Bought a $280 "vip" resale ticket expecting the VIP package for the show. When i get there i'm told it's only for VIP access to a bar/standing (i'm not even old enough to drink nor did it say ANYWHERE it was a bar VIP) so why would i get that purposely? When i get to the show they say they don't see my name & i show them my ticket, the box office tells me what it's really for. I called instantly because i had even called earlier to make sure it was VIP and there would be no problems tonight. Lady on the phone later basically blamed it on me saying i should have read further and i can't get a refund and all she can do is apologize. Lol we'll see about that. Absolutely trash. Didn't even try to help the situation in any way. Literally told me to go check the box office to see if they had any left over tickets for me to buy the day of.
Ticket prices were 3 times more than purchasing through the venue. Good thing I had insurance for this purchase

It was quick, I wanted soccer tickets and found them and purchased back in July. Now I was updated with the start time of the event and an offer to buy more tickets, CHEAPER than I paid, and I paid big time with the fees. While searching the section I purchased and the "row" claimed on my purchase, there was no such "row" Tried to call, chat and email all with nothing. After a good Google search, I found out they are Ryadd Inc. and lost a lawsuit back in early 2021. Glad I purchased through Paypal and reported them, as well as a complaint in VA for selling tickets that don't exist. BEWARE!
Do not, I repeat do not buy tickets through this site! Will take your money and run. Customer service is awful, "we cannot transfer you to a supervisor, they don't take calls (because they don't exist) you agreed to the terms." Oh and they charged double to begin with.
I got the tickets back in July, my concert was yesterday 10/10. I checked in with them a few days before my concert making sure I was all good and wouldn't have an issue getting in prior to the concert and they said i would be fine and that I just needed the QR code. I get to the concert and they are unable to scan my tickets and told me that my tickets are invalid. I went to the ticketbox and they told me the same thing and for me to contact them to get the barcode. I called and called, even online chatted with them. 45 min pass by and all I am told is that I need the QR code then I was disconnected. I tried again and then they told me the same thing. Eventually they were able to get the seller to send me the ACTUAL TICKETS WITH THE BARCODE. I had already waisted about an hour of the concert. I've been trying to get my money back since I waisted most of my time waiting for these tickets that I purchased back in July and again, I keep getting disconnected. I will never be going through them again. I am so disappointed. They offered be $30 for store credit, as if I am going to be using them again. Like these other reviews, same your money and time and use a different site to order your tickets. Such bs. They said they would give a partial refund so lets see if they stick to their word.
I paid $623 for $422 worth of tickets. Given this is a completely automated site, this is an unacceptable amount of profit. They could make money for one dollar per ticket.
Purchased tickets 12/12/2019 for Burt Kreischer the show was rescheduled several times due to Covid. Went to the show last night 10/10 to be told I have Invalid tickets, and was sent home. I have contacted the company and was put on hold, so I did the online chat. They told me they would be sending me a form so that they can Investigate. I still have not received the form... I have done some researching myself and come to find out this has happened to several other people. This company should not be in business. I pulled up the email that they sent my tickets for download and the tickets have a different name and purchase date on them. Shady!

This is a horrible company. Concert got cancelled due to covid they send us a number in email so you can. Purchase tickets to. Some other concert. Didn't let us know so we didn't check about it. Now they will not answer emails or talk to you. I have ask for a refund 10 times then I finally acted like I was going to buy some tickets and they talked to me. Their customer service is the worst I have every come across. Now that I ask for them to resend me the email they have blocked me from speaking to someone. This is a disgrace. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

No big concerts are coming to Canada, they've kept your money, collecting your interest, and are too cheap to give a refund for a concert that will not happen. In haste I bought tickets on this website. I expected to reach a point in the transaction where a review your order page would pop up, but instead you never get to see the fees that are added. I was shocked that there was a $50.00 service fee on top of an already high priced ticket. Had I known I would not have completed the order. Then I found out when I received the order confirmation that they didn't actually have the ticket to sell, but would procure it for me. I got the the ticket a few days later. My seat was actually better than expected, but another person at the concert showed up with a hard copy of the same ticket-oops! Luckily, someone on the other side did not show up, so we didn't have to look into it further but one of us had a scam ticket, but both scanned to get into the venue. Anyway, not very honest business practice, and I won't use them again.

Why is this company receiving anything above 1 star? This is the WORST company to buy tickets from. They are PRICE GOUGERS to the fullest.
Their guarantee is ridiculous and so broad. You will end up paying five times the ticketed price.
For example, I erroneously believed that if I paid TicketsOnSale $450 per seat for an event in the Orchestra Area, I would be given decent seats. They informed me that my tickets would be in Sections A-R. Once again, I erroneously believed that due to paying so extravagantly for a service, I would be given the best seats available in that area. I received seats in Row O.
I immediately went online and discovered that seats in Row O are still available from Ticketmaster and the venue itself for $79. Two seats away from mine. Tickets in Row D are going for $179.
TicketsOnSale charged me $450 per seat for the worst tickets available.
Convenience? Customer Service? Customer Care? Hardly!
I am astonished that a company such as this remains in business. Google results should place this company at the end of their results list, if presented at all.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
