The company's reputation is mixed, with customers appreciating the user-friendly interface and timely responses from support staff, indicating a generally positive service experience. However, significant concerns arise regarding transparency in pricing, as many users report unexpected fees and difficulties in obtaining ticket delivery information. Complaints about the cancellation process and perceived fraudulent practices further detract from customer trust. While some customers express satisfaction with their purchases, the overall sentiment suggests a need for improved clarity in pricing and communication to enhance customer confidence and satisfaction.

I purchased 2 tickets for the Rolling Stones concert Oct. 17th at SoFi stadium paying well over $1200. In section C133 for what I was under the impression we're really good seats, when I received the conformation from Tickets On Sale I noticed it said LIMITED SIDE VIEW? I have tried to call Tickets On Sale a recording tells you to send them an email, when you send the email you get a message saying your email will be answered within 24hr. After several days now and several emails I've sent to them I still have not gotten any reply back there is No way to contact them! Please Don't be stupid like me, buy your tickets from some place else! I noticed too they don't even tell you your seat numbers? They tell you the section but not the seat numbers so BEWARE!,
I purchased tickets to a concert that was cancelled. Ticketmaster issued automatic full refunds to the direct purchasers of tickets (including TicketsonSale as the broker). However, TicketsonSale is refusing to offer a refund for the tickets. They are only offering store credit that has an expiration date! Poor customer service and engaging in business practices that are akin to theft.
We purchased concert tickets and received an order confirmation but no tickets. They accept no responsibility.
I initially purchased tickets for a show that was to take place in February 2020. It was postponed long enough to be out of range for a bank dispute and then due to Covid-19, you canceled the show and sent an email refusing to refund my ticket costs but offered a 120% credit for a new show of my choosing. I selected a show for August of this year and had to pay an additional 62 dollars to cover the cost of the tickets. The show has since been "postponed." Due to your previous refund policy, you would still be exempt from refunding, however, the date of the show is now in 2099, exceeding the life expectancy of my chosen artist. I have attempted several times to resolve this issue, however when emails are sent, a 'mailer-demon' unavailable response is received. When attempting to live chat, the chat ends itself regardless of the responses entered. Telephone calls redirect you to emails and live chat. This process is illegal. In the off chance that this email does make it to your destination, I would like you to know that it would be silly for me to initiate a lawsuit on my own because it would cost more than it would be worth. However, if I were to utilize social media and find others that were unhappy with their experience, I am sure it would be more than beneficial.
What has happened to the world. We experience a pandemic and companies take advantage of their customers. I ordered tickets for Disney On Ice, March 29th, 2020 in KC, which was cancelled because of Covid. I contacted Ticketsonsale and they would not and will not refund my purchase. They've held onto my money, $297.58, all this time. I tried again today to contact them for a refund. My first call I actually got a human. He then transferred me to another "Human" or so he said... Of course it was a recording that lead to no where! I give this company a -100 review and -100 stars! Pathetic and shameful to take advantage of a grandmother wanting to treat her grandkids to a wonderful memorable event. I hope this company or rather site gets taken down for taking advantage of people Covid or not!

I don't know how these people sleep at night. My concert was cancelled and NOT due to Covid. I spent $250 on two tickets. They refuse to refund my money and their 100% ticket guarantee is BULL$#*! too. I never even received these tickets at all and my concert is a week away. I think people need to BAND TOGETHER with a class action lawsuit against this company. I don't care if they changed their terms and conditions, I never signed anything accepting that. I didn't get a product, I demand a refund.
Accidentally purchased 2 tickets thinking we were on the venue's website (our mistake). Didn't give us final price before clicking "purchase" and then found out we had paid $467 for two tickets (venue priced them at $85 each). Immediately tried calling customer service number, but never received an answer. Called venue and were told the tickets would not be honored for the concert. They only accept tickets purchased there at their venue (or website). Still unable to reach TicketsOnSale, we filed BBB complaint. TOS replied with crap about their tickets being "legitimate and guaranteed" and said they "clearly state they are a reseller." (It's in tiny fine print at the top of their website, easily overlooked. I'm sure that's not an accident.) Not sure how tickets can be legit when the venue won't accept their tickets. They won't return our money.
I got tickets for Wicked in Dallas. They never sent me the tickets. It was on file in their system. I called 4 times before the event and each time they told me that they will be there. Never got to me. Each time I called they would send me an email asking how they did... click an emoji describing your experience. I only clicked on the sad face... it took me to a website that was no longer exists. This is just a huge scam. Every time I called I got a "senior advisor"... that can not do anything but give you lies. "There is a 100% guarantee you will get your tickets two hours before the event!" WHAT I have to travel 2.5 hours to the event!
I only received 1 ticket for Frozen when I bought 2. And when I called to try and get another ticket they told me too bad. I was stuck with one $234 ticket and the only way I could bring my 9 y/o was to buy two more tickets as they didn't have a seat next to the one I had bought. Complete joke of customer service. I spoke with Rick and his customer service response was "it is what it is". Won't ever use this site again.
I was completely cheated out of $360 by TICKETSONSALE.COM. The transfer was NEVER able to be completed and we spent HOURS and HOURS on the phone and never got anywhere. I have asked my credit card to block payment and I promise to spread the word about these CROOKS in every venue I can find!
My concert was cancelled due to covid. The company would not return my email and you can not reach a person. I wanted a refund since it will be over a year for the concert. This company is not cheaper that any other site and the customer service is horrific.
I ordered tickets and never received them. I contacted them and spoke to someone who said they were sent to my email. They were never sent and I'm still fighting it. I never received them and spent hundreds of dollars!
This review was good to order of for my tricker for the lil baby concert I can't wait to go have fun and enjoy myself.
This is a ticket resale site. Please go to the site that is hosting the event to get your tickets. My husband bought a concert ticket for $150 (with fees and insurance $212) which was only worth $39. Seating wording was very vague and made it seem like the tickets would be near the stage when in reality they were in the very back of the balcony. They refused to give any type of refund. Their customer service is terrible, the representative put me on hold for 20 minutes to look at my ticket. Then he refused to let me allow to speak to a supervisor. Do not but tickets through this site.
This company is not legit... they are scam artists. I purchased tickets totalling $533.19 and the concert is in 24 hours, and NO TICKETS. I've spent all day calling, waiting on hold for 72 min. Each time, emailing, live chatting - no resolution. They are fraudulent and I plan on getting my attorney involved to get a refund.
DO NOT PURCHASE from TicketsOnSale.com.
I will never deal with this company again! Worst customer service! No help! The rep was not helpful.
DON'T USE THIS SITE! THEY'LL STEAL YOUR MONEY!
They refuse to refund your money even if the event is cancelled due to weather. The concert was cancelled due to Hurricane Ida and they have flat out refused to refund me. There is absolutely no customer service and you can't speak to someone by phone you can only email into what appears to be an email bank and you have a different person responding each time. There are also plenty of similar negative reviews on BBB and you're not able to leave a review directly on their page because it's full of bogus 5 star reviews. I'm in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company now.
Make sure you go through your process slow when purchasing tickets from this site. They have a lot of hidden charges that they tell you are up front and they are not. Also their insurance you can buy to protect your purchase is a joke. They charge you $38 and if you us the insurance the insurance company charges you $90 on top of the $38 to use it. IF you call or get on the chat for ticketsforsale they will not help you at all and give you the finger.
To start off I originally bought Garth Brooks tickets in July for a concert that was supposed to take place in March. Covid happened and it got pushed back and finally cancelled. Tickets on sale wouldn't give me my money back. They instead, gave me credits for more concerts. I actually preferred my money but since Covid they have changed their policies. Now they never give your money back but give credits to spend only with their website. Which is clearly crap bc of fees. So after arguing, I decide that I have to accept the credits. I attempted to use them to take my daughter and girlfriend to a Billy Strings concert. I buy the tickets for 2 times face value. We arrive an hour before show. Wait in line only to be told the tickets were not valid. They say this will never happen. I got to will call and they tell me that the original purchaser got their money back Bc they were fraudulently purchased. Now, I'm having to jump through hoops to get my credits back but they say they guarantee their tickets are legit 100% of the time. Please use any other ticket site. Biggest scam ever
Quick and super easy process. Got the email with the tickets and a email needing confirmation saying I received them!
Answer: Terrible do not use this company, you will not get your tickets or your refund
Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
