Going to see wings at Home, Roadtrip. Great event, Good time.
Easy to purchase prior to the game. Obviously traffic as the time was close to the start of the game and people were trying to find their way to go and buy once I was able to get into the parking lot it was smooth sailing and leaving my car and getting back to it after the game and as extremely easy!
I paid for the tickets but needed to change the performance date due to a work conflict. I am frustrated I cannot change the purchase in any way after talking with a representative. I cannot get a refund or exchange the tickets.
So far I'm okay. Haven't actually received tickets. Says I'll get something 1/22/2025. So I will let you know then.
A little complexe to get the tickets, but good overall. E-mail to confirm the order, e-mail to confirm/accept the ticket, and another one for getting them. Simplier would have been better
