! Great fitment knowledge, great response time, and fast shipping. Very happy with my order, my brother just ordered through them as well - I will surely spread the word to everyone i know! Thank you Custom Offsets for the great experience!

I ordered a set of 4 wheels in the bolt pattern of 5X114.3 for my Camry, and I received 3 wheels with the correct bolt pattern except for one wheel that was shipped out to me in 5X100 it doesn't fit my wheel studs and now I'm stuck with a wheel that doesn't fit my car. I will definitely not be doing business ever again with Customs Offset, I do not recommend doing business with them I've been driving around on 3 Aftermarket wheels and one OEM wheel. My car looks stupid thanks to these $#*!s. Next year of 2021, I will make sure I do my business elsewhere with knowledgable people, who actually sends the right wheels to you with the correct bolt pattern.

Ordered tires three weeks ago still have not received them. I have called them a couple times talked to Joshua and was basically told it's not there problem and that once it leaves there facilities there shipping problems are not there's it's there shipping partners problem. Sounds like this company only cares about getting the sale and that's it. A good company cares about the before during and after the sale last time that I will be ordering from this company use to be a good company I have ordered wheels before in the past it wasn't like this before.

I ordered my wheels and tires on 7/30. They ran my card for almost 8 grand. I watched the video on how it takes up to 10 days then called a week later to check on them and the lady said the lead time was wrong and it is now 8 weeks. They just sent me an email to confirm my order again, (two weeks later), and have still not ordered my wheels and it will now be another 8 weeks or 10 weeks total! Do not trust them with your order, so far everything has been a lie!

They are the only company that I've ever came across making you pay to have something returned. I was going to return an item that totaled $50 and they said it would cost me about that amount to ship it. What a joke.

Waited 7 weeks for my rims. Finally received them in they didn't even fit on my car. These was custom made rims for my vehicle and they didn't fit. They told me to take the tires off and send them back so they could bore the hub smh. I was giving 300 dollars back and rims fit like $#*! on my car with a spacer. I will never do business with this place again

Their return policy is terrible. They won't send you a return label for returns and expect you to pay all shipping for your return. Basically I purchased $1,200 worth of items and needed to return $45 worth and they said my shipping would be as much as I would get back. That's terrible business practices there.
Corey - While we take returns on a case by case basis, we would normally not pay for shipping back to us unless there was an issue caused by us that would only be remedied by a return. I ordered tires wheels and toms sensors by telephone, I asked about the sensors was told drive 50 miles they would connect of course they didn't after 6 hrs at my dodge dealership and no response by phone by custom wheel offset had to buy new ones and have installed finally got a call back was told then you have to go to a pep boys or tire discount to get them to work. Also was told would get my money back for my new ones they did not and I was not contacted about that as they told me they would. I will not buy anything from them again it is not worth the $100 it saved I ended up spending almost $300 fixing the problem. Which is what they say on there You Tube video. By the way bought 35 x 12.50 tires and 20 x 10 wheels.

Buy from a local shop so they can deal with the crap. First they sent the wrong center caps (no big deal they made that right). Then 2 of the wheels and tires wouldn't balance so awful vibration. So when I took it to a shop they informed me they are directional wheels and was all the same(so no left and right side) but that was my fault for not noticing because I claim to be the wheels expert. Oh and the tire sensors never worked and one turned out the be bad. After all that I was tired of dealing with the sh*t and wanted a refund (I was over it) BUT of course they put me off with excuses till their 30 day return policy was over. I own a business and sometimes you have to suck it up and make people happy even if you Might loose a dollar because I buy a new truck every few years so In the long run it would have paid off for them to make it right. But they wouldn't... awful service but who am I, who gives a fu*k right
Tires out of round. Now im in a nightmare. Missing hardware. Takes long time to get wheels. Buyer beware.
I have tried countless times to get in touch with these people! They obviously dont care or something. Their website is $#*! backwards then when i was about to talk to someone from not even the same company they said what i ordered isn't even what i thought i was getting. All i can say is never buy from custom offsets. Their terrible and will rip you off!
One rim is messed up and when I called they said for me to send it back and after they receive it then they would send me a new one I already waited almost 2 weeks when I asked if they could just send me a new wheel and tire they said no way kinda upset cant wait another 2 weeks or so to drive my car so had to just bite the bullet and have one bad wheel

Web Site states shipping to Laos, when requested a quote for a set of Wheels and Tires said they only ship to the nearest port, being Bangkok. I then had to find a way to get them from Bangkok to Laos, I found a shipping company in Laos that Quoted me $830. This was ok and I also accepted the Quote for the shipment from Custom Offset to Bangkok. Laos Shipping company then sent strict instruction to send the wheels to a certain port because of Thailand Custom rules on Car Parts. We could have done goods in transit through Thailand if the Instructions were followed. Instructions were sent to Custom Offset and they confirmed the instructions would be followed, once shipping documents were received this was obvious the Instructions were not followed and they sent the wheels to the wrong port in Thailand. Failure to follow these instructions now meant we had to clear customs in Thailand, Quote for $830 to send the Wheels from Bangkok to Laos now increased to $1800. Discussions with Custom Offset Admin said they do not cover any costs associated with Customs Duties, they also failed to recognize they shipped the wheels to the wrong port. I also asked if it would be possible for the wheels to arrive before the 12th Sept, they confirmed they would, Wheels arrived in Bangkok on the 17th Oct and in Laos on 21st Oct, Purchase Date was 5th Aug. Not impressed with their customer service.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had buying something, I wanted to return the wheels and tires because one cracked. No big deal I sent them back and now they are telling me I was supposed to de-mount the tires and send back just the rims, now they want me to pay for the shipping to get the tires back to my house. It was never stated that I should have them de-mounted. I would never buy another thing from this company that has zero interest in helping a customer.

I have had nothing but trouble dealing with this company. I ordered a set of rims originally for the appealing price. Two weeks after purchase I still hadn't heard anything from the company so I sent an email and it took a couple days to hear a response. At best I would get one reply a day. They blamed it on me saying I ordered the wrong rims (I know I didn't because of hours of research I put into them) and had to re-order them. After yet another week and no word I reached out again and they told me the new rims that were sent to them were the wrong size and they yet again had to reorder them. I decided to call and talk directly to them. It took about an hour and 5 calls to get someone to take my number and "call back". After finally being able to talk to someone I told them the rims better be on a truck to my house that day or I wanted a refund. I got the rims the next week... wrong size/ color.
Save yourself the headache and spend the extra $40 to buy from someone else.
Answer: Not very easy and when you finally get through, is like no one knows wtf they're doing. It's sad and pathetic.
