We bought tickets through this site thinking it was the authorized ticket outlet for an artist we wanted to see in concert. When the Artist canceled their tour for the remainder of the year, we requested a refund and were denied by TicketsOnSale. When we inquired through the Artist's fan page, they informed us that the TicketsOnSale website was only a re-seller, and not an actual ticket outlet. Therefore, we are stuck with tickets that we purchased for a concert that is now not happening. NEVER use this site! Make sure you're on the Artist's official page if you want to see a concert!

Scammers…do not use!

I purchased tickets from tickets online.com. I received an email telling me that the tickets were transferred and a second email would give instructions on how to download. Of course, I thought this was going to be an instant download as they advertise. Regardless, two days went by and no second email. I spent two hours total on live chat waiting for a representative. Kept getting cut off. So, decided to call. Spent an hour and a half on hold, finally got a representative on the line. She tried to tell me that I had received the second email. I kept arguing that I did not. After 45 minutes of trying to get the tickets I asked for a refund. Was told emphatically that they DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. I have contacted my credit card company and am disputing charges. DO NOT USE THUS SITE! Checked them out at Better Business Bureau and they have a F rating…wish I would have done this before purchasing.

Absolutely crooked.

Only choosing 1 star because no stars is not an option. I purchased Dave Mathews tickets a year early. After being repeatedly postponed for another year due to Covid, the concert was cancelled 2 weeks before the show. This shady as hell company sent me an email refusing a refund, but offering 120% store credit toward my next purchase, which they did not live up to. They just took some more money, continued to ignore me, and send the occasional email from Singapore with a new excuse, never actually bothering to reply to any questions. Try the customer service number and all you'll get is a recording about how you can email them on the website. That's the same website with wonderful ratings, which you are NOT allowed to add an actual review for. A shame I believed the bogus review rating and didn't bother to google them before purchasing tickets, so I could see the multiple class action lawsuits against them for doing this same thing to thousands. So disgusted with this brazenly criminal behavior and cannot imagine how they are still allowed to do business outside a cell.

DO NOT buy tickets! I paid $429.64 for 2 tickets that I NEVER received. They claim the seller sent them to my email but I never got them. When I called I was put on hold for over 2hrs! Then they promised me my tickets would arrive in time for the concert, or I would be refunded. The tickets never came and now they are telling me that they are NOT going to offer a refund! I hope this company goes out of business! - Scott

Stay clear away from this company! They are just out to steal your money. Bought 2 tickets to a concert and 1 week later the concert was cancelled. Ticketsonsale refused to refund $ even though they hadn't even issued me tickets for the show. Complete scam!

If it would let me do Zero Stars I would. I purchased tickets five months prior to the KISS final tour concert. Tickets On Sale/ Tickets Master not only lost my seats, they replaced them with other seats, only to tell us THE DAY OF THE CONCERT that they had canceled our tickets. They literally gave our seats away. The final tour concert was missed, and so was the only chance for my parents to see KISS in concert. Drastically mismanaged, absolutely failed customer service. Whole experience was horrific. Buy somewhere else. Please look ANYWHERE else. Save yourselves the money and trouble.

This Company is A Scam

I purchased some tickets and insurance to a concert that got cancelled and they would not give me my money back. I've called and emailed several times but I never got a response. Instead sent me an email saying that they will give me coupons but as I continue to reach out to them I never got a response

I have sent several emails requesting a refund. Only to get an email saying that this email is not monitored. My event was cancelled and rescheduled so many times I want my money back. Can't call. Can't chat. This is just horrible. Make me think they are selling tickets out of their basement. Very angry

Lame customer service

I purchased 2 Tix for Phish in Lake Tahoe $460 and they claimed it was canceled due to Covid but then played the same night at Shoreline? They gave me credit but couldn't get a hold of anyone to use the credit? The online system did not recognize my conf. #? Tge tix value was $80 $#*!ty service and could not get in touch with anyone.

Rolling Stones tickets

I purchased 2 tickets for the Rolling Stones concert Oct. 17th at SoFi stadium paying well over $1200. In section C133 for what I was under the impression we're really good seats, when I received the conformation from Tickets On Sale I noticed it said LIMITED SIDE VIEW? I have tried to call Tickets On Sale a recording tells you to send them an email, when you send the email you get a message saying your email will be answered within 24hr. After several days now and several emails I've sent to them I still have not gotten any reply back there is No way to contact them! Please Don't be stupid like me, buy your tickets from some place else! I noticed too they don't even tell you your seat numbers? They tell you the section but not the seat numbers so BEWARE!,

I purchased tickets to a concert that was cancelled. Ticketmaster issued automatic full refunds to the direct purchasers of tickets (including TicketsonSale as the broker). However, TicketsonSale is refusing to offer a refund for the tickets. They are only offering store credit that has an expiration date! Poor customer service and engaging in business practices that are akin to theft.

Class action lawsuit

I initially purchased tickets for a show that was to take place in February 2020. It was postponed long enough to be out of range for a bank dispute and then due to Covid-19, you canceled the show and sent an email refusing to refund my ticket costs but offered a 120% credit for a new show of my choosing. I selected a show for August of this year and had to pay an additional 62 dollars to cover the cost of the tickets. The show has since been "postponed." Due to your previous refund policy, you would still be exempt from refunding, however, the date of the show is now in 2099, exceeding the life expectancy of my chosen artist. I have attempted several times to resolve this issue, however when emails are sent, a 'mailer-demon' unavailable response is received. When attempting to live chat, the chat ends itself regardless of the responses entered. Telephone calls redirect you to emails and live chat. This process is illegal. In the off chance that this email does make it to your destination, I would like you to know that it would be silly for me to initiate a lawsuit on my own because it would cost more than it would be worth. However, if I were to utilize social media and find others that were unhappy with their experience, I am sure it would be more than beneficial.
