I ordered tires wheels and toms sensors by telephone, I asked about the sensors was told drive 50 miles they would connect of course they didn't after 6 hrs at my dodge dealership and no response by phone by custom wheel offset had to buy new ones and have installed finally got a call back was told then you have to go to a pep boys or tire discount to get them to work. Also was told would get my money back for my new ones they did not and I was not contacted about that as they told me they would. I will not buy anything from them again it is not worth the $100 it saved I ended up spending almost $300 fixing the problem. Which is what they say on there You Tube video. By the way bought 35 x 12.50 tires and 20 x 10 wheels.
Curtis - We can definitely understand the frustration behind dealing with faulty TPMS sensors, and apologize that you had to deal with those issues. We assume this has since been resolved, but we will be reaching out confirm you were taken care of regardless. Thanks!
