Sold us tickets for seats that DON'T exist. Spent 1 hour on live chat with them. Their suggestion was to wait until tickets are assigned and then contact them again. Then, when I told them I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card the THREATENED me with how it will take a long time and my credit card company will side with them anyway. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have received in years. Would NEVER buy from them again.
Expensive but ok. I can't download the tickets from the email. It's sucking right now.

Buying the ticket was very simple and easy however i did not know i had to verify the purchase in order to get the tickets. I had major issues when i went to the event with chexk in and ultimately had to go to the box office. They were not able to find my info by name. We were late for the show as a result. This was overpriced and a bad experience lll nerver do ot again
Over charging by 200%+ should be illegal. Manufacturing inflation during an economic crisis is immoral. The runners of this site should be ashamed.

The service overall is good but the cost was through the roof! Face value of the tickets were $47 each. We paid $127 each. Just a bit pricey for the service. Probably won't use it again.

The private pre-sales is a joke… You give us a code for a discount that does not work, you tell us we get special pricing to belong to this system, and yet you allow hundred of 3rd party companies gobble up all the tickets the day before they go to the public, while I was waiting to make my purchase at the original $29.50 each price… My two tickets jumped to over $100 a ticket in a matter of 30 seconds!
If this wasn't a purchase for my wife's birthday, I wouldn't even have bothered. What gets me more is that the thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars as such as Ticketmaster, tickets on sale, and all the others do not give back to the artist or the venue. They are pocketing tens of thousands if not 100 of thousands of dollars for their own bank account.
Easy to find. Got 4 decent seats for under 100 each. Can't complain about that.
Best if more information was available and the option to create an account before purchasing tickets.
