Big-O Tires in Walnut Creek, CA tried to up the installation price by about double and was very rude when I showed them the installation price they had provided to Tire Rack. I actually had to have Tire Rack call the Big-O and speak with the manager to set them straight. The sales rep, Dustin, told me "Why would we charge less to install tires from our competitor?" He was dishonest, extremely rude, and tried to rip me off. Eventually it got done for the proper price but not without wasting a considerable amount of time. They also swiped my custom Land Rover dust caps and replaced them with standard black ones, so now I have to go back again. I would consider dropping this location as one of your installers since they knowingly lie about the installation price and are extremely rude.

Super fast delivery. Easy ordering. Just had tires put on so too soon for a review
I ordered five tires to replace all four + spare on my wrangler, they shipped out super fast (for free) and arrived at the garage the next day. Ups managed to leave one of them at their facility halfway between tire rack and me, but that's a ups problem. Tirerack also mailed me the rebate form that was offered with my Goodyears right away so I got it in 3 business days.
