Bought tickets for a ballgame. Lot I paid for booted me to another lot, c. S. moved me to a more expensive lot at same price but found it frustrating that the final confirmation, with scan ticket, didn't arrive till the night before. I will probably use these guys again, as long as a company's customer service is good and takes care of the problem, then I guess I can deal with a little frustration.
