Received my tickets via gmail but had issues receiving them kept not recognizing my password that was an inconvenience

The ticketing process is cryptic but ticketsonsale have taken my money already. Not a very straightforward process.

Just got off phone with these people. What an absolute joke. Not helpful, not happy with how this turned out. I am out almost 200 dollars. I will NEVER use this site to buy tickets again. Refund guarantee is BULL$#*!.

Will never us this company again. Over priced! My brother got the same seats next to us for 100 cheaper.We got tickets and the day before I called because I never received the tickets and they said the could not get the same seats anymore. Really bad service!

Buyer Beware! I bought two tickets to concert at the Hollywood Bowl. When I got to the venue I was informed the tickets were counterfeit and were turned away. I was told to contact the merchant/vendor. AND THAT IS WHEN THIS NIGHTMARE ESCALATED! I called nine different times and waited on the phone over 90 minutes each before reaching a live representative. I was given the run-around and was told to be 'patient and they were experiencing more disputes than usual, and I needed to fill out a "Denial of Access Form" before they could investigate my claim. The only way I could fill out that form is if they emailed the form, and that's where their scam escalates! They never mail you the form. They keep saying, 'refresh your email; it should be there in a hour; be patient.' 6 months later I'm still out my money! After my 9th call, once I gave them my "order number" they just disconnected my call. Do not buy any tickets from this company! They are crooks, and scam artists of the highest order! They won't allow you to speak to a supervisor, and all your calls will be redirected overseas to Manila. Buyer beware! Do not use this site ever!

They are a terrible service that sells tickets well above market value, but will also sell you tickets before they have even gone on sale. I mistakenly bought tickets for an event that didn't even go through a presale event for another week. They will not issue a refund and are on a no charge back list so you can't reverse the charges. One of the worst companies that exist for ticket purchasing.

I bought tickets for my mom n dad to go to 600. For these tickets plus insurance. I'm gonna sue the hell out of them, hope to get a big lawsuit going since they have done this to thousands of people. It's wrong

I ordered my tickets a month ago I never got them there's no one to ask for help this is a scam I want to get my money back

I bought tickets two years ago to a Weekend concert. It had been moved because of the pandemic. Then a year later it had been canceled, they told me they would give me store credit and doublet give me a refund because of government shut downs (which happened a year ago). Which means they spent money they didn't have and cannot return my money in full at all. The customer service is bill crap. They don't help at all. Every time you reply to them it starts a new conversation which then takes another 72 hours to hear back and nothing gets resolved. They have no phone customer service either. Do not buy from them ever.

Bought 2 tickets for Boz Scaggs, $476 in a back row. They send you a link to accept the tickets. The link does not work. I live chatted with them, they said they would send the link again. Very long story short, no matter how many links they sent none would work. Day of concert still no tickets, spent an hour and a half live chatting. Last thing they said was that I would get my tickets before the concert. This is a scam.

Nice tickets, seen the show for 50 years, on tv, hope to be call to the stage. Iam a veteran, retired. The wife and I never been to a life show before...

Definitely was not the easiest app I've ever used to purchase tickets but I managed to muddle my way through it and got the job done so ok over all.

I purchased tickets for a concert via Ticket Master. Later when the event was cancelled I was told that TicketsOnSale held my tickets. They have been very difficult to communicate with. I've been informed that I now have a credit with them for over $350. I do not want to purchase tickets for a different event with a credit. I want a full refund. So far I haven't been able to get any where with TicketsOnSale in regard to this request.

Total ripoff artists, you cannot speak or contact anyone, these people should be thrown in jail and the key thrown away. I also bought their cancellation insurance through Allianz which probably is owned by them as they are bigger scam artists with cancellation only by death or injury. Avoid these lowlife scammers at all costs

Getting my concert tickets was very straight forward. And i was able to select 1 ticket, not have to purchase 2-4 just for 1 person.

I purchased tickets for the James Taylor / Jackson Browne concert in New Orleans. Tickets were never delivered. Wait red on hold for over an hour - no one ever answered. Tried live chat, which was a series of canned responses; no live person ever responded. In the end, I had to purchase new tickets from StubHub in order to attend the concert. I'll now start the process of trying to recover my money from Tickets on Sale, which I expect will be painful. Google should not allow Tickets on Sale to appear as the primary search link when seeking tickets. Google is complicit in the scam.

As an update: Tickets were finally Emailed at 1:30 PM on the day of the concert, 6 hours before the start of the concert, and not the day before, as promised. To be fair, the tickets were what I had purchased, but since I was traveling to the concert from 6 hours away, I purchased another set of tickets from StubHub, delivered immediately, to be sure of having tickets in hand. Trying to reach TicketsOnSale by phone or text was impossible. Neither was monitored and responses on the text line looked to be auto-generated. I gave up after an hour hold on the phone and close to two hours on the text line. Customer service is abysmal and I would recommend against using TicketsOnSale. I certainly will not use again.

Join the FB group, Class Action Suit - Ticketsonsale, if you are one of the victims. The attahced email was sent by the scammers (for some compliance, I guess) but meant nothing. They simply refused to refund the hundreds of dollars they took from me. My purchased venue was in NYC. Now it's almost been two years, no concert and no refund. Such a fraud site should never exist, more people will fall into their trap,
