Bought tickets online and get an email saying we would receive the tickets a day before the event. Now got a email asking to confirm if we got an email. Yes, we got an email but still no tickets. Not sure what the ticket process is.
This is the first time I've bought a ticket and they sent me the ticket the day before.
Pricey! Make sure to check the official venue parking first to avoid high costs but at least you get your tix the day if.

I love the idea of getting a reserved garage for a concert the process was easy and quick with getting confirmation email. I didn't love that is was cheaper to just show up and get into the garage or if you go past the time on the confirmation email you are stuck in the garage until paying for another full day. Of course that is in no way this company's fault we left later we had to get a hotel since we couldn't drive. I just assumed we would have to pay the difference in time, so that's on me.
I have received the confirmation email. I am curious though, when exactly am I going to receive the tickets? The Confirmation and the site FAQ are vague and leaves the sending of tickets to the very last second, so it seems (ie. One day before the event). I would prefer to have something in hand (digital or physical) to know that I am not being scammed. A bit of assurance would help with my test of patience and trust. I'd be willing to give 5-stars if I had the tickets because the process and the platform are very pro in my books.

I bought a pass for Moody Center Texas vs. Stanford volleyball game. I was charged $60 and told that their was limited space left! When we pulled up to the garage, they were letting anyone in and only charging $10. I feel completely scammed. I have submitted photo evidence and order information to support this info.
