Great follow up, but I do think pricing was higher than other places
What a stressful situation you are like a "Bank Heist " with your timer it takes a way all the pleasure to go to an event The worst experience I have experienced and the same goes with the parking I am supposed to pay one price and at the checkout there is a much Higher amount no justification. You take people for innocents and you are not transparent with your fees and charges which at my understanding of IT structures could be reduce to a minimum.

When trying to pay with the paypal plan that was offered it would glitch after i'd submit the information. Can get a little stressful trying to figure that out with only 10 mins to check out
It was ok except for no cancelations. What if your son makes the purchase without your permission, and you don't allow cancellations. Not good.
The process was easy to get the tickets. The reason for the poor rating was that nowhere did it state that my final cost was going to be dramatically increased. It would have liked to have known this as I still might have bought tickets, but I would have bought better seats. Who pays over $200/ticket for lawn seats? Well I did but it wasn't by choice or in my control as I couldn't cancel the tickets purchased. Then there was the confirmation of receiving the confirmation email. In this email it had a choice of canceling the tickets. There was no place to cancel so why was it a question. Your service in my mind needs some polishing and perhaps the resultant transparency would have generated a more positive experience.

Picked out seats at $440 each. Credit card charge $1,280. I was not sure who I was dealing with and was somewhat confused by the third party names. AXS? TicketsOnSale?
Email asked for confirmation that I had received ticket confirmation and I was not sure which email counted. I assumed I was good when I could view tickets on AXS app.

Seat numbers are not clear when purchasing tickets, had to call to inquire and then was told I wouldn't know until after tix were delivered. Was told that at least of tickets were purchased together they'd be seated together which was accurate.
Too difficult to add the tickets to my apple wallet. Was never able to do this. Very clunky transaction will probably not use again
Found out that they charged me double in the average ticket price and would not give me a refund. Call back within 10 minutes of purchase.
