I ordered five tires to replace all four + spare on my wrangler, they shipped out super fast (for free) and arrived at the garage the next day. Ups managed to leave one of them at their facility halfway between tire rack and me, but that's a ups problem. Tirerack also mailed me the rebate form that was offered with my Goodyears right away so I got it in 3 business days.

They were only just installed yesterday's far so good.
My problems were with Firestone.
Don't know if they put my service DEAD LAST (Despite long standing appointment) due to buying from TIRERACK,
But if they are your designated installer perhaps you need a word with them about this.
My appt. Was for 9am, to install New Wheels, tires and Brake Pads.
Not ready til SIX hours later & I had to keep calling them.
Then when picking up car, guy runs up & says "Oh! Need to put on the Lug Nuts"?!?

The tires were delivered to FireStone at Bellevue, and was schedule to install them on last Sunday, however, on Saturday, firestone called and said they cannot install them due to company policy of no installation on cars older then 30 years old. You website has no info on that and the schedulier doesn't know their policy either. I have to scramble to the find another installer in town that can installed my tires in a timely matter due to the age of my old tires. Finally Discount Tires came in the rescue and helped me installed them in a reasonable price (cheaper then firestone, and they can order the same set of tires too). After this incident, I don't think I will be ordering from tirerack again. It's just too cumbersome and firestone customer services is just subpar.

Great, easy service. I had to file a claim and was approved and resolved in a matter of hours. Fast shipping! My replacement tire was delivered the next day!

Excellent experience, just went on the phone/web app and found the correct tires for my vehicle. The app even confirmed the tires I choose were the appropriate set. Pricing couldn't be matched. I've used Tire Rack services now twice, and couldn't be happier with the service, pricing, and technology.

I previously ordered 2 tires here and since it's time for all new tires, I am trying to experiment with the 4 new tires that are in offer. (old manufacture date). I always have a good experience other than returning the tires once they are totally unusable. I need to figure out a way for that part. As my last ordered tire busted out and had no time to deal with the exchange or return, ordered a new one. But this time let's hope, how it goes with 4 new tires.

I purchased a tire to use as a spare for my 2007 E250. My wife and I are retired, travel extensively, and require a highly reliable vehicle. My spare was 13 years old and needed replacing. The tire I ordered from Tire Rack arrived at my designated installer is good time, no complaints there. My problem is that the tire was already 3 years old meaning that tire dealers could only service it for another 3 years (they may not install or repair a tire over 6 years old). This means that I am only going to get half of the value of the tire for the purpose I purchased it for. I have to replace it again in 3 years instead of the 6 years a newer tire would have afforded. Not happy about that.
