Fees are high and I don't own a mobile phone. How can I retrieve tickets without a cellphone?
Seller said they will be delivered "By Jan 10". Would like to see them sooner to confirmation.

I received my tickets quickly and customer's service was excellent.
Shopping was easy but all the promotions. I could have done without.
During and after purchasing the tickets, 1) TicketsOnSale does not provide the seat locations, only the section, 2) TicketsOnSale does not indicate if seats were together or not; 3) TicketsOnSale does not provide the total cost until after the ticket is purchased; 4) Their handling fee was very high, about 30% of the ticket price, 5) the optional purchase items are numerous, obnoxious, undesired, and completely unrelated to the event, 6) TicketsOnSale sent numerous emails to me, but they did not provide the email "link" to download the tickets; 7) I had to "chat" with representatives twice before the play for 2 hours before I finally got a link to download the tickets; 8) the email link finally came 2 hours before the play started. This whole ticket routine caused undue stress. It is no wonder that TicketsOnSale gets an overall 1.02 Star rating. Question to TicketOnSale: why do you think you or your website is good? It sucks. The only saving grace was that both chat representatives really tried to help and finally came through. Otherwise, TicketsOnSale would be a SCAM.
I bought 2 x $53 tickets($106), and my credit card was charged over $150!
AND, being forced to fill out this stupid questionnaire to get my tickets seems like a real waste of my time.
