What a stressful situation you are like a "Bank Heist " with your timer it takes a way all the pleasure to go to an event The worst experience I have experienced and the same goes with the parking I am supposed to pay one price and at the checkout there is a much Higher amount no justification. You take people for innocents and you are not transparent with your fees and charges which at my understanding of IT structures could be reduce to a minimum.

It was ok except for no cancelations. What if your son makes the purchase without your permission, and you don't allow cancellations. Not good.
The process was easy to get the tickets. The reason for the poor rating was that nowhere did it state that my final cost was going to be dramatically increased. It would have liked to have known this as I still might have bought tickets, but I would have bought better seats. Who pays over $200/ticket for lawn seats? Well I did but it wasn't by choice or in my control as I couldn't cancel the tickets purchased. Then there was the confirmation of receiving the confirmation email. In this email it had a choice of canceling the tickets. There was no place to cancel so why was it a question. Your service in my mind needs some polishing and perhaps the resultant transparency would have generated a more positive experience.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
