Won't purchase from this site again, as a Canadian, way too expensive. I saw no where that the cost would be in American funds, and i am very disappointed that I only found out when looking at my authorization bank text, which was too late to cancel.

I loathe having to download things, make accounts, blah blah nonsense. Just email me a pdf of the qr code and be done with it. Too much tech. And why on earth is there a delivery fee, when it's all digital? Nonsense.

I found the use of your service to be quick and easy. Albeit your follow up borders on stocking. You've sent me many emails asking me to confirm what you can digitally already confirm which is that I've accepted my tickets and I have them in my AXS folder ready to use. If you want survey results. Just call it that. Thanks

It is so easy to order tickets. I received a email with tickets in the early morning before work. I would have liked the additional reminder text message though, such that has happened in subsequent purchases. At the end of the long day, this mid-week, local event got spaced out and we did not attend. My bad, my fault. I'm just saying that the additional text message would have been a life saver. Oh well, bummer.

The purchase process was easy and efficient. The additional fees on top of the ticket costs were excessive. Waiting time for my digital or physical tickets is excessive as well. We live in a digital world where receipt of a document (beyond an email) should happen faster. I have no idea when I will receive the tickets.

Extremely easy process. You are able to see exactly where you will be around the entire arena. I would definitely recommend this site to everyone. I was able to book my tickets with ease, and that's normally not the case. What I'm really saying is they make it super easy and convenient.

As a first time user this was a near seamless, effortless experience. The prompts were accurate, the ability to actually see what and where you would be seated was a major plus. It has been quite a while since using any form of ticket purchasing online and I must say it has improved.

I can't understand why I spent 150 on 3 tickets to the circus at this rate it would have been cheaper to get them at the door. Ticket prices are outrageous these days and all for what a couple hours of entertainment. Pretty sad

The check out experience was nice except for the fact that they won't tell you the $25 service fees until after you give them your information. Otherwise it was easy to get set up. We will see how it goes at the concert

As a ticketing platform, TOS steers clear of being cumbersome, tedious and overly complicated to use. I was able to easily purchase my tickets without any prior registration or authorisation. Definitely better than most sites, apps and platforms out there.

Ordered premium tickets from a season ticket holder for below face-value. Tickets were easily received via email the following morning (day of game). Had them in my Apple wallet within minutes for easy access to the stadium. Will assuredly use TOS again!

After taxes an protect fee it's not really worth it so this will be my last time an fist time buying tickets online next time I'll go to the box office at the Arena for a few tickets 200 for 2 almost 100 for 2 yet it was 200 by the time they were done with me

Grabbing the tickets was easy to get, this our first time getting tickets for the crystal theater to see Celtic Thunder or any concert. I'm bringing my mom with me as we very recently lost one of family members so I thought taking her to see Celtic Thunder would help us heal. I will definitely be going to Crystal Theater again in the future.

Just a great experience using your platform. Everything laid out well chronologically format perspective easy to read through and obviously matching the map to the seat in a live mode is a big big plus for this platform so nice work.
