Horrible company to deal with. Could not get any updates without calling in and waiting on hold. Kept saying website was having problems. I paid extra for fast shipping and didn't happen. I had to call to get a refund. Shipping company had my order on the truck for 4 days after arriving before unloading the truck. When finally delivered the pallet was destroyed and my wheels were all over because they were not strapped down. I took the wheels to 3 different shops including the Chevy dealer to pair the TPMS sensors only to find out two are bad. Now waiting for a response from Custom Offsets. Not worth the trouble. Buy somewhere else.
They have the best wheel and tire selection on the planet. Super happy with the results. I had a mishap on delivery but their customer service sorted it out after a week of delays. This was my second order and I'll be back next time.

Never received product! 1 month after purchase and 2 weeks after expected delivery date made contact 3 times over last 2 weeks for status of order to continuously be told they're setting in warehouse but fail to ship them for unknown reason and then won't contact back with explanation or refund.

How can their Facebook review rating be 4.9 out of 5! This company has a real rating of 2.2/5 on all other sites and in my opinion this is even too high. Custom Offsets told me that the tires that I ordered would fit my car, the tires did not fit! And when I asked to return them for a refund they explained that their fit-up claim was not a guarantee, but only advice! Unbelievable! Run from this company.

Waited over a month with lies about item being shipped etc all to find out the had the wrong wheels the whole time and we're gonna have to wait for new ones. They have nothing in stock they order everything which takes forever. What a joke. Cancelled my order

I ordered tires wheels and toms sensors by telephone, I asked about the sensors was told drive 50 miles they would connect of course they didn't after 6 hrs at my dodge dealership and no response by phone by custom wheel offset had to buy new ones and have installed finally got a call back was told then you have to go to a pep boys or tire discount to get them to work. Also was told would get my money back for my new ones they did not and I was not contacted about that as they told me they would. I will not buy anything from them again it is not worth the $100 it saved I ended up spending almost $300 fixing the problem. Which is what they say on there You Tube video. By the way bought 35 x 12.50 tires and 20 x 10 wheels.

No happy won't recommend. Took forever on hold. No locking lug nuts. My wife had nothing but issues wither order. 2 bad tires sensors gm could not get to work and was told to go else where. Took forever to get refunded. Just a very bad experience.

If you buy a set of rims make sure you make sure they are the right size rim just don't think they got it right even if it is the rim you ordered make sure size to correct it was six months after I ordered them that I found out that they were wrong size and they said they couldn't do nothing about it so double check

Ordered a lift kit through them because I planned on buying rims and tires with them as well.
I placed the order for the kit on a Saturday which I know wont be processed or acknowledged until Monday. But a whole week going onto two weeks and the order is still being processed? What am I missing here.
To me all they are is a glorified middle man that lead times are extremely long and they probably just don't care.
Im curious to see if I cancel my order and order on another website to see if it will get here sooner.
Overall this will be my last purchase through them and I steered other people I know away from them as well.
Just beware to wait an extremely long time before any thing is delivered. I can only imagine how long rims and tires take to be delivered, once you factor in the time that they get there then they need to mount and balance them then ship it out to you.
Its my last order with them.

Had a couple small issues like directional tires being mounted in same direction on all 4 wheels. Kinda shows lack of care when installing. Was missing one lug nut when delivered. Very quick to message asking for reviews but when I had questions about where the package was and why it was taking longer than expected I got nowhere.
Great service and fast delivery! Will definitely be ordering from them again! They even support the military which is a huge plus. Most businesses have cut it out but they still offer it! Thank you so much!

The options to pick wheels and tires do not match what you request.
I put no rubbing. The wheels offered should not have been an option, and not knowing this, I did select them. My truck has now been sitting for over two weeks because it rubs so much against the crash bar it cannot be driven.
They were fast with delivery - one day early. Sales was responsive for a couple of questions prior to getting the tires mounted.
Several phones calls after mounting (I was disconnected when put on hold, also while waiting to be connected) I have a truck that looks nice, but cannot be driven unless I buy a 2500$ lift or have the crash bar trimmed and the wheel well removed.
The last conversation with a human left me disappointed.

We do suggest what wheels or tires may fit, however, we also recommend that the wheels and tires are test fitted before being driven on, just incase there is any kind of running issue. Had major issues after receiving great service initially. Joey took over and got everything taken care of in a timely fashion. Before dealing with him it wasn't a good experience but he dealt with the problems I had I highly recommend going through him if you're able to.

I enjoy the web navigation for selecting specific vehicle wheels and tires as well as the gallery to get a preview of what a specific package will look like on my vehicle. Ordering and delivery are simple, although, the carrier decided to cross the country several times with my tires before delivering, I still received them in an acceptable amount of time, meaning the CO team packaged and got them out the door in a rapid fashion. I would ask that CO continually compare and meet/beat rates from other websites (discount tire, and others) to give me the piece of mind when buying from CO without shopping around. CO may already do this, but my next order I will be comparing prices, so please stay ahead of the competition. Price and service are the name of the game, but Price usually beats service so... stay competitive.

Was nervous about my order due to other reviews. Saw the horror stories of them showing up late, damaged, missing products (tpms, lug nuts, accessories). My wheels/tires showed up 3 days early. And with no damage or missing pieces. The TPMS were installed and linked right up to my 4th gen ram 1500 without any issues. Was super stoked for it all to work out perfectly when the reviews made me question it. I will definitely be recommending them to people due to my positive experience.
Communication has been up and down. Pretty disappointed as I've worked hard to be able to afford the simple wheels and tires I requested. They originally sent me an email stating my tires are ready from the manufacturer and then all of a sudden nothing. Had to follow-up with them to see what the deal was. Per them the manufacturer is now having a hard time finding all my tires. Unfortunately, the consumer gets the shaft. I mean I understand production is behind due to people not wanting to be gainfully employed and resources but come on! Those who work need to drive there! Up front communication would be awesome but there won't be a next time. If you do buy from them I suggest going with a good tire that is in stock as I had to find an equivalent of what I wanted.
Even tho I didn't get the communication I'd liked, the customer service when I called to have them hold my order at their facility so I could pick it up went very well. My package came in excellent condition

Decent product and price (same as Costco, w/o the guarantee). Shipping was a nightmare; ordered 5/19, site said would arrive 5/29, when actually ordered said 6/9. Custom said they received incorrect rims, website didn't say they were out of stock. Received tires and rims 6/21. What's really great, they gave me back my extra payment for for express shipping! Never again.

Custom Offset made it easy to find the wheels I wanted for my '09 Civic Si. I was able to see pictures of cars like mine with different wheel setups, which helped me determine the size and offset I was looking for. The ordering process was easy to navigate and I'm glad I could get a wheel/tire package that came ready for installation. I had the package shipped directly to my mechanic and they installed it and did an alignment. My car rides like new and has a lot more swag to it now (I think).
