Quite possibly the worst service seen at any Tim's ever. Any time I stop I regret it- service is slow, order was wrong, food was cold. Tim Hortons Headquarters! Do some quality control here and re-training of staff!

Had friend pick up tea got it pressed on flip part wasn't cut out tea every where. I called to tell them they say SO SORRY. They don't care to get information about lid or offer to give you another tea I mean is there more lids so it doesn't happen to someone else. So I call customer service guess line you never guess what they say YEP so sorry. I get a little upset so she says you didn't let me finish. So end up taking my name email etc. About 5 days later they call and say they can give me back my drink they don't even ask for the lid.All that to get me another tea lol

Still disappointed
September 25, 2023

I wrote a review a few weeks ago in hopes the concerns will be taken seriously but unfortunately we still clean our tables most of the time as customers the toilets still risky to use and still waiting over 20 minutes most of the time for our coffee. Staff are friendly but not as professional as they should be most likely because they lack a great manager.

I stopped at Lake Ave and Abbott rd in Orchard Park today for a Ham and Swiss sandwich which I enjoy! There was 1 piece of ham on it. When I called to complain I was told to go somewhere else next time. I will! Tim Hortons is a shell of what they used to be. I'll never frequent another Tim hortons again! I'll let all my friends and family know of this terrible service and quality of food!

"Refund" Removed
August 13, 2022

Ordered a cold brew with espresso foam, paid then was immediately told that they didn't have any left as I was removing my card. Ok, then why sell it to me? Asked for a refund, was "refunded" the full 4.84 I was charged according to the receipt. 20 minutes later the refund comes through on pending and I was surprised to see only 3.92 was going to be returned, and "machine charges" to use their machine does not add up to 94 cents, I have worked in retail before with card machines, only adds up to at most 4-5 cents a transaction. Then all of a sudden the entire refund vanishes and I think ok, the refund went through, but no, the charge is still there, they just removed the refund. So now I'm still being charged the full amount for a product I never received. Never, and I mean NEVER order from Colborne Tim Hortons!

Generally I don't have many issues but when I specifically ask for something I do expect to get it supplied. The food itself was good grilled chez&bacon good other than no ketchup. I asked for the turkey bacon club got the chicken bacon which was a better tasting wrap so that was a plus. Husband could not forgive the lack of ketchup though. So sad to read the other dissatisfied reviews but this pandemic's effects are wide spread!

Skimpy Tim Hortons
September 13, 2022

Just got a chilli at Tim Hortons on Centennial Hamilton. To my surprise they only gave half an a bun. No matter that the bun was reduced in size already, now I was told they got an order to cut it in half. This is shameful for a company that used to be a national pride. You can do better Tim Hortons!

Worse staff serving this Tim Hortons. I gave my order twice through long line up drive through and they got it wrong and it was just a drink. They are not trained plus they don't care. Bad reputation for Tim Hortons. Tim's should have someone from head office monitoring this location.

This is a problem with not just one store but all of them. There will be 5-6 employees all serving the drive thru but could care less about the people who get their asses out of their cars to go in because the drive thru lineup is too long. You ask I'd there is someone serving the counter and you get "be with you in a minute...a minute turns into several while the drive thru keeps getting served. I'm sick of it and will be going to McDonald's from now on. Better coffee, better service.

I wish there were half a star option

Just went to Tim Hortons to buy garlic herb pastries. Usually I m offered if I want them warmed up or not, this to me the server was ever so rude in service with me. Just warned them up without asking and when I asked for a bag because they were too hot she and her attitude wanted to charge me for it. She was also so very rude with the lady before me. Sheesh, she should not be working around people!

This Tim Hortons is by far the worst Tim Hortons I've been too. (Listowel 215 Mitchell ave S)
1. Never offered a sleeve when coffee is usually too hot to hold when in one cup.
2. Never offered a cup tray when ordering more the 2 coffee and food.
3. Poor judgement when serving and dealing with customers with a line more than five people.
Ex. Recently stood in line with six people waiting behind one lady that had three pages worth of orders that the cashier was typing in. Other employee standby and watched instead of opening a second till to move the line forward.

Don't use the washroom at the Russell ON location unless you're packing your own disinfectant wipes. This is not a recent observation. I complained to the manager only to be told the staff clean the washroom not professional cleaners. Well, Mr/Ms Manager: 1st thing you do Every Day! Is inspect/ clean the washroom yourself! And the last thing you do is inspect/clean the washroom yourself! Your food prep areas may be impeccable but the clients can only judge what they see and that is disgusting! I've even seen the same garbage on the floor at the Order counter for days in a row. How is that acceptable?!?! Have to leave 1 star because 0 is not allowed.

Awful app!

The app is a scam…if you forget to select the proper location, you will be charged for the order in that location…I've been ripped off a few times already….also the offers are ridiculous, today I purchased the 2 farmers breakfast wraps for $7 yet I was charged the "regular farmers wrap" and when I pointed that out, the workers said they have no idea about offers and getting the refund was an absolute nightmare…Tim Horton used to be a great franchise, now it's owned by some greedy Spanish corporation that are all about profit and nothing more….if I can give a zero star I would have…

New app sucks

I never had a problem before online ordering for years.now they changed the app and when I go to order on my samsung tablet and I click on menu and completely BLANK.what the hell.

I've always enjoyed the tim hortons 'loaded' chicken bowls and they used to suffice my hunger all with a great taste, I've recently discovered they reduced their portions by a large amount all for the same price! This is outrageous! My kids and I used to enjoy the bowl combos and from now on we will have to stop. I recommend not to buy any tim Hortons bowls, this is not worth it and don't waste your money on such a tiny portion.

We waited for over 10 minutes inside for service, the donut selection was scarce, when they finally got around to taking our order, they did it begrudgingly. We ordered an ice cappuccino and it was only filled 3/4 full when we said something about it she told us argumentative that it was full. Here's photo you decide.

Tim Hortons is failing
November 13, 2022

The last 5 times I have ordered Tim's they don't seem to care about the people they hire or their service. I had a person throw food to me and it was so poorly thrown together I I wouldn't eat it. I can't get a bagel made properly… this is basic stuff. I'll make my own from now on. It's cheaper and I'll actually get something I'm willing to eat. I'm not normally one to complain but this is getting ridiculous. This is a home town Canadian fast food store and it makes me ashamed to be a Canadian.

A lot of this restaurant's problems are similar to one another. It's consistently understaffed, lines are long, drive thru is slow and food, in terms of taste, has gotten lower in quality than it used to be. I hope this changes and is addressed for the long term.

Just aweful coffee!

2 visits in the last 2 weeks. First time coffees were cold, second time you could barely call it coffee at about 1/4 the strength that coffee should be. The cream is disgusting and the coffee tastes like ashtrays.
Just a bad, unhealthy restaurant. Avoid at all costs

I was told at Tim Hortons, if I ask for no ice, that I'll just get less coffee? Wtf The customer service at some of these place are so rude and always rushing everyone through while making a thousand mistakes. I will never go there again.
