We ordered Foo Fighter tickets in February for April. The concert was moved and then cancelled. Now they won't give us our money back. We did not change our mind about the concert! They cancelled. We should be refunded the almost $400. We will NEVER use them again!

The concert was postponed for over a year from the original date because of Covid. That isn't their fault. I am happy to abide by the return policy I saw when I bought the tickets which stated the concert had to be canceled for me to get my money back. According to their nice chat support rep there is no limit on how many times a concert can be postponed or how many years away. There is also not a guarantee it will be held at the same venue so I may have to travel. So there is risk - But I guess I can live with that.

My grievance is that they changed their refund policy after Covid hit and well after I paid for the tickets such that even if the concert is canceled they will now only issue me a credit towards other tickets from them. That's not really ok. I don't think that is how agreements work. It's especially frustrating because they stand by the new policy like it's the one answer to everything, but as we have learned that answer can change at their will. End result - I am now in a position to wait a year to see if a concert is canceled at which time I can only use the company credit to get more tickets. I do understand that they have to change their business model to stay in business. The ticket resale market has taken an enormous hit because of the virus. I hope it works out and trust that TicketsonSale is doing their best to do right by their customers. I probably won't be buying concert tickets from anyone for a long time until there is more stability in the marketplace.

Concert was cancelled due to Covid-19. This company changed it's refund policy and will only give a voucher that expires June 2021. I will not be able to use it by then and I'm not even sure there will be concerts by then. Tool refunded the money for the tour and yet this company will not return my money. Absolutely disgusting!

My concert was canceled due to COVID-19 shutdowns. The cancelation policy states that a refund will be given however they are not honoring that and instead have given a credit. When I tried to reach customer service via online chat no one answers. When I emailed three times, I received no response. When I called and select the option for refunds, it turns you back to the beginning of the recording and no matter what you select it puts you through to another message. No one there to answer. Today I finally got a response on live chat and once they explained that they could not refund the money I was dismissed before I was done by saying "sorry your experience wasn't what you desired". There is no way I would let a friend purchase tickets through this company.

I bought tickets in January for a concert in September. The concert was canceled due to covid 19. I called for a refund and they refused. They said they do not have the money to refund. Well they took the 300 out of my account. Called my bank to dispute. Even though the customer service rep said I agreed to their terms. I never agreed to pay for something that was cancelled due to a pandemic. Terrible terrible company and horrible customer service!

Unhelpful short

Concert rescheduled a year later due to covid 19. Would not issue refund. I would need to travel out of state for said event and do not know if time off travel or lodging would be possible that far out. Customer service was unmoved and gave short one word answers. Looked on BBB and noticed the company replies with a copy and paste response to all complaints. They have a F rating from the Better Business Bureau and deserve it.

Terrible!

The site looks good and is easy to navigate, but the problem is the customer service. First they charge you for using their site to buy tickets and then they con you into buying "insurance". I bought tickets in February for an event in May. In fact in 7 days from now and still haven't received my tickets. They keep telling me the vendor hasn't released the tickets yet and they will be emailed to me as soon as they are released. I'm hoping this isn't a scam.
