Tim Horton Canada upgraded all stores. They look fancy now but they don't pay attention to food safety which is very critical. No matter how the store looks fancy but you always find flies inside display shelves on donuts. Workers coughing and sneezing while they are processing food without wearing masks.
Dirty and not sanitary. I decided not to eat after watching for a few mins. Toilets - no paper, piss everywhere. Guess now that women have to share with all men (just in case that one Trans comes in), this is what we should expect. Disgusting!
I remember back in the day this restaurant used to be fast, but nowadays their way of providing orders have gotten much slow and unproductive. It would be great if this was addressed and changed for future quality.
I stopped drinking coffee here years ago as 50/50 chance of getting a good one. Now hearing that you are enforcing kids needing an experimental 'vaccine' to attend your camps is all I need to stop eating there as well. I will not support segregation of our children.
The cashier/order taker inside the Pin Oak Tim Hortons in Niagara Falls Ontario, took my order incorrectly. Then when I went up to complain, she argued and argued with me until her mother (also her manager) told her to be quiet.
Best part of it was her mistake and they made me pay the difference!
This is not the first time this particular Tim Hortons has made mistakes. Maybe the mother should drop the family plan for hiring!
Anyhow, we are all sharing the experience on line within facebook and instagram and going forward we will be going elsewhere for our weekly get together.
Tim Hortons has really economical F&B especially with the offers that can be activated in the app weekly. The quality and taste of the coffee can be a hit-and-miss sometimes at different branches but generally they're good for their price. However, service is usually slow as they don't have enough staff working in a shift.
Tim's in Listowel at hwy 23, Ontario! Constantly dirty, used to be clean! Came in and at one table there was an infestation of ants eating food on the floor! Reported it, nothing done, had to change tables! Owner and manager need to start dealing with this!
A horrible place with broken equipment that they never repair... yet still advertise the products that this broken equipment is required for. A hang out for street types who at times harass, threaten and assault and batter paying customers... these criminals usually don't appear to have purchased Tim Hortons products... since there are usually none visible at the tables they're occupying. Tim Hortons allows this type of criminology behavior on their premises.
First off let me make this very clear I absolutely love Tim's. Its a daily ritual, my wife loves it too except more times then not she gets 2 hot chocolates and 1 is a cup of hot brown water, the server doesn't open the cover on the machine and bump the (chute) part the powder is in as it get plugged. I really think its time to develop a liquid form of the syrup as other places do to mix a perfect cup of "Nectar from the heavens"
Very grateful for excellent service. I had a big order on a Sunday morning, which I know can be busy. I couldn't go inside because I had my dog in the car. All staff was so friendly in making it work smoothly. Even better, our food was warm and delicious. Whoever was managing that day (7/3/2022) deserves recognition.
Tim Hortons is the ONLY fast food coffee chain that offers CHOBANI oat milk as a milk substitute that I know of. I looked it up and had to order some for myself at home. They really got VEGAN milk right. Thank you so much Tim Hortons, for offering it at your stores. It must be expensive, but it is sooo worth it. My sister and I get coffee with it and only because of it almost every day, sometimes twice a day, at Tim Hortons only now. Starbucks can not compete. McDonald's does not even offer vegan options at all. Tim Hortons wins. I wish they offered warm apple cider drinks in winter. Somehow, the red of their brand reminded me of that. So very Canadian that would be and good for sore throats in winter.
A gentleman by the name tommy, is always so upbeat and courteous. He's fast multitasking.
I've seen him wait on inside customers and the drivethru...all by himself. And not once did he complain or be rude...he's constantly apologizing for not having enough hands...
Good luck getting some one to take your order while three or more employees are chatting in one corner. They look back at you hoping you would go away.
In the last month I have ordered and paid for Cappuccinos, just to find out they have used regular coffee instead of espresso and just added foam milk on top of it to hide it.
We are not in a third world country, but service and product quality seems that way.
Is this the Authentic Canadian Coffee shop we are to be proud of...
Terrible experience at Tim Hortons! Received a voucher with no clear expiration date in the email, only found out it expired when I tried to use it. Contacted Tim Hortons, explained the situation, and asked for a reissued voucher, but they flatly refused. Poor customer service! Won't be going back. Beware!
I love tim hortons coffee but I would say 1/5 is problem free and delicious. They tend to sell old or burnt coffee often and this is not only one location. I am a firm believer the coffee cups should at least come with clear bottoms, so you can at least see if your going to get a mouth full of coffee grinds. Something has gotta give.
Not clean place at all staff working carless without taking care for be cleaned and not care for health not responsible. The person who repair my cup he forget inside piece of plastic it is from cream cover and never check it before give to me.even no one is response after I try to reach customer service
My husband and I went through the drive through on Centennial in Hamilton and there was a homeless man right beside the speaker asking for money. This mad is very uncomfortable. When we mentioned it he was still not removed.
You must need to be borderline challenged to be accepted there. I travel a lot for work and have visited many different Tim Hortons. Not a single one seems to be able to fold a simple wrap, leave 2 teabags in when they are told or get any portion of your order right at any time
After a 10 min wait, with one person in front of me, I requested a lightly toasted turkey bacon sandwich. Another 7 or 8 mins, I received a blackened burnt sandwich. Upon speaking with the manager, I was informed that's the lowest setting on the toaster.
Since when is the customer responsible for Tim Hortons equipment? All I want is a lightly toasted bun. If that's too much to ask, I'll take my business elsewhere!
I tried the "new" Southwest Chicken Wrap at Tim Hortons in the Vancouver area today. It was terrible - they use *flakes of chicken*, not chicken tenders or anything solid/real. Definitely do not recommend.
Answer: I believe Tim Hortons is a legit company but in my mind, I'm thinking they are funded somehow through the liberal party of Canada just because there is a lot of new Canadians working at Tim Hortons? I'm not racist by all means.
