Mid November I purchased a lift for my truck. Was told 6-8 weeks to ship. Cool... 8 weeks in I reach out to Greg (salesman) asking for a update. (Greg) let me check and get back to you. Weeks later still couldn't get a return response from Greg. Called asking for a manager. They were all to busy to talk to a paying customer... Come the end of February they still couldn't give me info on shipping. So i canceled... Tried to give them a second chance with another purchase and needless to say Greg is once again my salesman... And the BS hasn't changed... Im still waiting for him to get back with me about my wheels and tire purchase. I cant be the only one that gets treated like my money isn't good enough for their products

Lead times too long
April 17, 2021

Ordered a lift kit through them because I planned on buying rims and tires with them as well.
I placed the order for the kit on a Saturday which I know wont be processed or acknowledged until Monday. But a whole week going onto two weeks and the order is still being processed? What am I missing here.
To me all they are is a glorified middle man that lead times are extremely long and they probably just don't care.
Im curious to see if I cancel my order and order on another website to see if it will get here sooner.

Overall this will be my last purchase through them and I steered other people I know away from them as well.
Just beware to wait an extremely long time before any thing is delivered. I can only imagine how long rims and tires take to be delivered, once you factor in the time that they get there then they need to mount and balance them then ship it out to you.
Its my last order with them.

Jerked around saying oh we had to Order your wheels from manufacture while on the site said in stock. Then lied the next day saying wheels are in but, had to order tires from manufacture. Been over a month so I canceled my order. Now it's been 10 days and still haven't credited my card back.

I've always had good experience with this company but, now this is just garbage... I hope they go out of business.

BUYER BEWARE

Simply put... do business with this company at your own risk! Once you make your purchase just know that they have your money and will do little to nothing to help resolve any issues other that attempt to sell you additional items that will make the problem worse! Do not trust their site regarding fitment although in their FAQs they say you can trust their site for these things however, they defer all responsibility to the buyer rather than their faulty fit guide on their site. Poor customer service all the way around from first line to management. Again I am filing other complaints with this company to resolve the issues that I have at this time. Again, please find a more established and reputable company. Please stay away as they are scam artists at best.

Not impressed

First and foremost, they tell you your shipping driver will call u 24hrs ahead so u can plan on being home, that didn't happen, had to leave work. Then I spend 3k on rims, tires and TPMS just to find out 1/4 TPMS don't work so I have to look at! Everyday on My dash. To make matters worse they offered to give me $25 back lol. Just don't get to excited for your order until everything is on and works.

Ps there ceramic coating is a waste of money.

I ordered a set of wheels / tires, and took advantage of free mounting / balancing. I even upgraded to balancing beads... Upon delivery, I installed the set and immediately had challenges w/ TPMS. Due to COVID I was only able to visit dealers / tire centers ~ 2 - 4 weeks after install, and was informed my TPMS were damaged. Custom Offsets acknowledged this happens and sent new ones, which when I went to install was quoted $200 from multiple shops for disassembly & re-balance. I contacted Offset requesting the pay shop fees for the damaged goods shipped and they rejected, saying there is no recourse.

This company knowingly ships product that often damages and does not offer any recourse - so I spent $3,500 and now have to spend $200 to throw away their bad parts or deal with warnings on my dash (tire pressure) of a brand new truck.

Wrong order

This is the third purchase I do with this company, and every time I get something wrong on my order, my last order was the worse, I ordered,,, Black Moto Metal MO962 20x12 -44mm wheels... and Federal Xplora MT 35x12.50R20LT and received,, 225/40r18 Honda looking wheels, seriously what is wrong with the people you have working with you, do you not see the difference. Plus, I dont have time to be running around leaving work for wrong orders. Now I have to wait and see if I get the correct order!

Have been looking around for rims for over a month. Found ones that I liked but were out of stock. They were quick to email saying someone would get in contact with me. Scam artists

I tried to order a set of wheels and tires that were supposedly in stock. They were quick to take my money only to email me a week down the road saying the wheels were not available. After trying to sell me other wheels that I didn't want I asked for a refund. Weeks later they gave me a partial refund saying they already shipped the tires out. That doesn't make any sense since they are supposed to mount and balance before shipping them. These guys are ridiculous to work with and anyone would be absolutely insane to trust them with your money. Do not use this company for anything.

I ordered wheels and tires from custom offsets. I advised the sales rep I am not an expert with tires and was given incorrect information. While I was getting my wheels and tires mounted the installer advised me that the tires does not support the cars GAWR. I called back customer service and they did not agree with the installers findings. I then went on the cars manufacturers website provided all the information and after speaking to multiple sales reps they finally gave me the replacement tires which I had agreed to pay the difference for. I was also told the shipping would be express shipping since it was not safe to drive on the current tires. However it was not and took almost two weeks to get to me. I am now in the process of trying to get a return label for the tires and that has been a challenge as well. Called back several times already I feel like part of my day is to call Custom Offsets to resolve my issue.

I browsed online for a few weeks after purchasing my 2021 Silverado. I kept running into the same rims all over the internet but with much different pricing. I finally decided on choosing Custom Offsets. I picked my rims on a Tuesday and received a test from Brock confirming my order. He also asked questions about why didn't I take advantage of ordering the entire package. After two minutes, I had the entire package ordered with a little cheaper than the online pricing. Three days later, I received an email stating that there was a $258 invoice error. I called Brock, who put me in touch with customer service. After a brief conversation with customer service, there were no extra charges, and my order was processed. I received texts and emails along the way updating me on the progress of my order. My order was finally marked shipped. I received a call a day later from Fed Ex scheduling delivery of my order. On Monday after Christmas, they arrived via Fed Ex freight. Fed Ex guy had them on a skid and secured to his trailer. He lowered them from his trailer and used a pallet jack to roll them in my garage. I'm pretty pleased and impressed with Custom Offsets.

By far the most unpleasant company I've ever done business with. 1. They messed up my whole order, order a specific order of wheels with a specific color, lug pattern, tpms, and tires. Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was the color was wrong, second the lug pattern was supposed to be a 5x 5.5,5x139.7 they sent a 6x139.7, third there were no tpms. I find in the packing slip everything correct yet they sent the wrong stuff. On the same packing list there was a quality check list with all checks done and STILL the order was wrong. There goes to show you they don't give a damn they just have a high school dropout that can't read or write putting the crap together. Then I try and call to fix the issue and it's like no one there has a sense of urgency to get crap together and moving. The place is just pathetic to deal with and should get shut down for how horrible the service is. Buy from other sites or locally that way you don't have this issue.

I would not recommend Custom Offsets to anyone. The sales representative input my tire order wrong. I caught the error the same day that my order confirmation was received. Initially was told the tires were already mounted to the rims that were purchased, even though the confirmation email received stated the order was in validation stage. Had to contact several different people before they would admit the error was their fault and agree to correct the order. Then I paid $149 for shipping. When Fed X came I was told that Custom Offsets refused to pay for the delivery to be removed from the truck. The delivery man stated he had never seen this before. The tires were wrapped in plastic sitting in a semi trailer on a wood pallet. Since I did not have a pallet loader sitting around, I had to pay an additional $68 to have Fed X to take the wheels off the truck and put in my garage... again, because Custom Offsets would not approve the cost with the $149 delivery charge I already paid. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Stay away from Custom Offsets.

This is one of the best companies I have dealt with,
Justin in the suspension Department went above his normal work to find me a set of shocks I wanted to upgrade to,
He could of easily said the kit doesn't come with and leave it at that but he took the time to find a shock set that would work and did all the paperwork the next day.

Just recently I had an order mixed up by the manufacturer & I was taken care by Micah who was able to sort out my order and get my refund asap to me. Micah was always readily available to respond to my emails in a very timely fashion and made me feel comfortable with the process and answer all questions very professionally. Ordered a set of American Force wheels back in August. Was told 2-10 week build time. Received no updates after 10 weeks so i started calling. Called 3 times as recently as 11/19/20. Each time being told wheels are 2 to 4 weeks out. To date its been over 14 weeks. Being wheels were build to order, order cant be canceled (understood). Asked about swapping wheels with a set of American Force wheels that their website shows in stock. I even offered to pay the difference for a more expensive wheel. They said they couldn't cancel my order because American Force wheels are made to order. I asked if American Force wheels are made to order then why do they list some models as in stock on their website? Checked website again. Still showing 8-10 week build time on their website for a polished wheel ( i ordered polished). Asked why their advertising is misleading. Was told its an error on their site that needs to be corrected. They offered a partial refund for inconvenience. Their partial refund is $100 for a $2400 set of wheels. Again. Misleading. I k ow the pandemic is slowing down things but not one update/email/call saying they were running way behind. Ive had to contact them each time. Even spoke to Jose in Customer Service who said he would have a representative call me back. I was never contacted. Very helpful in the beginning until they get your money. I just wanted what i payed for in the time frame i was told. Research this company before buying. Im not the only one. Attached pics from their website showing what they are advertising as current build times and the same brand wheel that they claim is built to order showing in stock on their website

SO FAR SO GOOD

My man Brock with Custom Offset has done a great job checking in with me and giving me awesome customer service! I am now just waiting on the Rims and Tires to get here! So far it's been super easy and a great experience! This is a before picture of my truck, I'll put the after picture on here once I receive them!
