Whatever you do DO NOT buy anything from this "company". I bought tickets only to find out they charge $6.95 just for sending via email. Service fee is $63.54! If I had bought (which I completely regret) directly from the venue I would have saved $100. Yes for 2 tickets a hundred bucks more. They don't send you the tickets until a day BEFORE the show. Shady! We are now stuck with keeping our fingers crossed that we get the tickets and not fraudulent.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company!

This company is THE worst! I paid almost double the price for a concert ticket and will most likely not receive my ticket prior to the events date! I URGE you to NOT use this site for any tickets! They are so unprofessional, their a scam and I'm so screwed out $108 for a ticket I will never see! Their buyers guarantee is a joke!

When I purchased the mobile tickets it was a fast and a smooth process. I recommend that you should try it if in a hurry.

I purchased tickets for a concert, the concert was cancelled and they refused to give me a refund, they did issue a store credit, we used the credit for a differenct concert, that concert has been rescheduled twice- the last date is a date that we were unable to attend and they refuse to help with this situation. We purchased tickets for the original date and are unable to attend the new date- Customer service is horrible- I will never purchase with them again- nor would I reccommend them to anyone else. You will get a run around with any questions-

Bought tickets and need to resell them due to a family issue and conflict. The company will not provide tickets or seats until THE DAY OF THE EVENT preventing anyone from reselling them in case of an emergency. They are extremely overpriced and unhelpful. Don't expect to get tickets or a SEAT ASSIGNMENT UNTIL THE DAY OF THE EVENT. These people need to be shut down. Stay away from these rip off artists!

I ordered tickets to an Aaron Lewis concert. The next morning, I get an email saying my order has been cancelled. They cancelled my order without an explanation! Their live chat is completely useless, I provide all the accurate information and they kept telling me it didn't match. Don't waste your time here, this place might just be a scam.

Everything was great but it did not say the prices are in US dollars! $160 x 2 end up paying$434.96!
Why? There was no explanation (break down)

I bought 6 tickets to Oklahoma lower level for $1900, they sent me upper level 6 seats not together. No way to reach them or make it right. Resale is $85 each because they are so far away from the stage. I have been duped!

Purchased 2 tickets to the BabyKeem concert at the Beacham, Orlando, FL. I received multiple email confirmations for some reason of the same ticket purchase, and on the day of the concert, once I downloaded my tickets to present at the entrance, I realized the tickets were not under my name and that there were 4 of them, not 2 like I purchased. The tickets also stated that they were purchased for $30 when I bought the tickets through this website for almost $200. On the tickets themselves it also says the name of a different, and I'm assuming made up, ticket purchasing website, and not the website where I originally purchased my tickets. I contacted the website and was immediately connected to a live chat agent and when I asked about my issue (I thought they just gave me the wrong ticket) the agent told me that was a normal way they operated and I had nothing to worry about as long as I print my tickets to gain entry into the concert. Once I got to the concert, staff scanned my ticket and their reader read "invalid ticket." I was pulled to the size and another staff member reviewed my tickets and told me that this website scammed me and gave me fake tickets that purposely wouldn't work. Even funnier is that the website sales are final unless a show gets cancelled. Don't waste your time here unless you want an unhappy and sketchy experience.

My mistake... I clicked on the ad and bought tickets from there instead of the main website. Paid $140 instead of a few rows higher for $90. Disappointed but my fault. Tickets are fine and together (just 2).

Bought tickets for SABATON & EPICA for GA! And was given GA$ tickets instead... Email was for confirmation for GA1... Then I see they promote SCALPING like a mfr! Thennnnnnnn I call them to no avail... I am told OH WELL... Live chat agent wasn't helpful either... I was told I signed their crappy agreement! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I WILL GIVE ZERO STAR IF I CAN. I spent over 200 dollars on tickets and they made a TYPO at my email. I ended up spending 3hrs talking to the customer service and found out that's what happened, and they promised me to have the initial seller to transfer my ticket over but turns out it never happened, when I confront them about it they refuse to face the fact that they are responsible and told me it was my fault to reach out so late. Go somewhere else for tickets! How does this kind of crappy business keep running I seriously wonder.

I was purchasing tickets to an event. I entered my credit card number but decided NOT to purchase when I saw the EXORBITANT fees tickets on sale.com charges. I exited without purchasing yet they ran my card unauthorized. The 100% satisfaction guarantee they advertise is a lie. FALSE ADVERTISING AND RIDICULOUS FEES PLUS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Go to stubhub, quickly. Don't look back.

Terrible experience. I didn't get the ticket until an hour before the event. I was on the phone with them multiple times throughout the day. One lady hung up on me. I thought I was spending $33 on the ticket and they ended up charging me over $100 in "fees". DO NOT USE. ONE OF THE WORST SCAMS OUT THERE

Bought 2 spring training tickets. The cancelled the tickets with no explanation. It then took two days to work thru the complexities of the site and chat line. Booked a second game with credit provided then they canceled Again! WTF! Then sent an arrived email saying I had a credit which would be sent via text. It never arrived. Then an Email saying if I didn't use credit it would become void. You can't void something they never provided. I think they are a Scam, full stop. I've used lots of different ticket resellers all over the world. They are the worst by far.

Do not lose your money to this website. They are impossible to get a hold of and their guarantee is a complete sham. Tickets are inflated. Horrible.
