I used to love going to Tim Hortons but in the last few years things have really changed and not for the better. I'm not one to complain but never getting my order right is becoming quite a nuisance especially when it's just a coffee. Today I went through the drive-thru at 1251 Simcoe Street North in Oshawa but they got my order wrong so I thought it would be quicker to go in store to fix it, I ended up waiting over 5 minutes just to be acknowledged and served even though there were 5 people working no one was paying attention to the in-store customers and at that point there was a line starting behind me plus a person infront of me who was already annoyed at how long they've been waiting. When I was finally acknowledged I asked for 3 creamers so they didn't have to waste time making me another coffee but as she opened the fridge to get me them, another employee called her over and instead of quickly handing me the creamers she shut the fridge and dealt with whatever problem the other employee was having so I had to wait another couple of minutes. I'm all for multiculturalism but not one person behind the counter was speaking English to each other which I thought was quite rude because at least then we would understand what was happening and have some understanding. Maybe Tim Hortons should have undercover customers so they can experience what is going on cause at this point it's very frustrating especially when it's affecting all the stores in my city.
I wish there was lactose free milk at our location in Cochrane. I also wish that the service there wasn't so quick and rushed overall I do really like the service but the cookies I got today was in a box instead of the normal dream cookie box what happened to those?
I've been a Tim's supporting from day 1 especially for the amazing charity work they do. However, after two different unpleasant experiences at two different locations, I will never be a patron again. My first unpleasant experience was at the Innisfil Beach Road and Hwy 400 location. I ordered my typical morning coffee to enjoy at my desk. When I took my first sip, there was a foul smell of feces coming from the cup. When I took another smell of the cup, it definitely smelled like feces. I was so disgusted by this that I went back and complained. I never went back to that location again. My second incident was recently at the Stroud location. Once again I ordered my coffee and drank it. When I took the lid off, there was a considerable amount of wax crayon on the inside of the cup. Upon closer look the heat of the coffee had melted the wax all over the lid as well. How much wax was put in the cup and how much of melted wax did I drink. When I went back to this location I spoke with the manager and he was horrified. Apparently this isn't an isolated incident and as he explained this seems to be a trend now. I showed him who made the coffee for me and then denied his offer for a free coffee. I will never go to another Tim's again until they change their hiring policy and terminate staff who have no regards for public safety. These incidents are not accidental, they deliberate. For shame on Tim's. I wonder what Tim Horton would think of what has become of his great Canadian creation.
I want to give zero star to Tim Hortons customer service. I am going to Tim horton every evening for everything bagel or potato veggie. That tim Horton is on my way to work but their customer service is really bad. They told me they can't sell potato veggie after 5 pm. Crew told me that's Tim new policy now. I agree for that but now yesterday they told me they can make only one kind bagel for a day, every day different bagel but only one kind they can make. They can't make all kind bagels everyday that's new Tim Horton policy. Manager who told me her name is Harpreet but had a name tag with manpreet, said that that's new policy now. They can sell only that bagel whatever left. After all finish then they can make another one. My question is why Tim Horton make that kind of rules? They don't want a customer or they just refused me for everything bagel?others Tim Hortons have no issue with me, i need answer for that. If i have allergies for cinnamon bagel why i am gonna take that instead of everything bagel? If that staff doesn't want to work or cook why company need those crews, enough young kids looking for job just hire people who dedicated to work & that tim drive through is really slow, i am going to mention address for that restaurant. Even if it's company store or corporate but still company need customers for benifits right.
Address is: ******* credit view rd, Brampton it's inside gas station
I used to go to TIM HORTON around 5:45 pm every day specially Sunday to Wednesday on 1 location normally because its on my way to home but that location workers are very slow, their service is very slow like i wait almost 25 min everyday just for bagel what i order same everyday.they punch order when car is infront of their window while when everyone waiting in drive thru they don't care, when i ask reason why they are slow everyday they made excuses, i ask manager no so i can contact with them, they deny.my question is Tim Horton don't need profit anymore. If owner is OK with that like how workers are working, they never check cameras?location is credit view & wan less corner GAS STATION Tim Horton
At one time, Tim Hortons was an excellent place in the last nine years or so it has definitely gone downhill, I ordered a coffee this morning in Midland on Highway 93 one cream one honey pretty simple as I got down the road there is no honey in it. This isn't the first time this has happened if you go through the drive-through, don't move until you check your order completely guaranteed there's something missing or you have someone else's order!
Over the years I have choose Tim Hortons for my coffee over others, with the influx of foreign workers it's become the arm pit of the coffee world, they rush the orders over the intercom, you can't understand the words they make the smallest attempt to say, when and if the coffee and food you order is editable it's a mess or cold, if you bring it to them stating it's wrong they walk away try to kick you out or mumble in they're own language, Tim horton himself is probably rolling over in his grave at the state of things, I got gift cards for Christmas I probably wont use because I'm disgusted with all aspects of what's going on in every store, Macdonalds coffee is as good and cheaper, if my review means anything people need to take they're morning routine somewhere else.
Doesn't matter what location, stale donuts! My usual routine.last five visits I order an ice cap and a donut. Then I proceed to the garbage and toss out the donut. Too many products result in nothing being fresh...ever...for fresh donuts I go to Zehrs.always fresh.Hortons does nothing well.so under average.
I have visited many Tim Horton restaurants and although I am still going to visit your restaurants, I want tell you there are improvements that could be made. I appreciate the fact that you are a fast food establishment. However, please take the time to get the order correct. Also, please note that bagels have holes in them. A big dollop of butter, cream cheese or mayo in the middle doesn't do a thing for the sandwich. I have to ask for a knife to spread the condiment myself. Today I got a BLT on a bagel. There was a huge pile of at least 3 leafs of lettuce. I removed 2 before eating my sandwich. The mayo was in a huge dollop in the middle, therefore oozing out the hole. I had to spread it myself. There were 3 tiny pieces of bacon. I'll ask for extra bacon next time. Ihave ordered the wild berry hibiscus quencher and gotten a cup of ice with a splash of drink in it. I now ask for light on the ice. I shouldn't be paying for a cup of ice when I order a drink. If 6 want to make my food myself, I'd stay home. Train your employees to do better. Tim Hortons is a Canadian institution. Please take pride your work.
AlwYs order my wife a latte for the 5th time I get home and all she has is a up of milk even after complaining they still do the same thing
First of all, I don't understand why you take the best snack off the menu at 4 o'clock and that is the breakfast wrap if it's good why would you take it off? Doesn't matter what time of the day?
Some people don't always get up at the same time
But they didn't have it so I tried the new flat pizza. What a disappointment. It was like they put it in the microwave. It was limpy, no flavour, very little cheese, just plain terrible.
My foot note: this is not gonna last count on it
Tim hortons should train their staff in proper hygiene. Same person cashing is the same person serving and they put their dirty hands on the cup lid that should touch the customers mouth.
It's just nastiness and it happens at every tim hortons I have been to in canada so far. Remember germs spread by these things.
I still love going there. Everything was quick easy. The workers are very very polite but lately it's wait wait wait and when I mean i'm talking 10 to 15 minutes for a cuppa coffee which is ridiculous. I went inside one day there's two workers running the whole store that is totally ridiculous. Business is gonna go down if you don't fix it.
A gentleman by the name tommy, is always so upbeat and courteous. He's fast multitasking.
I've seen him wait on inside customers and the drivethru...all by himself. And not once did he complain or be rude...he's constantly apologizing for not having enough hands...
They are terrible. They get all soggy before you finish your coffee. The old lids are so much better. I'm up for change but you will have to find something better.
They're either not open yet or liquids only not going there anymore. I've been going there for a while just recently having lots of problems. Need to stop at bellville Michigan
The Tim Horton location at 3353 Lawrence Ave E in Scarborough has a sign posted that it opens at 5:00 a.m. and the website shows the same. When i got there at 5:30, the doors were locked but staff were working; the drivethrough apparently was open. If You mean to say that you only serve people in cars at 5:00 a.m. you should note this on the sign and website. The manager was kind enough to take my order though as i did a walk through the drive through. Good on her.
I would not recommend the king Edward Tim Horton bcz the Indian girl was really bad. I wanted to redeem one offer through app bt firstly she accepted then rejected. 🤨
Went to Tim Hortons this morning to get a medium coffee asked for double cup because their cup are dangerous get to the window Tim Hortons charges you.10 for that extra cup I only get a double cup because Tim Hortons is too cheap to fix their with the cups they leak, cover doesn't fit properly, they are very soft cup come on Tim Hortons fix the problem don't charge the customers because your too cheap to make better cup.
Badly treat customer even yawn the cashier when he gave service and complicated the order sorry for this Restaurant represent Tim Horton
Answer: I believe Tim Hortons is a legit company but in my mind, I'm thinking they are funded somehow through the liberal party of Canada just because there is a lot of new Canadians working at Tim Hortons? I'm not racist by all means.
