A gentleman by the name tommy, is always so upbeat and courteous. He's fast multitasking. I've seen him wait on inside customers and the drivethru...all by himself. And not once did he complain or be rude...he's constantly apologizing for not having enough hands...
Good luck getting some one to take your order while three or more employees are chatting in one corner. They look back at you hoping you would go away. In the last month I have ordered and paid for Cappuccinos, just to find out they have used regular coffee instead of espresso and just added foam milk on top of it to hide it. We are not in a third world country, but service and product quality seems that way. Is this the Authentic Canadian Coffee shop we are to be proud of...
Tim hortons should train their staff in proper hygiene. Same person cashing is the same person serving and they put their dirty hands on the cup lid that should touch the customers mouth.
It's just nastiness and it happens at every tim hortons I have been to in canada so far. Remember germs spread by these things.
Went to Tim Hortons this morning to get a medium coffee asked for double cup because their cup are dangerous get to the window Tim Hortons charges you.10 for that extra cup I only get a double cup because Tim Hortons is too cheap to fix their with the cups they leak, cover doesn't fit properly, they are very soft cup come on Tim Hortons fix the problem don't charge the customers because your too cheap to make better cup.
I have been eating Tim's everything bagles for many years. The quality of the bagles have really gone down - it's now chewy, and not so nice to eat anymore. On a scale of 1-10, if the everything bagle was 10, the quality is now maybe 1(one).
I hope that Tim improve on the quality.
This complaint is about the principle of honesty and integrity; and not about a small amount of money that was erroneously removed from my Tim's gift card.
I had a Tim's gift card with a small dollar amount left on it.
Anyhow I went into my neighborhood Tim's yesterday to get a medium steeped tea. I swiped my Tim's gift card and I was told what the remaining balance was on the card. I then elected to pay the full amount in cash and I kept my gift card assuming that my remaining balance had not been deducted.
Today I checked the gift card and it stated that I had a zero balance on it!
So today I returned to the same Tim's location and spoke to a supervisor named Phillipine who refused to take me on my word and would not give me any credit at all towards replacing the missing balance.
I told her that I am a regular customer at this location and I spend a lot on steeped tea at their store.
She could care less and told me that they have to balance the cash at the end of their shift and there can't be any discrepancy at all.
I just couldn't believe how chincy this supervisor was. She told me that $1.00 was a lot of money (really?). I told her that $1.00 won't even buy a small coffee.
So much for good customer service towards a repeat customer!
There is no friendliness at all. Half the time they are paying attention to other coworkers instead of customers. You have to repeat yourself half the time. There is a lineup and they take an order from a customer that just walked in and use that order machine. That is not right. If kent street is going to have that machine hire more staff why should the ones that are stand there in line for 10 or 15 minutes or so have to wait our order is important to
Tim Hortons is now charging $4.00 for a cappuccino. That is understandable with the cost of wages and products. However, I am getting a glass only filled slightly below the glass rim and the color is extremely light, near white. There is more cream than the coffee/chocolate product in it. In the past the glass was filled into the cap just like their advertisement pictures. I have tried multiple locations and result is the same.
Last year in British Columbia our government told all fast foods had to charge an additional 25 cents for paper cups. It was a year trial. Of course it did not work. They were told to stop charging this as of may 1 st. We went through drive through today being may 1st expecting to be charged less but we charged an addition 45cents. What a rip off. Guess they liked the extra they collected this past year. They lost our business.
I HAVE TO STATE THAT TIM HORTONS, CARLETON PLACE HAS TO DATE BEEN EXCELLENT. YESTERDAY MY WIFE AND I RECEIVED AN UNEXPECTED LETDOWN AND SHOCK. WE ORDERED A SMALL CHILI AND CRISPY BBQ CHICKEN PCS. BOWL. BOTH WERE A BIG MISTAKE. THE CHILI ITTY BITTY TEENY WEENY PAPER CUP WAS ONLY 2/3 FULL AND NOT UP TO THE FILL LINE. PATHETIC. THE CHICKEN BOWL WAS ONLY1/2 FULL AND NOT UP TO THE FILL LINE. NOT ACCEPTABLE. MY WIFE AND I WERE SO HUNGRY THAT WE DID NOT COMPLAIN. WE WERE TIRED FROM A LONG LONG DRIVE AND NOT UP TO THE HASSLE. NOW WE ARE LEFT AGITATED AND UPSET DUE TO THIS HAPPENING. BOTTOM LINE IS... PAID $20.00+ FOR THESE PRODUCTS AND WERE SHORTED. NOT RIGHT AND NOT ACCEPTABLE... WE WILL INFORM ANY/ALL PEOPLE OF THIS... IN MY PERSONAL OPINION TIM HORTONS IS GOING DOWN A SLIPPERY SLOPE, AND, PEOPLE WILL EVENTUALLY FIND OUT ABOUT THEM DEGRADING AND ABANDON THEM... SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE... BUT, TIM HORTONS IS A BIG CORPORTATION AND NOT A MOM AND POP BUSINESS... TO THEM, MONEY MATTERS...

I go to Tim Hortons on Bowen road Nanaimo bc all the time. And every single time I order something, the workers never get my order correct and I mean NEVER. For example around 20 minutes ago I ordered a ice coffee and put a pump of chocolate syrup which is an extra 35 cents and they never add it. And if they didn't have any chocolate syrup left they would maybe tell me huh? Nope! $#*! you guys, get orders right next time huh.

Don't!

I tried the "new" Southwest Chicken Wrap at Tim Hortons in the Vancouver area today. It was terrible - they use *flakes of chicken*, not chicken tenders or anything solid/real. Definitely do not recommend.

Be a winner?
Ya right LoL. After many food and coffee purchases not a single free donut or coffee prize, lots of 5 point winners, however it takes 70 points for one free coffee.
This year's roll up your rim program sucked
Compared to any prior.
I am a born and raised Canadian through and through and I loved Tim Hortons from the day they first opened. Then they sold out to a US company that's when the quality of their coffee went down, the quality of their service went way down and they even cut back on their food portions. For example, you used to be able to order chilli with a full bun now when you order chili, the portion is smaller, (the price is higher) and you only get half a bun. Come on Tim's why are you being so cheap? Give us back a whole bun. Bring back the original Tim Hortons coffee. Make us Canadians proud again of Tim Hortons. Oh yeah that's right, Tim Hortons is no longer Canadian so I'm guessing that's why we get the cheaper quality and service now. Shame on the new American owners.
Tim's in Listowel at hwy 23, Ontario! Constantly dirty, used to be clean! Came in and at one table there was an infestation of ants eating food on the floor! Reported it, nothing done, had to change tables! Owner and manager need to start dealing with this!
I love tim hortons coffee but I would say 1/5 is problem free and delicious. They tend to sell old or burnt coffee often and this is not only one location. I am a firm believer the coffee cups should at least come with clear bottoms, so you can at least see if your going to get a mouth full of coffee grinds. Something has gotta give.
So I'm finding this everytime I buy a Tim's coffee lately... the person at the front, cashier cannot make a decent coffee. If I ask for half the cream, they give me double the cream and act stupid when I complain. Not to mention 90% of their workers are foreign. If they cant make coffee, put them in the back. I've been feeling like just going and asking for my money back and going to the McDonald's across the road. Far better coffee and I never have to fight the racist as $#*! tellers. Not to mention roll up the rim is the biggest flop I've ever seen... sorely disappointed
Whenever I order a latte it either taste like coffee with sugar or it just taste's like pure water. It's very rare to get a latte that actually is good.
You must need to be borderline challenged to be accepted there. I travel a lot for work and have visited many different Tim Hortons. Not a single one seems to be able to fold a simple wrap, leave 2 teabags in when they are told or get any portion of your order right at any time
Tim Hortons on thé corner of La Riviere et Desperigny is horrible for sanitary conditions, all the garbage cans are overflowing inside and out, the men's washroom out of order the woman's garbage full, no toilet tissue available so a stack of napkins thrown on the back of the toilet, bowl full of napkins, no wonder why the men's it out of order, floors disgusting and sticky with black goop all over, staffed by teens, don't get me wrong I'm glad they are there serving orders, but seem not overly motivated for cleaning, the staff was polite and the order correct, it appears to be highly understaffed or at least needs a manager to keep things functioning and sanitary
IT Amazes how excuses, quality, and service and most of all value for YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, all suffer with business nowadays more so than ever. I went to Tim's

So I started on app at 1050am. Wouldn't allow me to order. Finally at Tim Hortons order went thru. My order number is 9072. It's now 1145 and I've just received my order.
You're an hour late. The friends I'm sitting with are leaving. I showed the girls my receipt. They checked it and found it on the till.
What's the point if your app is an hour late.

Ordered a large black coffee arriving an hour late when the rest of the guys left
This place keeps surprising me over and over.
I ordered a bagel Triple toasted with extra butter and I get this?
I don't believe that a business can get worse and worse every year that passes
Great job people
You get a F Grade from me.
Went to Tim Horton's this morning, the one next to Dunkin Donuts, I asked for a strawberry dipped donut and asked if they could add some more frosting on the donut because there was barely any frosting and was told absolutely not. They do not due that. I asked if the donuts were fresh and was told they are every morning. I think we all know when we are being lied to.
Every time I order a cup of coffee I may as well stay home every location is not making coffee correctly waist of money and time
Their lattes are 20 percent foam. You could literally drown a small bat in the foam they put in their latte. Service is OK. But their foam lattes get an F minus.
We were founded in 1964, by hockey legend Tim Horton and we? ۪ve been serving Canadians fresh coffee and baked goods for 50 years.
