Tried to purchase tickets for McCartney concert, had to do a lot of back and forth to enter info. Declined my Credit card and once it was accepted it took me back and I purchased a ticket. Checked my email to follow directions and it was a HOCKEY GAME that I got. I was nowhere near hockey games. I've never been to one and never will. Refused refund of course, no credit, nothing! Chat gave me 55 seconds to respond to each question so it was hard to explain. They just kept saying no refunds and they were selling for the seller! I asked who the seller was to contact them but of course they said no. I was in the middle of a sentence (one sentence) and they ended the chat! RUDE, NO HELP AND WHERE IS THE 100% guarantee? Once the tickets go on sale, watch for website crashes! I saved all documents including chat conversations to give my credit card company to dispute this unwanted purchase.

Made special plans with my daughters and invited their friends to see Jo Jo Siwa tonight, Bought 6 tickets that were SUPPOSED to be together. Don't actually receive the tickets until this morning (for tonights show) just to find that not only are the tickets in a complete different section from what i purchased but they split our tickets into 2 groups of 3 in different rows so they aren't even able to sit with eachother... GARBAGE, absolute disappointment

This was a fast and easy process. The layout of the theater was helpful. Not difficult, just pick your tickets and make the purchase.

This company intentionally misleads customers in order to make a larger profit at their expense. Do not buy anything from this shady company.

I purchased tickets from this company for The Eagles concert tonight and I was never able to download to my phone. I sent them several emails and their continued response was that since I already accepted the tickets, I have to deal with The Amway Center. TAC kept telling me that since I purchased them from a third party I have to deal with them. 4+ hours on the phone and I have no tickets and I'm out $600. DO NOT, I repeat, do not under any circumstance purchase tickets from this company.

I needed to change my ticket from Friday to Saturday night, same time, same venue. Made the request less then 2 hours after purchase, two weeks before performance. They told me to put the tickets up for sale online, no refunds, no exchanges. I will never use this company again.

Do not buy tickets from this company! They will rip you off if some BS Covid mandates are laid down by the venue you are attending an event at. Like requiring kids 5 and older to be vaccinated and not taking negative tests as an exception either. Just happened to me. Kept me from being able to attend 2 hockey games in the Chicago area. This company ripped me off and refused to give me a refund for my tickets. I have contacted the BBB and filed a complaint.

I really appreciate the easy format of purchasing these tickets. I would encourage anyone to buy tickets from ticketsforsale.

I purchased tickets almost 4 months before the Mayor of Boston put in a mandate of vax proof. I'm not getting the vax. I can't go and I can't get refunded. I've been robbed of my money and my freedom. Will never use tickets on sale again jor will I spend money in Boston.

I bought 4 tickets but never received my order despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue. TicketsonSale blamed ticketmaster and then blamed my email provider. They said they would have to email to a different gmail account. That of course didn't work either. Such a scam. So mad I didn't research before using them. I will file a claim and dispute charges. I did tell them I would take this action and they said it wouldn't be to my benefit.

Within 24 hours I needed to contact them to cancel and wasnt allowed to do so. I think my main concern is that, although you have no tickets at that point along with no guarantee that you will get those tickets, you cannot cancel an order as they say the sale is "final". If you have no product, how can you have a finalized sale? My "theory" is that this is some sort of loosely based scam style company that is built to draw in those that are not used to buying concert tickets (like myself) while they use their website as something to hide behind. I would strongly urge someone to stay away from the company and go to Ticket Master; it appears their pricing is better anyway (by almost half!). I've added confirmation of my order here as proof of sale - I've stripped some of the specifics as to not have retaliation from the company as I have tried to discuss this with them at length

Last Monday 2/7/22 i purchased tickets to see Smartless in LA on Saturday 2/12/22. Its Saturday, the day of the show and i still don't have my tickets. The good people at ticketsonsale are telling me to be patient. They also informed me that there are no refunds. The show is at 6. If i don't get my tickets by 2pm they will look for replacements. And i will have to accept these replacements no matter where the seats are. Its been a horrible experience. And customer service is strictly chat. And i have had no contact with the seller. I should have known when i bought the tickets and they only gave me a row. No actual seat location. I tried to submit my confirmation pic to this review but was unable. The add media button on this site didn't work. Ticketsonsale is a shady operation. Never AGAIN!

This service has no human being that answers the phone to help you. Also, their prices are insanely high!

I purchased Hamilton tickets which they did not deliver. They said the tickets were delivered 15 minutes before the show started. This is not true. They would not refund the purchase price. NIGHTMARE. Avoid company at all costs.

Company pays to have their website come up at the top of Google searches and then their website is misleading and makes it look like the official seller of tickets. They are really just a resale company with 2-3x markup. Couldnt refund my order 5 min after making it even though I hadn't received the actual tickets until several hours later.

Save yourself the aggravation and money! Tickets are overpriced and they refuse to refund full amount you paid even if you had insurance which they conveniently make it difficult for you to access any type of refund. Worst experience ever buying tickets! Only go through Ticketmaster or stub hub!
