However when I got the TicketMaster transfer email and clicked on the link inside, I got a message that said "Oops, something went wrong". I tried several avenues to resolve, but it fails every time. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
