Scammer

These guys are absolutely a scammer. I didn't even get to see the face value of the tickets I was buying until after making the purchase. I stupidly assumed I was paying something close to the original ticket price. Found out I paid more than double the face value. Then the concert got rescheduled and the new date doesn't work for me. Well, all they said was no refund. You call them and nobody comes to the phone. Their automated phone system says reach out to them by email and it doesn't even tell you what their email address is. When I finally got a hold of someone by selecting the option to buy a new ticket, somebody sure came to the phone. I asked for their email address and the guy asked what it's for. I said it's about questions on tickets and transfer. He put me through that line where nobody comes to the phone and at the end it said this call will be ended. What kind of company does that? This is a huge scam. Stay away from this website!

TicketsOnSale is a SCAM. Do Not Buy!
So, on August 6 I purchased tickets to see a concert. The concert was to be held in October 2nd. I only ever received two emails from the company. 1) a confirmation email 2) an email that advise me to download AXS so I can keep track of my tickets. I did as instructed, however in my order history it never displayed the concert I was supposed to see.
Long story short, TicketsOnSale never sent me my tickets. I disputed the charge to my credit card company. However, TicketsOnSale denied that they never emailed me the tickets DESPITE the man who I spoke to on the phone CONFIRMED to me that their computer never registered an email that had my tickets in it. They denied me a refund as well for their negligence as well. The company is a scam. Please do not buy.

Bought tickets to a musical in Boston, a few months before the show. Waited for notification of tickets, nothing. Day before the show (Saturday) I get an email notifying me of a transfer, with a button to accept tickets, great right? Push the button... (sorry, we are unable to log you in call *******469 for assistance). So I call and big surprise, "please call back during the week". Miss the show, call the number on a weekday: George on helpline "Sorry, we show transferred tickets, you need to deal with the other site." So, this company is hands-off not responsible for you getting the tickets you pay for! Do yourself a favor and avoid.

The short: no one to speak to and the 'Chat' of five (5) separate Reps over a four hour period cut me off without resolving my issue. I had to pay an additional $80 to FedEx my ticket to my hotel. ToS customer service was horrible.

The long: ToS was quick to take my money many months before the show. Everything on the date of sale and all e-correspondence thereafter clearly stated mine was to be an e-ticket with a link delivered the day before the show (Friday night). On Monday of that week I received a phone call from a ToS rep asking to confirm my shipping address for the paper ticket. I pointed out it was supposed to be an e-Ticket but she said she had it in hand and was going to overnight it. With no other choice I said fine but be sure it's overnight as I leave south Florida for New Orleans early Thursday morning... 36 hours before the event. "Sure, no problem. I'll email you the tracking info." On Wednesday, 18 hours before I was scheduled to leave I called and the rep said the ticket had just been overnighted that morning. For delivery after I'd already left for the airport. It arrived in south Florida and my Doctor wife had to take time away from her patients to FedEx me the friggin paper ticket! No amount of Chat assistance and ToS telling me how much they cared and were sorry solved my problem. ToS customer service and procedures suck and I will not use them ever again.

We spent $1000 to get two seats on the balcony in Omaha for Hamilton. Tickets read BALC RC Row A-H. But they sent us crappy floor seats. We couldn't even see the right side of the stage. Very misleading. All Customer Service has to say is tickets are not refundable. I'm just letting everyone know so you don't get misled like we did. I wouldn't have spent $500 a ticket on ground seats. We really wanted to check out the balcony.

Total scam in plain site

I wasn't paying attention when I purchased tickets from here, because I didn't expect to be robbed in plain site. However, the site does read at the top of the page in unassuming font "We are a resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not a primary ticket seller or box office." I did not notice this on their webpage after clicking on the google search link for my 'Imagine Dragons ticket'. The site apparently has 4.5 stars out of 5 (it's ridiculous to think that I would have to look into that further to make sure it's legit) so I figured it must be doing something right and went ahead with my purchase (again, not thinking I should have checked around for prices). Immediately after I hit confirm, I decided to check myself because something didn't feel right, I went to ticketmaster (which is where I thought I had gone to in the first place, again, my error) and the tickets were half the price that I had paid. I decided to research how to cancel my order, which is when I was greeted by all the bad reviews of this website. They are preying on the trust of people who are only looking to do something they enjoy. It completely immoral and shouldn't be allowed to exist in it's current 'ALL SALES ARE FINAL' format. What makes it worse is that I saw the tickets become unavailable on Ticketmaster, meaning they reseller only purchased the tickets, after I had got suckered into paying double the price.

Misleading

I bought 2 tickets to Rent and paid over $350. The seats were not as the confirmation stated. When the venue scanned the barcode, a mans name came up who I have never heard of before. The venue said that someone else has tickets for the seats we purchased. This is a 3rd party ticket sale company who is not an authorized broker for most venues. I contacted them and they told me that they show up in the original purchasers name (the brokers name) and that they are "usually transferrable" and honored by the venue. It's a rip off and a scam.

HUGE RED FLAG

My event got canceled. We received an email that we'd receive a refund within 30 business days. That event was back in September and I never received a refund or even credit for the amount I paid. I've tried calling but they won't even let you get to a person without putting in your order number and once you enter your order number for a canceled event, it tells you to email them and hangs up. I've sent TWO emails with no response.

Stole my money!

I bought two tickets to Rebelution at the Cuthbert Amphitheater in Eugene, OR. Out of the blue the Cuthbert Amphitheater decided to require a negative COVID-19 test or a COVID-19 vaccine passport. I prefer not to support businesses who require this as this is an invasion of my medical privacy. Although I already had a hotel room booked and $200 worth of tickets into the show so I decided, I'll go anyways. Well the theater decided to be very secretive about notifying its customers about this new policy and therefore I didn't find out until the night before. Therefore I couldn't find a location that had any availability to give me a COVID test. Even if I could I would have had to pay an extra $75-$150 for the test. On top of that, the results would most likely not be ready in time. Therefore I sadly had to make the decisions to cancel this event. I was really looking forward to it. I called and cancelled my hotel room and they gave me a full refund due to the circumstances (thank you Priceline!). I called the Cuthbert Ampitheater to get a refund on my tickets and they said "Sorry, we don't do that, you bought your tickets through a third party (TicketsOnSale) so you will have to ask them for your refund." I called TicketsOnSale and they said "Sorry, we can't give you a refund because we only provide refunds for events that are fully cancelled." After several emails and a phone call (that I was on hold for for an hour and a half) TicketsOnSale refused to let me speak with a manager, update their cancellation policy to reflect the current situation in America, or provide me with my refund. I will never purchase tickets from TicketsOnSale again and recommend to others to never go through them. I'm out $200 and this was criminal.

You can buy cheaper tickets with better seating ANYWHERE ELSE. They will not deliver your e-tickets, claiming that the "seller" is processing them. Huh? And they won't allow for re-sale. Shady much?

I only gave 1 star because you had to click on one. All they do is lie and take your money. I bought 2 tickets to a concert months in advance and the night before concert the tickets were finally sent over to Ticketmaster, so I thought, but it turned out they sent only 1 over. Costumer service is a joke too. They say your purchase is 100% guaranteed and you will make it to you event no matter what but that is such a lie. They hung up on me multiple times without getting any good answer because they said they did everything on their end and it's not there problem both tickets weren't there. If I didn't purchase another ticket from Ticketmaster I would of never made the concert. DO NOT BUT NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE DEAL LOOKS! YOUR PURCHASE IS NOT A GUARANTEE LIKE THEY SAY! Such a scam!

I ordered tickets at the same time as a group of friends (they ordered from a different site at a slightly higher rate) and figured this was a chance to save a few bucks! Little did I know it would be the worst ticketing purchase experience of my life.

My event was 6 months away. My friends received their tickets at the time of their purchase, I received a purchase notice that my tickets would be delivered 3 weeks prior to my event.
I shrugged off the delay and said ok great I saved a few bucks now I just wait.
The time for my ticket delivery came and went. I emailed/live chatted with them over a dozen times trying to get my tickets by the date I was promised; they did not arrive but they always said the same thing "don't worry you'll have your tickets before your event".

Over 2 months before the event I knew that I could no longer attend and wanted to recoup some of the value of my tickets… but I could not because I had no tickets to sell.

I received my tickets on the day of the event only 5 hours before the event was taking place; only after calling and waiting over 2 hours on the phone for customer service to tell me the exact same thing "you'll receive them before the event". At this point I couldn't resell the tickets and had to eat the total price.

My advise, if you want to risk having to spend countless hours writing this emails/chatting with customer support just to be disappointed, this is the right company for you.

AVOID WITH A 10 FOOT POLE.

Biggest Ripoff

Buyer beware. This site is a big scam. It's really sad that you go to great expense of purchasing tickets. You make hotel reservations. Dinner reservations. Months in advance. Only to find out you will not be getting your tickets. They disconnected our chat on three occasions. They referred me to Ticketmaster twice. They don't reply to e-mails. Concert tickets, theatre tickets, they are not cheap. These guys will take your hard earned money. Stay away.

Impossible to get ahold of, just buy your tickets at the box office instead of crooks like these! They tell you to live chat and then tell you to email them and when you email them they tell you to live chat with them. Around in pointless circles you will go! Do not trust this website that won't even honor the insurance they will make you buy!
